Ladan: Hello again my faithful readers! *waves and smiles brightly* oh wait...this is the first chapter....right. I wanted to do something different so my friend and I will be talking in the beginning about random stuff. Introduce yourself.

Eric: Hello you pieces of schist.

Ladan: Be nice! *shoots Eric death glare*

Eric: Ugh. I'll try my best *faintly smiles*

Ladan: Good...Now what was I going to say?

Eric: *crosses arms* The credits maybe?

Ladan: oh, right! hehe.....Credit to to_the_skies for being the one to inspire me to pursue this story and not throw it away into my trash bin of ideas. And thanks to my BFF Amimiric for letting me bounce ideas off of him and he is always there when I need to wack someone over the head with a frying pan!

Eric: gee, thanks! I hate you *groans*

Ladan: I love you too

Ladan: yes you are. We should have prepared what we were going to say.

Eric: yep

Ladan: Well, goodbye! *whispers* say goodbye Eric

Ladan: *mutters as voice slowly fades away* Where's the frying pan when you need it?

Marinette/Ladybug's POV

"Pound it!" The 5 of us said in sync as we fist-bumped. We had just finished beating the 3rd akuma this week and it was only Thursday.

"Whose turn is it dudes?" Jade Turtle asked.

"Let me think...It was my place last time, Volpina the time before, and Queen Bee's time before that. So if I remember correctly, it would be M'lady's turn." Chat Noir said.

"I can't come tonight. I have a meeting with daddy and some important person from some far off country" Queen Bee waves her hand to show how little she cared. She waved goodbye and flew towards the hotel.

"So my house then?" i asked and they nodded. We all grabbed our weapons and raced towards my place. This time Volpina won. Once we all landed on my balcony, I opened the hatch and we all jumped down. Our transformations wore off just in time.

"Cheeeeeessssssssseeeeeeeeee." The black Kwami named Plagg moaned and whined. Alya went to open my mini-fridge under my sink that i bought a few months ago for occasions like these.

"Go nuts guys," Alya said as our 4 kwamis flew towards it and grabbed their food. They then flew to a shelf to eat.

"So dude and dudettes, where were we?" Nino asked as he sat down on my chaise. Alya sat next to him as Adrien and I took my bed. We had been doing our homework until the akuma attacked.

"I believe number 25 in...math" My bestie, Alya says as she rolled her eyes. "I hate math"

"Don't we all?" Adrien says. "But it is the last problem and after we can play the video games that Nino and I brought."

A few minutes later...and we are done! "Now, what video games am I gonna beat you at?" I smirked.

"Let me see dudes...Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, and Mario Kart" Nino says as he looked into his book bag.

"Mario Kart!" I shout.

"Call of Duty" Nino shouts.

"Grand Theft Auto!" Alya says. "It's up to you Adrien"

"And this is why I like it when all 5 of us are here. There are no ties." Adrien says. "Well, at least not too often."

I really wanted to play Mario Kart. I was great at it and we haven't played in a while. I knew Adrien sometimes had a hard time deciding between his friends. I wanted to give him a little push. I know it is wrong but something just came over me. I leaned over and lightly kissed him. I whispered very softly in his ear "Please, for me kitty?" I didn't know if it worked but at least it gave me a better chance. My boyfriend then came closer to me and lightly brushed his lips against mine.

"I know what you're doing" he whispered.Uh oh. "and it's totally working purrincess" I smirked.

"Dude, you make a decision yet?" Nino said louder then he should have. I'm surprised they didn't notice us whispering. Then again, we can all be pretty unobservant sometimes.

"Yeah dude, I want to play Mario Kart." He said. We all pulled up chairs around the screen and we started the races. I leaned on Adrien's shoulder as Nino leaned on Alya's. We played until around 10. Alya and Nino said goodnight and walked home together as Adrien and I played one more round.

After the round, (which I won, like always) he transformed into his super hero identity and was about to jump out the wndow before I grabbed his tail and he fell backwards on my bed.

"Meowch, that would've hurt purrincess if i didn't land on your bed." he said, rubbing his butt.

"I didn't get to say goodbye kitty" I chuckled and pulled him closer. He leaned in and kissed me passionately. When we parted, he said a final goodnight and launched himself off the roof with his baton. I climbed up onto the balcony and leaned on the railing, watching him go off into the distance and letting my thoughts wonder.

I have got to say, life is pretty good. My 4 BFFs are my partners in crime, Chloe is nice, I have the best boyfriend ever. Life is good, I thought as I went down and passed out on my bed without even saying goodnight to tikki.

-The Next Day In Class-

"Wwwwoooaaaaaahhhhh" I screamed as I tripped and fell. It was math class and I was called up to do a problem on the board. I heard Lila and Sabrina snickering next to me. Luckily on the other side of me, Adrien was there. He caught me and I gave him a big hug.

"you okay?" He whispered. I simply nodded and went up to the board. I could still feel some eyes staring at me and more snickers.

Oh, how I wish I could wipe their smiles off their faces! but.... I had to be calm, not stoop to their level. I hate Lila soo much. You see, at the end of our Junior year, Chloe got her miraculous after she became nice. Lila stepped in as the 'New Chloe' and Sabrina automatically became her friend. Lila is a ton worse then Chloe was ever because she is smart and cunning. She lies almost nonstop and some still tend to believe her.

-Time Skip To Lunch-

It was finally our lunch break so the five of us went to the park. On our way there, I went into the bakery to get some croissants. I caught up with my friends and we sat on a bench. I handed a croissant to each of them.

"Thanks Mari!" Alya exclaimed.

"You're croissants are the best" Chloe said.

"Mhm..." Adrien says with the pastry already stuffed in his mouth. Nino just gave me a thumbs up. I giggled at the guys actions until I noticed someone was walking towards us. It was Nathaniel, or for some unknown reason Adrien calls him-

"Tomato Head" Adrien says as he completed my thought.

"Thanks again for that wonderful nickname."Nath said and I could see his eye twitching. "But don't worry, I didn't come here for you or Marinette, I wanted to talk to Chloe. If she doesn't mind?"

"Sure, I guess" She stands up and they walk to a nearby bench to talk privately.

"Oooooooooooo..." Alya and I say once they were out of earshot.

"What do you think is going to happen dudes?" Nino asks.

"I hope he asks her out!!!" Alya exclaims and we shush her.

"You need to make a ship name!" Nino says.

"Don't you think I already have one? It's Clothaniel." Alya says as a matter-of-fact.

"Is this what you guys do all the time when I talk to Mari privately?" Adrien asks.

"Yes and No dude." Nino says as if that explains anything. I look over to Alya dependently.

"We will explain eventually, but Chloe is walking back now..." Alya points out. I look behind me and sure enough, she was a few feet away.

"Soooo, what was that about?" I asked and moved over so she had room to sit back down.

"Nothing, just that Nathaniel asked me if I would go out with him Tomorrow." She said, hiding her obvious excitement.

"And?" Nino says with great anticipation.

"I SAID YES!!!" Chloe screamed in my ears. Alya jumped up from the bench ad cheered. She started doing her happy dance and I joined in.

"Guys, lets go back to class, lunch break is almost over." Adrien says, looking at his phone. We threw out the trash from our lunch and walked back to school.

We sat down just as the bell rang and Ms.Bustier came in holding a bunch of papers in her hands and a big smile on her face. "good afternoon class! Today will be the start of a special treat!" A few people weren't paying attention to anything until she said treat. Even Juleka and Kim who were doing whatever they usually do behind me in class.

"What is the treat?" Kim shouts.

"I think I'll have our special guest explain and answer whatever questions you may have." Ms.Bustier says and opens the door and an old man walks through the door. I already knew who it was.

"Master Fu" Alya, Nino, Adrien, and I said in sync. I don't think Chloe has met him yet now that I think about it. We only ever explained and described him to her. I could hear her say something along the lines of 'so this is Fu' behind me.

"You know this old guy?" Lila asks as she turned around to me and Alya. (She has Chloe's old seat and Chloe sits alone behind Mari and next to Kim)

"And you call him Master?" Max adds, suspiciously looking at us.

"Yes...uh....t-to expl-ai-in t-this........" I stutter as I try to think of an explanation for my classmates.

"I have met them multiple times. And for the master part, they call me that because I am wise beyond my years. They insist on calling me Master" Fu wisely makes up on the spot.

"But what about the treat? and what's this old man have to do with anything" Alix stands up to say.

"Alix, sit down and raise your hand next time." Ms.Bustier says and Alix grumbles and sits down back in her chair. "As for that question, Fu has funded for our class to spend 2 weeks in Manhattan, New York." Everybody starts to clap and cheer at this news. "Class, quiet down. Talk to your parents and bring this permission slip back on monday. We will be leaving at 6:00 AM sharp on Monday or we leave without you." She hands out the permission slips to the class.

"This is so sick dudes!" Nino says.

"Any questions?" Master Fu asks.

"How much will it cost?" Sabrina asks.

"It's free, I paid for the entire trip."

"Will we be able to go shopping?" Lila asks, flipping her hair.

"Depends on if we have the time in our schedule."

"Where will we be staying?" Rose asks sweetly.

"In a hotel near the Empire State Building."

"What are the sleeping arrangements in the hotel going to be?" Max smartly asks.

"The girls will be in rooms of 3 and boys in rooms of 2. You can get up and choose your roommates now if you'd like." Ms.Bustier says and some people start getting up to ask their friends. Alya automatically put her arm around me and I pulled Chloe down next to us. I looked around the room to look at the other groups. Juleka had put her arm around Rose as Rose motioned Mylene over. Adrien and Nino simply pounded their fists together and talked about stuff. Max and Kim made a group as well as Nath and Ivan. That left 3 girls.... Alix, Sabrina, and (gulp) Lila. I feel really bad for Alix, Lila is a demon.

The bell rings and everybody starts to leave. "And remember students, pick a buddy to spend the entire week with so you don't get lost. If you have any more questions, I advise you to stay after class. Class dismissed." Ms.Bustier says.

A few minutes later, we were walking towards Adrien's place and we were talking about the trip to Manhattan. "Alya, would you be my buddy on the trip?" I ask.

"Sorry Mari, I'm already buddies with Nino." Alya says.

"But I'm already buds with my bro Adrien." Nino says.

"No babe, you're my buddy" She says and glares at him, then quickly glancing at me and Adrien. What was she planning?Hmm.....

"Oooh right, yeah. Sorry dude, my buddy will be Alya. You can be Marinette's bud though." Nino says. So that's what they are planning. Not like we weren't going to see each other 24/7 anyways.

"Even better, but what about Chloe? who will be her buddy?" Adrien asks.

"Umm.. Nath asked me as we left class. He is my buddy" Chloe whispers and blushes.

"Clothaniel!!!! OTP!! OTP!!! OTP!!!" Alya drops all of her stuff and jumps around like Manon sometimes does. Luckily, Trixx was in my bag talking to Tikki.

"Isn't Adrienette your OTP?" Trixx questions as she and Tikki fly out of my bag.

"You can have multiple OTPs at a time" Alya answers as a matter-of-fact.

"Totally, because OTP stands for One True Pair. Of course you can have as many as you want." Trixx sarcastically remarks.

"Exactly" Alya comments, not noticing the kwami's sarcasm, that or she is choosing to ignore it. "Now, hide Trixx, we have arrived." And, sure enough, we have. We rang the buzzer and Natalie answers, letting us in.

"Hey Natalie" Adrien says. "We will be up in my room." Natalie nods and goes back to work on the computer. Once we got to his room, Nino goes over to play video games, Alya does what looks like research on Manhattan, Chloe goes on her phone, and I dropped my bag, enducing a not-so hard slap from Trixx and Tikki who were in my bag. I flopped down on the bed and stared at the high ceiling. Adrien also puts his book bag down and lies down next to me on the bed. He wraps his arm around my waist to pull me closer and kisses my cheek. He softly lets go but I snuggle closer and leaned my head on his chest and sighed.

"Guys, I'm looking up more info about what is on the permission slip and it says we will be touring the city so we should bring walking shoes." Alya says.

"When will we be able to go shopping?" Chloe questions, looking up from her phone.

"Maybe, If we have time because I personally want to explore the city on our own." I say and sat up.

"We will have time...Maybe Nathaniel will take you." Alya adds as a furious blush grows on Chloe's face. I giggled faintly and she shot daggers my way.

"So what are we going to do first once we have time to explore?" Adrien asks and sits up to look at me.

"We can always visit the Statue of Liberty dudes" Nino says, not looking away from the video game. We all nodded and went back to lounging around. I let my mind wander and somehow it eventually got back to the topic of New York and our trip.

"I just had a sudden realization!" I said out of the blue, startling everyone in the room. They all turned towards me expectantly, even Nino who was in the middle of a game of Pac-Man, had paused it.

"What is it M'lady?"Adrien inquired.

"Why did Master Fu only fund for our class to take the trip? Why not the entire school or anyone else for that matter?" I say and everyone starts to think about it.

"Maybe he wants to reward us for being such good superheroes?" Chloe says hopeful, but with one glance at Alya's eyes, she becomes much less hopeful.

"Dudes, maybe Master Fu wants us to help with something miraculous-related. Maybe we will help other miraculous or something." Nino says.

"Whatever, we'll find out soon enough won't we." Alya says as she turns back and looked up some street maps of Manhattan.

Once I lay back down on the bed, my phone started to ring. "I got a call, be right back."I entered the bathroom and closed the door for some privacy. I answered the call.

In Call: M-Marinette S-Sabine

M- Yes? Who is it?
S-Your mother
M-Hi maman! What do you need?
S-The bakery is busy today, can you come home and help?
M-Sure, I'll be there in 5-10 minutes. Bye maman.
S-bye sweetie

I hung up

"Who was that?" Adrien asks as I walked out of the bathroom.

I started to pick up my bags. "Bakery is busy today, I have to help my parents."

"Oh, so it would be perfectly fine if we all go to the bakery right now and each buy a lot of food?" Alya sarcastically remarks.

"Yeah, Totally. If you want to be like Lila and constantly make my life a living hell!" I tell her as Tikki flew into my bag. We all said goodbye to each other and I left the house.

-Later That Night-

I came into my room and flopped down on my chaise. Ugh! Today was so tiring at the bakery. I worked an hour longer than I should have been.

"That was some crowd today Marinette." Tikki says as she flew next to my head.

"Yep, but that's good. It means the promotional stunt is working." Last week the others and I wanted to help the bakery because business was dying down. Chloe had the idea that when people bought pastries, there would be a chance they would see one of us superheroes. The last half-hour I spent talking to the customers as Ladybug.

It was a nice and sorta-relaxing way to end the workday. I said goodnight to Tikki a few minutes later and climbed up to my bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I dozed off. I didn't even have my pajamas on, I went to sleep in my pink jeans.
