(Midnight's POV)

After my quick small talk with Abigail I sat down at the table with everyone. "Where the heck is Chisei?" Asked Skykar Lox. We all looked around the mess hall no trace of her. "That's strange she's always the first one here." I thought. That was a little fishy, I was just about to take a bite of my egg when I heard the commotion from the kitchen, followed by Stormy screaming I stood up immediately. "Excuse me a minute guys." I said before walking over to the kitchen. What I saw was Stormy (aka the mean girl) shouting at Abigail. Stormy started to walk out glaring, she turned and saw me. Her eyes widened she knew I saw her. "Care to explain why you are shouting and treating my best friend like a piece of crap?" I hissed arms folded across my chest. "Miss Midnight.." She started clearly a bit afraid. "Treat her better or you may find yourself out of this army." I seethed as she nodded quickly. "Y-Yes miss!" She replied before speed walking away. I looked down at Abigail and started picking up the pots and pans. "Thanks Midnight." She replied smiling. "No problem fraaanndd! {friend} " I said making a ridiculous face. "Ahahahaha." Abigail laughed shrilly. I smiled to myself. I think you need a better rank then this you helped found this army." I smirked and dragged her into the crowd of, people and tables. All eyes were watching us now, I stood on a table. "Attention everyone I want to announce that we will have someone second in command now!" I shouted. I grabbed Abigail and had her stand up on top of the table beside me. Everyone smiled and clapped. "Meet your no longer kitchen girl!" I shouted once more, Stormy looked outraged by this. I smirked down at her. "Nobody treats my friends like that!" I whispered down to her.
