Sid's POV

Oh no she is in the washroom I can't go in again. I called her but her phone was switched off, what the hell is taking so long, Suddenly I saw some blood drops in the corridor beside the washroom. I followed the drops and I saw two men carrying avu who was unconscious, my breath hitched. I looked at them and my jaw clenched.

Sid: LEAVE HER

I shouted and they turned back

Man1: You boy go from here

Sid: I SAID LEAVE HER

Man2: You won't listen like this. Let me show you who you are messing with

He came near sid and was about to punch him when sid kicked his balls and twitched his neck. He fell on the floor dead. The other man kept avu on the floor and pointed his gun towards him. But before he can shoot sid punched him, took his gun and shot him on his forehead.

He went towards Avu and saw that she was stabbed with a knife in her stomach and it was bleeding very much. He patted her cheek

Sid: Hey avu, wake up. Open your eyes please. Avneet see I'm here

She opened her eyes slowly

Avu: I'm So-sorry I couldn't do wh-what you ta-taught me.

Sid: Don't say like this. Okay ? And keep your eyes open

He took his phone out and called priya

Priya: Where are you?

Sid: Hey we are in the corridor next to washroom. Come fast avu is hurt

Priya: what happened ?

Sid: Don't ask questions just bring a car near this gate.

Sid: Be fast, she is bleeding  a lot of blood

He hung up the call and kept avu's head on his lap.

Just then he heard a horn. He picked her up and walked out. Priya helped him with the door , he carefully kept avu inside with her head on his lap. Dev started driving

Priya: Drive to hospital, fast

Sid: No no its risky there. I think those men worked for rihan.

Sid: Take her home and priya please call ritu and ask her to come there with her team. This needs to be a secret

Priya: Alright

Priya quickly called ritu

Priya: Someone attacked avu, and the wound is deep. We can't take her to hospital. So please come to sid's place asap with your trusted doctors and whatever you need.

She kept her phone back.

Sid: Where's Anu and nish?

Dev: They are cleaning up the mess back there and collecting the CCTV footage.

Sid: Okay good

Priya: Is Avu unconscious?

Sid: Yeah, I think because of the blood loss.

They reached after sometime and took avu inside.

Ritu: I dressed up her wound and gave her strong pain killers. So let her rest for sometime .

Sid: Okay

She said while side hugging harry.

Sid: Oh so finally, huh?

He said with a smirk

She smirked back and he rolled his eyes

Sid: So everyone in my group is getting married, it'll be fun

Priya: Me and dev and anushant

Ritu: Congrats babe and give my wishes to anu also

Ritu: So what happened with this attack?

Sid told her everything

Ritu: okay, I'll text you some meds just give them to her

Sid: Okay

They all chatted for a while and then left. Sid went in their room and sat down beside avu.

Sid: I'm sorry, I couldn't protect you. But I'll try to be better I promise.

He caressed her face, kissed her forehead and stayed there holding her hand.

Avu's POV

I woke up and groaned when a sharp pain hit me in my stomach. I looked down and saw it was covered with bandages, oh yeah that man back in the restaurant stabbed me and then sid saved me and after that I can't remember anything. I saw sid sleeping on floor while holding my hand, I caressed his face with the other hand and kissed his cheek whick woke him up

Sid: Hey how are you? Do you need anything?

Avu: I'm fine, dont worry

Sid: You scared me to hell today.

Avu: I'm sorry

Sid: No, I am sorry I couldn't protect you

Avu: Please don't say like that. You protected me today and that's why I'm safe now.

Sid: But still-

Avu: Sid please

Sid: Okay

He kissed my forehead and I smiled

Sid: What happened exactly?

Avu: I came out of the washroom when a man pulled me in a corner, and he said

"finally we got you, sir will be so happy to see you "

Sid: It means I was correct, it was Rihan's man. Then?

Avu: He started taking me out, I fought with him when someone suddenly hit my leg from back and then they stabbed me. And then you know

Sid: Yeah, I'm gonna kill this rihan. And you, you are suspended from everything until you recover.

Avu: Okay Mr. Torture

I said with a grumpy face and he chuckled
