Over the weekend, Chloe had her date with Nath and it apparently went really well. On Sunday there was another akuma attack. Everyone was packed and ready for the trip.

-Monday Morning-

Mari's POV

Adrien and I were using our weapons to effortlessly travel across the Atlantic. We were chasing an akuma I was about to purify. I kept getting closer but it always evaded my Yo-yo. Finally I caught up to it. Once I was about to free it-

BEEP!!!! BEEP!!! BEEP!!

I woke up with a loud thud and realized I was on the ground of my room. I quickly scrambled up to my bed and slammed down on my alarm. I took a look at the time sleepily which read 5:50. My eyes widened and I rushed to get ready. How could I have almost missed it? I know I'm late, I just hope I make it there in time and get to go. I put on a nice, comfortable pink dress I made last week with my classic flats and brushed my hair quickly. I left it down today because I didn't have time. I grabbed some hair ribbons so I could do my hair later.

Outfit/hair:

"Tikki! hurry, get in my bag and lets go!" I yelled and she flew in. I ran down the stairs and grabbed a croissant for breakfast. I snatched up the big suitcase full of my clothes and stuff for the next two weeks and ran out the door, barely managing a "Bye Maman, Papa!"

I just reached the front steps of school and I saw no bus. "Oh no oh no, I missed the bus! My life is over! What if all my friends make new friends there? What if Adrien finds another girl he likes better than me? Then he'll beg his dad to move back to america and live with her and I'll never see my soulmate, my one true love ever again!" I rant aloud.

Just then I heard snickering and I walked towards the sound. I looked at the bushes to see someone. Of course, it was alya and she recorded the whole thing. I took the phone from her and ended the recording.

"What's this" I said pointing to her phone.

"My phone" she said and I glared at her. "Sorry girl, it was just soo funny."

"Explain. Why are you here? Did the bus leave without you too?" I asked.

"No girl," She said rubbing her forehead in annoyance. "Yesterday, I changed your clocks to be a half-hour early because I knew you'd be late. By the way love the hair!"

"First, thanks but warn me next time before I leave the house at 5:30 in the freakin AM to just cross the street!!!.....And second, thanks!" I said.

"No probs girl" she said.

-Time Skip to on the Bus-

We had just taken our seats on the bus. I sat in the middle isle-side next to Adrien. Alya sat isle-side across from me next to Nino.

It was a long bus ride because the school is about a hour away with traffic from the airport. Once we started driving, Nino put on his headphones on and turned the volume up on his phone. Adrien started flipping through a fashion magazine that he brought and Alya was updating the blog. You may be wondering how she keeps up with the blog if she can's record much with being Volpina? Well now she is posting random moments and stuff like what happened this morning. I had nothing to do so I decided to poke my boyfriend.

"What-cha doin?" I said in a sing-song voice as I poked him softly on the cheek.

"Looking at the magazines father forced me to bring." he sighed as he closed the magazine to look at me. He made a goofy grin and I chuckled.

"I still can't believe he let you come on this trip." I said.

"Natalie urged him to let me go and he said I could as long as I promised to bring about a suite-case full of modern American fashion designs for inspiration on a new line." He sighed. Adrien went back to looking through the magazine and everyone else was doing one thing or another. I lay my head on his shoulder and lazily looked at the magazine.

-Some Time Later-

I must've dozed off because someone had put headphones over my ears and blasted it as loud as it could go. Lets just say I punched the closest person to me. And for being a superhero, my fists were like steel.

"OW!!! A little warning next time dudette?" Nino says, gripping his stomach in pain. I took the headphones off and handed them back.

"No wonder you always sleep past your alarm girl." Alya comments.

I then heard someone climb onto the bus. "Guys, hurry up. We're going to miss the flight. You guys better be out of this bus in 30 seconds or-"

"Ok Alix, we are coming right now." I said and got up from my seat and we left at a rapid pace.

-Another time skip later-

Finally, we were all on the plane and getting to our seats. It took forever to get through customs, security, and all that. It was no help that Kim and Alix were there, acting like little kids and annoying everyone in line. By now it was 10:00 and we were boarding the plane for our 8 1/2 hour flight strait to Manhattan. We were in a small plane, only built to have 50 or so people. There were only 2 seats per side of the isle and it wasn't too crowded. I got the window seat this time and Adrien sat isle. Alya and Nino sat across from us.

After a bit, they turned off the seat-belt light, signaling that we could walk around. Kim and Alix raced as fast as they could to the bathroom. A few other classmates also switched seats. I looked out towards the skyline and unbuckled my seat-belt to be more comfortable. I leaned my arm on the arm-rest closest to the window and my head rested on it. A second or two later, the other arm-rest was pulled up and I heard Adrien's seat-belt unlock. He lay his head on my lap and snuggled into a very cat-like position.

"I think I'm going to take a quick cat nap. Right here purrincess." He said, getting comfortable as I started stroking his blonde locks.

"Oh kitty," I said and continued stroking his hair. I stared out the window. We were high over the Atlantic but I saw land so I knew we hadn't flown that far yet. I saw the flight attendant lady with the food and drink cart a few rows away from us. "Chaton, before you go to sleep, what food and drink would you like?"

"Milk and I'll have whatever meal you choose for me." He said and turned over to face my stomach-region. I feel him relax as I play with his hair.

"Hello miss. What drink would you like?" The flight attendant asked. She was skinny with her washed out blonde hair in a bun.

"Milk for him and uh...how about some soda for me." I say. She looked at Adrien oddly, probably because of the weird position he was in.

"And any in-flight meals?"

"A ceaser salad for me and a tuna sandwich for him" I replied.

"Here you go, and have a nice flight." She said and handed me the food and drinks, which I happily set on Adrien's pull out table area. I could hear the lady muttering  'cat-boy'. I simply just rolled my eyes.

About 2-3 hours into the flight and my little kitty still hadn't woken up once.

"Foooooodddddd." Plagg moaned. "Are we there yet? Where's my cheese?"

"Fine, Fine. I'll see if I can find some, just be quiet and lay low." I said and reached over into Adrien's pockets. I manuvered him so he was facing the roof. I checked the shirt pockets, pants pockets, inside pockets, back pockets, pocket pockets, yet nothing. I then leant over to where Alya was. "Alya, you guys have any cheese?" She turned to look at Nino and whispered something to him. She looked back to me and shook her head no. I looked around me but Chloe was in the restroom and I couldn't check the carry-ons because a certain cat was on me. I noticed that Adrien's tuna sandwich had a slice of cheese in it. Oh well, Adrien never liked cheese anyway. "Plagg, will this do?" He looked at it carefully.

"Fine, but once we land I want a gourmet camembert cheese dish" Plagg says, crossing his... arms? I opened the plastic box and gathered all the cheese. Plagg snatched it out of my hand and flew to Tikki. Before I could close the container, I felt Adrien's weight shift on my lap.

"Finally, you're awake," I said as he sat up.

"Told you I was going to take a cat nap." He replied.

"For 3 hours?" I said shocked. "Here's the milk and I got you a tuna sandwich."

He's about to take a bite. "Where's the cheese?"

"Probably in Plagg's stomach right now," I said and he nodded in understanding. "Now I'm tired. Wake me up when we are about to land, Okay?"

"Sure purrincess" He said as I was pulled onto him. He kissed me as i leaned on his shoulder and fell asleep.

Adrien's POV

I quickly gulped down the milk and munched on the sandwich. My purrincess was fast asleep on my shoulder. My how pretty she looks at my side. I closed my eyes and slowly fell back asleep and put my arm around her.

Mari's POV

I woke up just as the plane's speakers turned off. I didn't know what they said so I turned to Alya and she pointed to the seat belt light. It was on. I carefully moved over to my seat and put my seat belt back on. I leaned over and put Adrien's seat belt on, who purred as I reached over him. I really ought to wake him.

"Adrien?" I nudged him. "Hello? My love? Kitty? Chat? Chaton? Mon amour?" That did the trick.

"Purrincess.." He moaned.

"Adrien, wake up or I'll send you on a one way trip back to your father's mansion while we are all having fun in Manhattan!" I whisper-yell at him.

He jolted up at the thought. "I'm awake" he said a little too loud and everyone not in our class was staring. He just scratched the back of his head and slouched to avoid unwanted gazes.

-Time skip to when they arrive at the hotel-

The hotel was amazing, 5 stars. Even Lila couldn't complain.

Much.

"This is not like any 5-star hotel I've been to. The one next door is a lot cleaner for starters." She bickers.

"Nobody cares Lila, much less actually believe you," Alya shot back. "And besides, next door is a laundromat and on the other side is a movie theater." Lila decided to ignore her and had Sabrina get the key-cards for the room.

"Alix, the class wishes you good luck with those two," Alya said and patted the short teen on the shoulder. We all wished her good luck and gave some advice on how to stay strong. Then Ms.Bustier called us to get our key-cards and we scrambled to her with our luggage in tow. We were all on the same floor, girls on the left side and boys on the right. We got to choose where we were and who we were across from and naturally, we chose Adrien and Nino. Next to us were Rose, Juleka, and Mylene. Nathaniel and Ivan were across from them. The others were occupying the last 2 rooms and Ms.Bustier was at the end of the hall in the middle.

"You may hang out and rest in your rooms until dinner downstairs in 30 minutes. Or, if you're too bothered to come downstairs, you may order room service." Ms.Bustier said and went into her room.

All the rooms were exactly the same except that the girls had 3 beds and a balcony. It looked more like a suite to me, being that there were couches, walk in closets, huge bathrooms, etc. Each room also came with a bunch of American channels and free movie rentals. Everyone decided to separate into different rooms and meet back for dinner.

Alya and Nino were watching a romance movie in my room, Rose and Juleka went to their balcony to look at the view, Mylene and Ivan watched something called Cutthroat Kitchen, Chloe and Nathaniel were talking in Nathaniel's room, I didn't really care what Lila and Sabrina were doing in their room, and Kim, Max, and Alix were daring each other in the guy's room. Adrien and I decided to go into his room and hang out.

"I'm tired" Adrien said as he flopped down on his bed.

"You slept for like 7 hours on the plane" I said and sat down at the edge of the bed.

"I think it was the jet lag and getting up early this morning." He explained.

"Fine, but I'm sleeping next to you. I think the jet lag has gotten to me as well." I lay back and snuggled into him on top of the bed he had previously claimed. He snaked his arms around my waist and rested his face in the crook of my neck.I curled into a small ball and we fell asleep in each other's company once again.

-With Ivan and Mylene-

3rd person POV

Mylene and Ivan were on the couch in a room as they flipped through the TV channels. They came across a few they might like but nothing really stood out. That was until an American show called Cutthroat Kitchen came on.

"How about this Mylene?" Ivan said. "It doesn't look too scary"

"Okay Ivan," she replied. "If it's not too scary"

The show finally came on after the pre-commercials. When the logo for it appeared, it scared Mylene and she dove her face into the comforts of Ivan's chest.

"It's okay Mylene, It's just the logo, it can't hurt you." Ivan comforted her. "It's over, you can look now."

They started to get into it and Mylene liked every part of it, she even got used to the logo coming on all the time.

-On the Balcony with Rose and Juleka-

The 2 girls could easily hear the TV inside as they looked out at the view.

"Look at how pretty the big city is" Rose gushed.

"Whatever," Juleka said and Rose grinned.

"But we have the perfect view of the Empire State Building" Rose said.

"It goes up soo high," Juleka says while looking up.

Rose looked back to their room. "Our room is soo drab and colorless," she said.

"Meh," Juleka replies. "Its just like any other hotel room I guess."

"What are they watching in there?" Rose asked.

"Wanna go inside and see?" Rose nodded. They went inside and sat on a bed because Ivan and Mylene (mostly Ivan) took up the whole couch space. Juleka really liked the show, especially the logo.

-With Nathaniel and Chloe in Nathaniel's Room-

"You're pretty funny Nath!" Chloe giggled after Nath said something funny.

"I wasn't really trying to be but, thanks!" He replied and you could easily see his blush, unless you were Chloe who ignored it.

"Hey, do you think I could see some of your drawings?" She said.

"Sure" He said, handing her the book that was on the desk. "May I ask Why?"

"Its just that...Wow! You kept this?" She exclaimed. She had the page open to his sketch of her bracelet from all the way back to Rodger Cop 3 years ago.

"Of course, it reminds me of the most beautiful girl in the world" He sweetly said and a slight blush grew on each-other's faces.

"You know what would be better?" Chloe asked and Nath had a questioning look on his face. "Drawing a picture of the most beautiful girl in the world."

His face immediately light up with excitement. He gestured for her to sit in a comfortable position and he started sketching, then going over in color. Her picture looked amazing.

When he was done, he showed Chloe who stared at it in awe. "Wow, this is amazing Nath"

"Well I had a great model," Nath winked and Chloe pecked his lips, causing him to blush almost 50 shades of red and pink. "I could do even better with a nice scenery and better lighting though."

"Is that a date?" Nath nodded, "then I'm in."

-With Kim, Max, and Alex in the guys' room-

"I dare you to lick the toilet seat," Alex dared.

"According to my calculations based on the cleanliness of the average hotel bathroom and the cleaning rate of most hotels and what they clean, there are enough germs on the toilet seat to make you very sick," Max states as he pushed up his glasses.

"Deal!" Kim said despite Max's clear warning and licked the toilet.

"Ew!" Alix gagged. As tough as she was, that was still very disgusting.

"That is both gross and disgusting," Max commented.

-With Nino and Alya in Alya's room-

The couple were lounging on Alya's bed, flickering through the movies, trying to decide what to watch. They settled on The Princess Bride. Nino discreetly put his arm around Alya and pulled her close. They didn't talk much because they simply wanted to be in each other's company. Nino even put his headphones on the nightstand and Alya did the same with her phone.

-With Marinette and Adrien-

Mari's POV

I woke up snuggling with my boyfriend. I slowly reached over and grabbed my phone. The time said 8:30 PM. We should have been downstairs for dinner half an hour ago. I decided to quietly send a text to Alya.

M- Where R you
A- Watching movie in room, you?
M-Napping with Adrien. we should've been at dinner already
A-Oh shoot, I forgot
M-Room service?
A-Room service
M-Order me some will you? And Adrien as well
A- Fine, I know what you'd want and...Salmon or tuna for the kitty I assume
M-Salmon...And get some cheese for Plagg
A- right, ok. see you girl
M- see you

I put my phone back and pulled Adrien closer to me. He was warm and comforting as I fell back asleep.

It was 11 PM when I woke up again. There was a knock on the door and I was about to wake Adrien up until I saw him putting his shirt back on. I went over to the door and opened it. In front of me was Nino, holding a tray of food.

"H-hey...u-h d-dudes-s!" He awkwardly said as he looks over my shoulder. I turn to see my love trying to fix his shirt which he had put on inside out and backwards. I internally facepalmed at his idiocy. "Was..S-someth-hing going-g.......on? Should I...l-leave?"

"No Nino, we were sleeping and it was too hot so I took my shirt off," Adrien answered.

"Well..uh-okay. Anyways my dudes, our movie finished and Alya told me to bring Adrien his food and we should all get some sleep," He said. "She also told me that your food is with her Mari."

I left after kissing Adrien's cheek, who in return, tried to pull me in for an actual kiss but I refused and playfully poked him on the nose. He started to pout so I whispered seductively in his ear. "When we have a chance tomorrow, we'll go someplace private Chaton." He let me go and I went to my room. I was too tired to notice when I finished my dinner. After, I put on my pajamas and went to bed.
