🧂Ingredients🧂

For Puri:

🍥Semolina - 1.5 cup

🍥All purpose flour/Wheat flour - 3 tbsp

🍥Salt - as per your taste

🍥Room temperature water - 1/2 cup

🍥Oil - enough for deep frying

 For Dahi puri:

🍥Puri - (I'm taking 6)

🍥Potato (boiled & peeled) - 1/2

🍥Curd/yoghurt (thick and fresh) - 1 cup

🍥Sugar - 1 tsp

🍥Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2

🍥Tomato (finely chopped) - 1/2

🍥Sev - 1/2 cup

🍥Tarmarind chutney - 5 tsp

🍥Green chutney - 3tsp

🍥kashmiri chili powder - a pinch

🍥chaat masala - a pinch

🍥salt as per your taste

🍥Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 3 tsp

🍳Instructions🍳

For Puri:

For Dahi puri:

🍴take some puris in a plate

🍴make a hole at the centre of puri with your thumb

🍴stuff half tsp of boiled potatoes into each puri

🍴mix a cup of curd and 1 tsp and add a generous amount of it into each puri

🍴sprinkle some chopped onions and tomatoes and sev

🍴evenly pour tamarind chutney and green chutney onto each puri

🍴top it with a tsp of curd, a pinch of chili powder, chaat masala, salt and then add coriander leaves

🍴Serve immediately before it gets soggy
