Ying-Yue isn't a very social person. She's pretty cold and introverted, and you can expect her to be separated from the group at most times. She seems like nothing gets to her, but internally her mind is wild. She's handicapped and is paralyzed from the waist down but doesn't let that stop her. She's fierce nonetheless. She tends to not have many friends, maybe a few close ones who understand her and know why she behaves the way she does.
She knows she's smarter than you'll ever be, so she'll get cocky at times. She won't push it though since she hates conflict, she'll just laugh at your stupidity. She isn't street smart, but was three grades ahead in math during high school.
"English is my fourth language and I still speak it better than you."

⇒ || Backstory ||
Ying-Yue grew up in a small town in the city of Wuhan, China. Both her parents actually had a very sweet love story. They met in college and dated for several years before happily marrying. Her mother was a rich woman and her father was poor, and though there was some struggle to get her mother's parents to agree to their marriage, they eventually caved in. Her mother, Xui-Ying Wang, and father, Wei Jiang, were faced with obstacles but ended up having Ying-Yue. She was naturally born with paralysis, specifically paraplegia. She can not move her legs and therefore has been on a wheelchair her whole life. Her parents obviously were torn but loved her nonetheless and were happy when her intelligence wasn't affected.

She was always top in her classes, throughout all of her schooling including college. Math had been her main focus and she wasn't ever able to do extracurricular activities. She does sing though and participated in choir. She can also play the flute.
Ying-Yue even had a girlfriend, which her parents were completely against by the way, but she was able to bring them over to her side by saying, "I've worked so hard and asked for nothing, at least let me have this. I love her and love is love." However, her girlfriend fought in the army and didn't return. She found out she passed around a year ago, so she isn't willing to start a relationship anytime soon.
