Chat Noir and Ladybug finally make it through the fog. To their amazement, it turns out they were not as far away from home as they thought. 

        "M'lady, it is home."

      "I know, Chanton."

       LB and CN see the crook once more.  It is not like they thought he was gone.

        Meanwhile, Alya and Carapace leave the dungeon together. Next, the two look around for clues to see if they can find the missing miraculous.

         Carapace sees a small shiny, metal object and picks it up. He hands it to her.

           "It is the cord alright, but where is the pendant?"

           "I have no idea. It was like this when I found it."

          "Oh, not that means the bad people who took me still have it."

             "It sure appears to be the case."

             Alya and Carapace run as far away from there as they can get.

...

  Ladybug and Chat Noir smile as it dawns on them they are back where they were a few days ago. It is like they get to finish the battle at last.

      "Give me your miraculous!"

        "Sorry, no can do."

      "Ah, wrong answer."

    "Lucky charm!"  The object ends up being a few small pumpkins.

         Chat smirks.

          The villain scoffs, "You expect to defeat me with some lousy fruit."

           Ladybug does not answer. She just stands there.  She holds the items and throws them towards the akumantized man. She watches in amazement as the weapon falls to the ground along with Pumpkin Eater's head.

               An explosion happens as the weapon bursts apart.  

              Chat's jaw drops in surprise.   LB ducks.

           The akuma flies out, Ladybug jumps up, catches it, and purifies it. 

                 "Miraculous Ladybug!"

                    Chat and Ladybug pound it.  The two smile as everything goes back to normal.

               "See you, later!" Ladybug tells him as she kisses his cheek.

                Chat blushes as he leaps away.

               Ladybug swings away with her yoyo.

     ....

      Carapace and Alya are now far away from the place where she lost the pendant.

        Now, they run towards home.  Carapace picks her up when her legs grow tired. He sets her down on her porch. "See you later, my dear."   

        ....One day later, "Boo, Boo!" a voice calls out.

              "Haha, very funny, Nino!"

                "Yes, it is obvious it is him."

               "Man, knock it off."

             "Guys it was not me," Nino replies.

            "Boo, Boo!" The noise is heard again.
