Ivor is the biggest flirt you'd ever meet. Gender doesn't matter, as long as he thinks either you or your personality is attractive, he'll find a way to make you blush. Flirting is an art form to him, not just a thing you do when you're horny. He's very smooth and slightly cunning. He knows how to use his attractiveness for his benefit, and of course, pleasure. Yes, in order to flirt with someone he needs to have some level of attraction toward them, but that doesn't necessarily mean he wants to date them.
