Hey everyone. It's me again, Weeksjmj29. Like I said before, I'm posting 4 chapters. Enough from me. Allow me to introduce Hector King. :)

Personality: friendly, down to earth, protective of those who he cares for. Kind, a gentle hand to hold and a shoulder to cry on kind of guy.

Clothing: black trench coat over a black sleeveless shirt, black pants and black boots.

Skills: a techie, works on mechs, builds new machines.

Weapons: 2 double barrel pistols, sawed off shotgun, 1 LMG.

Background Story: Ever since he was a child, he had 2 things he loves: machines and the sea. He loved to work on machines, whether it's fixing a broken tv or working on a car. Anything mechanical, he worked on it. But he loves robots even more. He built his first mobile suit out of scrap metal when he was 16. When the military discovered this, they brought him in to join the military to be the Chief Technician. He was either fixing mobile suits or creating new ones or new equipment for them. But as much as he lives machines, he loved the sea just as much. He loved the water. His father use to take him surfing when he wasn't working on circuit boards. He grew more attached to the sea even more when his father died. He was 13 at the time. He believed that his father went back to the sea, his home. He grew so attached to the sea that he came up with an idea that many people thought impossible, but the military had their eyes on it, knowing who Hector is.

At the age of 22, his plan came to fruition, as he invented the Aqua Ring, a device that gave him the ability to literally control water. He did a presentation in front of many people, as well as military personal. He made the prototype the size of a ring. As it activated, it produced a blue glow. And with a wave of his hand, water rose and bend to his will. He even cut himself with a knife and everyone was astonished and filled with awe as the water went up his arm and healed his wound. He even had someone come in file or of him with a pistol. Everyone was nervous. The man lifted the gun and fired at him. Gasps rung out as the water rose to form a thick water shield, stopping the the bullet. Everyone clapped and congratulated him. He announced that he will be making more Aqua Rings for use. The military paid special attention to that. They paid even more attention when he announced that he will make prototype mobile suit that has the Aqua Ring attached to it.

2 1/2 years later, the Prototype Mobile Suit known as Neptune was created. Neptune was the only machine that had the Aqua Ring built into it. He did a nationwide reveal of the mobile suit and the Aqua Ring.

Mech Abilities: Laser Shield, ability to fly, outstanding maneuverability.

Mech Weapons: laser blades, arm cannon, rocket packs In the compartments where the shoulder meets the neck.

Mech Special Abilities: ability to control water with the Aqua ring on it's arm. Can swim and even use water to fix broken or damaged compartments

Mech Special Weapons:  Aqua Blade, Trident Cannon. The aqua ring on the arm begins to turn and glow. As it does, a laser blade made of blue energy shoots from the blade on the arm. Then the lunges forward with the intent to impale the enemy. When struck the enemy is speared by the blade. It can all be fired like a ballistic knife. The Trident Cannon is hidden behind the 2 panels on it's chest. When the chest panels open, a pure sapphire blue orb appears. The energy is focused in the orb before launching from the orb towards the target. Anything hit or near it is enveloped in an explosion of blue energy.

Other: called Neptune for a reason. As Neptune is the Roman God of the Seas.
