You were annoyed, to say the least. Both Chat Noir and Ladybug hadn't arrived for patrol, meaning you had to patrol all of Paris by yourself. Let's just say you started at 6pm and ended in early hours in the morning...

You were sat at the Eiffel tower, leaning against the metal side. Your head was resting against the side, watching the lights in the city twinkle in the dark sky.

You sniff and pull yourself closer to the metal of the tower, trying to get some warmth. Being high up during the morning, with this thin magic costume. It doesn't even keep you warm!

You gently hit your head against the wall and groan, feeling tiredness sweeping over you. You yawn slightly and rub your eye, tiredly.

You hear a sound from behind you, making you jump up and get into a fighting position. Unfortunately, as you were so tired your tripped and fell, falling on your face.

You hear chuckling and a familiar voice saying, "What, falling for me already, mouse?"

You huff and release all of the tension in your shoulders. "Shut up, Chat," you snap, pulling yourself up from the floor and sitting back where you were before the other hero arrived.

"What's ruffled your fur?" He questions, sitting beside you and swinging his legs over the side. You don't reply and keep staring out at the city. Chat sighs and says, "I'm sorry for not going on patrol with you, but I couldn't sneak out and my schedule was packed."

"I don't care that you missed it," you mumble, keeping looking forward. "I'm just... upset you didn't warn me. I got worried."

Chat looks at you and frowns, unable to see your face. You sniff and wipe your cheeks and mask, before looking at him and smiling with teary eyes. "I'm glad you're safe, kitty."

As soon as Chat sees you'd been crying he pulls you into his lap and holds you tightly. "Hey, it's alright. I'm sorry for worrying you, I'm okay, we're okay."

You sniffle again and nuzzle your face into his leather clad neck, your arms wrapping around his chest; under his arms; and your legs around his waist. Chat's arms wrap around your back, while one of his hands travels to your hair, gently scratching your scalp and behind your mouse ears.

"Please don't leave me alone again," you whimper into his neck, holding him tighter. Chat smiles gently and runs his fingers through your hair.

"I'll never leave you alone again," he replies, moving your face back so he can look at you. He smiles gently and moves a hand to your jaw, smoothing his thumb over your cheek. "You're so precious. So precious to me, alright? I'll never leave you and I promise to stay safe if it makes you feel better, okay?"

You move into his hand and nuzzle into it, humming gently with your eyes closed. Blissed out from the touches and cuddles, you reply, "Thank you, kitty. I love you."

Chat's eyes widen as he hears what you said, his thumb stopping in its movements. You realise what you said after a second and your eyes widen and you push away from him, your face flushed.

"OmgimsosorryididntknowwhatiwassayingimeanidoloveyoubutWAITNOIDIDNTMEANTHAT," you freak out, hiding your red face in your hands.

You hear muffles laughing, before it turns into full on laughter. He moves your hands from your face and you look at him as he stops laughing.

Chat had a loving look on his face, a blush dusting his cheeks. His tail was up and in the shape of a heart as he looked at you. "I love you too, you silly mouse."

Before you can react, Chat moves towards and kisses you gently. You hum and close your eyes, kissing him back and moving back into his lap.
