Delilah's P.O.V.

We all stopped running as a giant fault line formed in the middle of the hallway. There was a purple light that emerged from the crack.

"The energy from the moonstone must've created the fault line. If we follow this crack, it may lead us to the moonstone." Zed explained.

"So, it's only buried and not destroyed!" Addison added.

The ground shook again as Wynter screamed. Everybody was screaming and trying to not fall form the shaking.

"We have to get to it!" she cried.

"Quickly, while we still can!" I shouted, going into the fault line.

"Delilah, wait!" Wyatt called after me.

"Now's not the time! We have to go!" I shouted as I was fully inside the fault line. I looked back and ended up seeing the pack following me.

I noticed that the purple light was getting more and more vibrant and brighter the more I went further. "It's this way! I see the light coming from Seabrook Power!" I informed the pack.

I carefully exit out of a steep opening and followed the light, running through an open door. I gasped as I saw the giant moonstone there.

"Here it is!" I exclaimed happily.

I took off my necklace and placed it on the moonstone, my mates and the rest of the pack following in pursuit. When I pulled my necklace away, it was glowing. I wrapped my hand around it and felt the power radiating through me like a drug. I looked up and roared, my eyes flashing yellow.

The place shook again and I heard Wynter scream as I put my necklace back on. "We have to move it out of here."

"Legend says that together, our pack can move the stone." Wyatt added.

"All of us, lift!" I ordered. We all tried lifting it, but were unable to. We didn't have enough strength.

"It's too heavy." Wynter said. "There's not enough of us." Willa replied, panicked.

"Then, maybe you need to expand your pack." I looked and saw Addison walk in with the zombies and humans.

"Addison?" I asked.

"We came here to help. Come on, everyone. We got this!" she encouraged.

We all grabbed a part of the moonstone and made sure that we had a good hold on it. "Hurry, before it's too late! Together! Lift!"

We all managed to lift it, but the ground shook and the slab blocked the entrance.

"Chamber's collapsed. We can't carry the moonstone through." Wyatt said.

"Your Z-Band! It's still broken. Zed, take it off. Lift the slab. You said you can do this." Eliza told Zed.

"I'm not ready. What if I can't control it?" he asked.

The place shook again and most of the humans panicked. We didn't have much time left. "Zed. You have to." Addison told him.

He looked at us and I smiled and nodded at him. He sighed before taking off his Z-Band. Red veins crawled up his skin and got up to his face as he roared.

"Come on, you can do this!" I said.

Zed turned around and lifted up the slab, holding it up. We all moved the moonstone out of the chamber as Zed tried fighting to keep the slab up.

Once we were fully outside, we hard a loud crash and Addison screaming "No!".

I turned around and saw a closed chamber with no Zed. I gasped as the worst filled inside me. "Zed!" I shouted.

My best friend couldn't be dead. He was the closest I had to a brother and if anything happened to him. I felt tears in my eyes as Wynter and Wyatt placed their hands on my shoulders. I covered my face and let myself cry into his shoulder.

Suddenly, I heard a sound coming from the fog and I looked, seeing Zed walk out with a mile on his face as everybody cheered.

"Zed! Are you okay?" Addison asked as she hugged him.

"Yeah. I'm me." he replied.

I ran to him and hugged him tightly, wiping my tears. "Don't scare me like that, you bozo!" He laughed and returned the hug.

"We crushed it! We nailed it! We so rock! Yes!" Wynter exclaimed. She hesitated and froze as Willa gave her a look. "Too much?" The alpha smiled brightly. "Perfect, We did it!"

"Say 'brains.'" Eliza said as she held up a camera.

"Brains!" they said as the photo was taken.

"We're getting our first zombie on the Prawn Wall of Fame." Eliza said.

I gasped as I howled happily, the wolves joining me.

Bonzo let out a howl and Wyatt looked at him impressed. "Hey, you said that perfectly."

"Bonzo's got an ear for languages." Bree explained in a flirty, yet proud way.

We all laughed as I looked at my mates, nodding. They smiled as we all decided to go back to the surface and continue the Prawn.
