Appearance \\ With auburn colored hair (it's actually very long and reached his waist; he tends to tie it up) and brown skin, Kay's appearance lets you know that he lies with the sun. His eyes are a light brown with a hint red if you look at it in the right light. He has a small nose which gives the appearance of large eyes. He often glares to hide any feelings including embarrassment, so there's usually creased between both of his eyebrows. He has long eyelashes as well, so they pair well with hi thicker eyebrows. He has freckles, only they're below his left eye only (right if you're looking at him straight). They stem from the outer corner of his eye and filter out to the rest of his skin, it's pretty strange. You'll rarely see a smile on his face. He'd be intimating if it wasn't for his short height at 5'2''. Poor guy.
He'll wear black ripped jeans or joggers and a large, often baggy T-shirt that he then half tucks into his pants. He might wear a jacket at times, or a sweatshirt. He looks relatively badáss, but the height brings it down. He's actually super flexible though and has taken Taekwondo. He could drop into the splits if he wanted to. He's also covered in bruises from fights and has several scars.
Personality \\ He's hot headed— a single thing that pisses him off will show and he'll use his fists to end it. Everyone knows to not get on his bad side and usually don't talk to him because of this. If you mention anything about disliking gender-fluidity he'll beat you to a pulp— though he's often underestimated because of his height. He'll often feel the need to protect anyone who isn't cisgender male of female, or straight. He's a huge supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. The only person he gets along with is really Rebel.
Personality Con't \\ He hates being told what to do, even the smallest things and therefore doesn't get along with teachers. He's often suspended and missing from class.
Powers \\ Fire manipulation, such a surprise. This guy here will literally roast you. He's able to create fire out of nothing and bend it at his will. If he uses too much power, he'll use too much energy and eventually black out.
Strengths \\ Definitely combat. He's strong despite being tiny. Fire clearly, he knows how to use his powers well.
Weaknesses \\ His anger often gets him involved with things he shouldn't be involved in. He's reckless and that clearly isn't good. The black out mentioned above is also a weakness.
Background \\ His parents divorced when he was young, and his father later died in a car accident. The mother, who was first torn from the divorce, couldn't bear her ex husbands death and fell sick. She's currently in the hospital recovering from an overdose and many other issues. Kay didn't want to go to any other home and so, he lives with his grandpa and grandma. Both grandparents work several hours a day to afford rent and a meal on his plate so he rarely even sees the two of them.
It made him tough, though he does feel lonely at times. He loved his grandparents incredibly much and could care less about his late father— he wasn't around long enough to know how he was, but Kay has a hate for him and blames his as the reason his mother is bedridden.
