Ladan: You ready Eric?

Eric: Yes, but shouldn't we tell the readers why they should be ready?

Ladan: I was getting to that, this chapter will be...interesting

Eric: whelp, to find out you got to read.

Ladan: We don't want to spoil anything.

Mari's POV

"What do you mean 'our time is up'? I don't follow," Adrien asks.

"We must hurry, before they pick up on your scent," Fu says then rushed off. I've never seen him run so fast...or ever.

"Any ideas?" I ask and they all shrugged. "I guess we'll have to follow him then."

And we did. He ran all the way back to the hotel. If we weren't superheroes, I'd have given up chasing the old man a long time ago because it was so far away. Once he stopped, he told us to pack all of the stuff we wanted to keep and meet him back downstairs. I had no idea what was going on, but we all decided to follow him because he's never steered us wrong before. We didn't have much time to unpack our things yet, so we got downstairs within the next 10 or so minutes.Fu then guided us to a taxi with 3 ugly ladies in the front seats. Luckily, there were 2 rows in the back so we weren't cramped up.

"Fu, glad to see you back in the states," The lady In the middle said. The lady at the wheel grabbed something from the middle one.

"Where are we headed?" She asked.

"To camp," Fu replied. The lady on the right turned to get a good look at us an-OH MY GOD SHE HAS ONE EYE!!!!! It was kinda creeping me out until she turned back around. She then grabbed something from the left lady and started talking.

"New demigods?" She asked.

"Yes, now we must hurry, this many in one place will have a strong smell," Fu said. "Give the eye back please so she can drive."

Did. He. Just. Say. EYE?!?! Was that what they were passing around? "What the fuck is going on?" I accidentally screamed out-loud. My friends just stared at me. The ladies in the front started the car and we went at a crazy speed. Not like it was too hard to get used to, it just muffled our voices from master Fu who was in the back corner, absently looking out the window.

"Mari, since when do you cuss?" Nino asked.

"You know, she cusses a lot when it's just the two of us," Adrien smirks as I feel my face turn redder by the nanosecond.

"It's not like that you guys, I promise!" I said and Alya mouthed that we would talk about this later.

A bit of silence later we had stopped. "This is as far as we can go" The right lady said. We all got out and instantly I felt my legs buckle under me and I fell to the ground. We all did actually. A minute after the taxi left, we all got our balance back. We had to climb up a hill and saw a sign that read 'Camp Half-Blood'. Fu guided us to a big, intimidating statue that I didn't want to get close to. There were people walking, playing games, and sitting around it. Just then, we all heard hoofs smacking on the dirt and turned to see a horse-man. Nino screamed like a little girl at the sight. Alya gave him the death glare and he shut up.

"Hello, I am Chiron and welcome to Camp Half-Blood," the horse man/Chiron said.

"Half-Blood?" Alya questioned.

"Yes, I have to get to a meeting but I'll have someone show you around," He said. "And I recommend that you keep the fact of your miraculous under wraps because we don't want any campers getting jealous or anything." He added the last part in a whisper.

"Chiron, I'll keep watch over Chloe's training until she's ready" Fu said and Chiron nodded. Fu then disappeared In a pile of daises. I was very confused but I felt like now was not a good time to ask questions.

"I must go now, but I'll have one of our other campers show you around and explain everything," Chiron's eyes scoured the base of the statue at all the campers. He called over to one who was walking by, nose buried deep within a book. "Ladan, these are new campers, Marinette, Adrien, Alya, and Nino. Please show them around as I have to get to the meeting." Chiron galloped away.

"Why not? I was only just getting to the best part of the book," The girl said sarcastically as she closed the book and put it to her side. "Hey, my name is Ladan and I'm in cabin 6, that's probably the reason why Chiron choose me to show you around and what-not."

I took a good look at her. She had long, Auburn hair styled in a partly braided crown and the rest was loose in a beach wave style. She had golden-tan skin. She also had a blue floral romper and white shoes. She wore a beautiful dolphin necklace. Her brown eyes were playful and sneaky as if looking for something.

Outfit/hair:

"Cabin 6?" Adrien asked.

"Wow, Chiron must've been in a hurry if he didn't explain anything to you," Ladan said and her eyes widened in shock. "Sit down and let me explain," We all did what we were told. "Welcome to Camp Half-Blood, a safe place for our kind. We are all either Roman or Greek demigods, this is the greek camp, the Roman camp is in California. Chiron is a centaur and our current across seas satyr Fu brought you here. We were brought here to live in mostly peace and train for when we get a quest to go out into the real world with monsters. Our cabins represent our godly parentage. It's based off of the 12 olympian gods and the claimed minor gods so far's kids. I'm from cabin 6, a relative of Athena. I am currently 2nd in command at the moment as our head counsler, Annabeth is in College. My good friend Malcolm is current head counslor and is very good at the job. You can get claimed at any time in any way, but if you aren't claimed by tonight, you will be sleeping in the Hermes cabin with the other unclaimed campers."

"Wait, so you're saying our mom or dad fucked a god or goddess?" Nino says.

"Well, when you put it like that it sounds wrong," Ladan answered, not denying it. "If you want, I can give you a tour and I can tell you more as we walk."

"Sure, that would be great!" I said and we were led towards the statue.

Ladan's POV

"This is the Athena Parthenos, the most famous statue of my mom in history, holding out the goddess of victory, Nike. And please don't comment or joke about her being the goddess of shoes-" I said but was interrupted.

"Why would we joke about that?" Marinette asks.

"Oh, never mind...just, ah, don't mention it. Nike's a bit salty when it comes to the topic of shoes." I said. "And continuing on, It was originally lost when Rome started to become powerful and overtook Greece. In the past 2 or so years, Annabeth found it and Nico, Reyna, and Coach Hedge brought it back as we were about to go into a war with Rome."

"Who?" Nino asked.

I sighed, this was going to be a long day. "You know what, I can give you a run down of the campers and other demigods another time or as they come across our paths," I then headed towards our pine tree with a gold fleece on it's lowest branch and a dragon sleeping around it. "And this, is known as Thalia's Pine Tree and the famous golden fleece. And this is our guard dragon Peleus"

Nino started to get close, but Peleus snapped up near him as Nino jumped into Alya's arms.

"Don't do that idiot! He's not sleeping." I yelled.

"Opps, sorry" Nino said, scratching his head.

"I have a better idea, let me show you a better tour guide. Last year, my good friend Percy Jackson, you'll hear a lot about him, had the idea for this tour guide book that a bunch of campers pitched in to help. Some gave stories and the geyser god explained everything. I personally edited them and found a way to...print them out without them...ahh.....blowing up?" I said.

"Blowing up?" Adrien asked.

"You see, electronics are like a homing beacon for monsters and they tend to blow up near demigods." I explained. "Lets go to the cabins, I think I left a few copies in my room."

We all walked down Half-Blood hill and made it to the green where the cabins lay. "This place is soo cool!" Alya gushed.

"I'll be back in a second, got to get the books. You can put your stuff down in one of the empty room of the Hermes cabin right there." I said and ran into my cabin.

"Hey Ladan, why the rush?" My relative and friend Bella asked as I ran into my room.

"New campers, and I have to explain everything to them." I said, looking for the books. Where are those books?

"Let me guess, your looking for the info-guides things?"

"What do you think?" I sarcastically remarked. She tossed a few to me and I easily caught them. "Thanks, wait-what are you doing in my room?" I stopped in my tracks.

"I was looking to read the book you just finished reading and Aquaa said I could." Bella said. Curse Aquaa! She's too helpful sometimes. What if they found out my secret-not even going to mention it. I went outside and handed them the books.

"This is soo cool!" Adrien said. They were looking through the books so I had a chance to think. I stared at the 4 newbies and they reminded me of people I just didn't know who. Should I ask? It could get awkward, but I do want to know if I've ever met them.

"I have to ask this as it was clawing in the back of my brain for the last few minutes, Do I know you? I feel like I do but I don't know from where and that's not normal." I said and they looked at me oddly.

"I don't think so, we've been in Paris most of our lives." Adrien said.

"I must've been thinking of someone else then..." I said as my thoughts drifted away. Nino coughed to get my attention.

"oh, right. the tour. The cabins are ordered by number as follows. Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Ares, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, Dionysus, hades, iris, Hypnos, nemesis, Nike, Hebe, Tyche, Hecate, Atlas, and Eris." I say in one breath. Just then, I felt like they had something to say but they restrained themselves. I could feel someone about to startle me so I did the only logical thing I could think of.

I judo-flipped the teen behind me. It was a trick I learned from a good friend and relative of mine. He fell on the ground and I took a good look at him, smiled, and lent my hand for him to get up. "Hey E." I said as he got up.

"Who's this?" Alya asked.

"This, is my BFF Eric. We've known each other since we were 9 and we've been at camp since we were 12." I said.

"Yeah, pretty much," Eric said.

Eric was pale and his face was dotted with freckles. He had crazy cool eyes that could change colors at a moment's notice and wildly colored hair. Today it was pink. He wore ripped black denim jeans and an Imagine Dragons shirt. It was accompanied by black shoes and a lepord/black jacket with his chain necklace that he never takes off. I'm the only one who knew that on the back of the chain was a lion head.

Outfit/hair:

"You know you can't scare me, I know you all too well." I said and put my arm on his shoulder. "And I thought you were with Llea. Where'd she go?"

"She's with holly and laurel at the archery range." He said shrugging. "No big deal"

"No big deal? NO BIG DEAL?!?! Everyone knows you can't leave those 3 alone together!" I shouted.

"What's so bad about the 3 of them together my dudes?" Nino asked.

"Well, I guess it's time for you to meet Holly and Laurel Victor." I said as I tried to regain my composure.

Mari's POV

Eric and Ladan led us to the archery range but as we passed the combat arena, someone interrupted us. He came out of nowhere from the shadows. He was wearing all black and was ghostly pale with black hair. We all stopped and he walked towards Ladan.

"What Nico? we are kinda about to stop a fight from breaking out" Ladan said.

"Holly and Laurel?" Nico asked.

"And Llea." Eric chimed in.

"That is urgent. I wanted to ask you, where's Will? He wasn't in the infirmary or his cabin." Nico asked worried.

"Give me a second," Ladan said closing her eyes and rubbing her temples. What was she doing? "He's at the lake."

"Thanks, see you guys." He said and walked back to the shadows and disappeared. Where did he go?

"How did he.....?" Alya asked, stunned. And if you know her like I do, she rarely ever gets stunned.

"I can't just go explaining every single person at camp and all their history and powers, ask them yourselves. And you might want to get used to magical powers and stuff." Ladan said and we kept walking.

"If this freaks you out, just wait until you meet Leo." Eric said and from the look on Alya's face, i don't think she was looking forward to meeting Leo. I didn't know why I was handling this soo well, maybe it was because I knew I had friends by my side at all times. Alya was probably thinking that this was just one crazy dream and was all alone. As we got closer to the archery field we heard people arguing.

"I should go first!" One girl shouted.

"No I should!" Shouted the second.

"I got the bow and arrow first so I should go first" the third shouted.

"But I got here first" The first said.

"No I did" The third said.

"You snooze you loose Holly" The first girl said to the second.

"They fight more than Alix and Kim," Adrien whispered in my ear and I couldn't hold back a giggle. The fighting continued on in the background.

"Are they always like this?" i asked.

"No, usually they are louder." Eric said. I hope i wasn't related to those three.

"So, are you going to stop them or should I?" Ladan asked Eric.

"I will, they never listen to you anyways," Eric said and shouted his next words. "Holly, Laurel, Llea, stop being so chaotic!"

"Coming from a son of discord," Ladan muttered as Holly and Laurel stopped in their tracks, looking very frightened. Llea just ran up to us, no effect whatsoever.

"You two will go into the bathrooms and clean it up or I will tell Chiron you were being mean to Llea." Eric says slowly in a deep, menacing voice that sent chills down my spine. Holly and Laurel did as they were told but tried to put up a fight.

"Wait, son of discord?" Adrien asks.

"My mom's Eris, goddess of strife and discord so I can control the levels of craziness wherever I go, more or less. I can only do it on rare occasions." Eric said.

"Hey, you're new campers right?" Llea asked. She had orange hair in a ponytail and long bangs. She had light brown eyes and fair skin. She was wearing an orange Camp Half-Blood shirt and jeans.

(Ignore the mask and ears and stuff)

"Yes, this is Alya, Nino, Mari, and Adrien," Ladan said.

"Good, do you guys want to go swim in the lake? I was just looking for some new competition." Llea asked with a competitive sparkle in her eyes.

"I will dudette, just let me get my swimsuit first." Nino said.

"I guess we all are going back to the cabins then." Adrien said. We then walked back to the Hermes cabin and in our respective rooms. Ladan, Llea, and Eric grabbed their swimsuits and waited in the main room of the cabin. I grabbed my swimsuit from my bag and freaked out when I saw most of my stuff from my room in Paris here, because I sure as hell didn't bring this much stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some sort of magic brought it here. I put it on and Alya started laughing like crazy.

"What's so funny?" I asked and she pointed to the swimsuit I was wearing. I looked down to see the golden background with a shamrock pattern and a ladybug in each one. It looked horendus and I was positive I've never seen this pattern in my life.

"How in the world did that happen?" Alya asked.

"I don't know, but i do know that this is not mine." I said and ran out of the room.

"You guys ready?" Llea asked as she turned around to look at me and laughed at what I was wearing.

"This bathing suit is not mine." I said and looked to see the swimsuit returning to it's normal colors. "What was that?"

"I believe you just got claimed as a daughter of Tyche, goddess of luck." Ladan said.

"Do I have any half-siblings?" I asked, if i did, I hoped they were nice.

"Yes in fact, her name is Chiara Benvenuti. She's currently questing with Damien and Pollux if I remember corectly. May be back within a week or two." Ladan said.

"You got claimed?" Alya said as she walked out of the room. I simply nodded. "Lucky, I hope I get claimed today."

"The day's still young!" Llea said.

"So which of you dudes is ready for the lake?" Nino yells as he comes barreling out of his room. Adrien was behind him but walking out like a decent person.

"ME! I love the water." Ladan exclaimed. She was about to run out the door. "Race you!" Nino and Ladan sprinted away.

"Ladan, did you invite Aquaa?" Eric called.

"She's already there" Ladan called back as she got out of hearing range.

"Anyone else want to race?" Eric asked and Alya started running.

"You guys want to walk?" Llea asked. Adrien and I nodded. Adrien put his arm around me and Llea showed us the way.

"So, what's your favorite part about camp?" Adrien asked.

"I have to say the combat arena, you got to let your claws loose don't you?" She answered. I didn't know what was with the feline reference but Adrien got it so I just went along with it.

We got to the canoe lake and saw a lot of other campers enjoying themselves. "Is it always this packed and crazy here?" I asked.

"No, summer here is almost over and then we will have less campers. We are just relaxing on our last day before most of us go back to school. Only a dozen or two are year-rounders." Someone said as they came up to us.

"Aquaa, I'm going to go race Nino, see you when I win!" Llea bragged and ran to the lake.

"So, you're the Aquaa we keep hearing about but have never got an explanation to who you are," Adrien said.

Aquaa had watery blue hair and the same skin tone as Llea. She was wearing an light green and white striped bathing suit with simple sandals.

"I'm Aquaa and I'm in cabin 6 even though I'm technically not a demigod but Chiron gave me and Llea personal acceptance to stay in cabin 6 and 22..." She started ranting then came to a stop once she realized what she said.

"What do you mean not exactly a demigod?" I asked.

"Lets go to the water, Ladan, Eric, and your friend Alya are waiting for us." Aquaa said, obviously trying to avoid the topic. We went into the water anyways and it looked like everyone was having fun.

"Hey guys, what took you soo long?" Alya asked.

"We were taking our sweet time." Adrien said. We splashed around for a few minutes and were having a blast.

"This place is soo cool dudes," Nino says as he came back from the race. "I thought Ladan was with you?"

"She was..." I said. At least, she had been here a few minutes ago. We looked around for her and noticed a figure deep underwater. "Is that her?"

"Yes. Now can we get back to relaxing?" Llea said and Aquaa lay on her back, floating on the top of the water.

"How can you just let her stay down there? She could be drowning!" Alya asked.

"Let it happen, she does what she does and you don't want to stop her." Aquaa said. Too late, I had no time to think as I dove down to where she was, I was running out of breath as I reached her and she turned around. She was a bit angry until she caught sight of me loosing my breath. She flicked her wrists and I could feel my muscles relax and I could breathe underwater. Wait...breathe under water?

"What are you doing down here?" She yelled angrily and her eyes stared deep into my soul.

"Saving you from drowning down here but it looks to me like you're fine," I said. I couldn't believe I was having a conversation underwater, how crazy has my life become?

"Do not worry." Ladan said, still mad i think because she turned around and crossed her arms.

"Are you coming up?" I asked.

"Not yet, I need to think. I'll be up in a few minutes but I'll send you up first." She said, very annoyed and before I could ask her what she meant, I felt a current or something pushing me up to the surface.

As I rose up, the air bubble that allowed me to breathe popped. I swam over to where Alya and the others were.

"Ladan got mad, didn't she?" Aquaa asked, still floating on her back.

"How was she able to breathe down there?" I inquired.

"She was probably chatting with the fishes down there," Eric said nonchalantly.

"Huh?" Alya and I asked at the same time.

"She's a child of Poseidon." Aquaa explained. "She can talk to fish, horses, and has water powers." That makes a bit of sense, I guess.

"But she said she's in cabin 6?" Adrien asked.

"Chiron gave her special permission because she's a legacy of Athena and didn't want to be alone in cabin 3 or with her brothers only, plus she needed a bigger book collection than what Cabin 3 had.Llea and I did as well but for a different reason." Aquaa explained.

"Legacies, gods, Half-Bloods, there's just soo much to wrap my head around!" Alya exasperatedly said. She's about to blow her top, better stop it.

"Don't worry, we're in this together right?" I said and wrapped my arms around my bestie and she nodded. I winked to where Nino and Adrien where who then came up and hugged us as well. Once we let go, we started to splash each other, which resulted in a splash fight between us. Even Aquaa, Eric, and Llea joined us. Ladan eventually rose out of the water and waded towards us.

"Where were you?" Nino asked, the first to notice her above water.

"Planning an epic end of summer water show," Ladan said and continued to talk, probably because of the questioning look on our faces, mostly mine and Adrien's. "Chiron told me yesterday to plan a water show for the last day of summer and a farewell to those who have to go back to school." She paused and then yelled to the far end of the lake. " Start it up you guys!" 2 dolphins swam into the lake, I didn't even know that this was a saltwater lake. Ladan then raised her hands and signaled to someone who started music. Ladan then guided her hands and controlled the water as it rose to the air and formed different shapes. There was a rose, heart, sword, and many other temporary sculptures. Inside each of them were the 2 dolphins that showed off their skills and shimmering, rubbery skin. About an hour or so later, it was over and all the campers who heard the commotion and came to see clapped and cheered for the dolphins. The dolphins who, in turn, made an extravagant exit back to the ocean.

"Wow, great show dudes!" Nino clapped.

"It was nothing. Getting Allan and Coral to preform for us was simple. Those two are soo self-absorbed it was easy to get them here. Finding them, not so much." Ladan giggled and rolled her eyes.

"Self-absorbed dolphins have names? And how are they self-absorbed?" Alya asked.

"Of course they have names, you have a name don't you." She said. Fair point. "Dolphins are like any other animal I know, full of personality!"

"No matter what, that water show was off the hook!" Nino shouted and pumped his fist in the air. For a split second, I could see a scowl on Ladan's face as she glared at Nino. But, she returned to her happy self. What was that about?

"Yes, even though it Dolphinately took a lot of work, it was probably my most fintastic water show yet!" Ladan exclaimed and I internally groaned at her use of a pun.

"D-did you just m-make a p-p-pun?" I stuttered.

"I'd be lion if I said we didn't." Eric smirked and I actually groaned this time.

"Oh, the puns, the puns!" I said over-dramatically.

"Meow-ch, your killing my Purrincess." Adrien adds.

"Oh shut it you dumb cat, I know you like being near other people who make as many bad puns as you do." I snapped.

"But I rather be with my Purrincess." He said and put his arm around me. I sighed lovingly.

"Is it weird that I barely know you two and ship you two already?" Ladan said. Oh no, not another one.

"You're a shipper? Me too!" Alya cheered.

"Well then, I think you'd like to join some of the campers in our shipping club. To enter though, you have to present us with a new ship." Ladan said.

"I brought you Adrienette and me and Nino, who for some reason are called DJWifi." Alya said.

"I will then officially proclaim you a CHB shipper tomorrow at the shipper meeting at Rachel's cave," Ladan said. "Meetings are Wednesdays and Fridays. Be there at 2 PM sharp or your shipper status will be revoked."

"You really take this shipping stuff seriously?" Nino remarks.

"Why wouldn't I?" Ladan said.

"Can we go back to the cabins? My skin is starting to wrinkle." Alya asked and we all agreed to and got out of the lake. Just then, I went to kiss my boyfriend's cheek when I noticed he was already dry and clothed. And not in normal clothes, the kind for formal occasions that Mr. Agreste makes for Adrien's photo shoots.

"Yes, Cabin 10 is good, Drew might not try to break you up if she's related to you." Ladan thought out loud.

"That's the Aphrodite cabin right?" Nino asked and Eric nodded.

"I really hope I get claimed by my parent today my dudes." Nino said.

"Same," Alya added. Eric looked past us towards camp and sniffed the air oddly.

"What is it?" Adrien asked.

"Dinner's in 5" Eric answered.

"I could've told you that," Ladan crossed her arms.

"But I have a keen sense of smell so I know today's taco day" Eric retorted.

"It was on the bulletin after lunch you idiot," Ladan smacked Eric lightly on the head.

"If dinner's in 5, shouldn't we go change into dry clothes, and non-fancy ones." I said and we all went into our respective cabins. I went to my new cabin because someone had already moved my stuff there. When we came out, Llea and Aquaa were nowhere to be found.

"Where is Aquaa and Llea?" Alya questioned.

"Oh, ummmm....oh! They wanted to stay in their rooms because they weren't that hungry yet but told us to bring them some food for later." Ladan said, a bit nervous and positioned her bag closer to her which I hadn't seen before. It was small and blue to match the romper she was still wearing.

"Yeah, they'll appear again... sometime." Eric said.

- At Dinner-

Dinner was delicious. Apparently, the campers only sat with their cabin mates for dinner, but Chiron had been lenient because it was some of the campers' last meal here until next summer, so we could sit anywhere. It took me a minute to figure out how to get a drink into my cup and it felt weird to burn a portion of the food. I was sitting at a table with my BFFs and boyfriend, Ladan, Eric, and three other people. That was until a very large camper came up behind Ladan with a huge grin on his face and was soaking wet. Eric pointed to where he was and Ladan turned around.

"Ty!" She screamed and bounded up to hug the dripping wet camper. It had no affect on her dryness, probably some Poseidon magic at work.

"Hello sister, where's brother?" The big guy asked.

"Percy's at College, Tyson. Now, sit down with us and you can have some peanut butter." Ladan said. Why did that name seem familiar?

"Peanut Butter!" Tyson shouted in delight and suddenly, everyone shot up from their seats and brought out weapons. What was going on? "Sorry guys, my mistake." Everyone was hesitant, but they all eventually sat down. I was wondering what this was about.

"Tyson's battle cry is just shouting Peanut Butter, which is really annoying based on the fact that he's like, 7 years old" Ladan said as if she was reading my thoughts.

"He's 7?" Alya spat out her drink. Eric gave a look that said he'd explain later.

"Ty, these are the new campers, Marinette of Cabin 19, Adrien of Cabin 10, and Alya and Nino are unclaimed. Guys, this is my half-brother, Tyson." Ladan said.

"Oh, and my name's Calypso," The other girl at the table said.

"Like the goddess that was trapped on that island?" I asked.

"That's me," She answered. "But I'm not much of a goddess anymore, that's a long story."

"And I'm her boyfriend, Super Sized McShizzle Valdez." The boy next to her said.

"Leo, baby, don't lie to them." Calypso warned.

"Fine, I'm Leo Valdez, bad boy supreme!" Leo said. That name also sounds soo familiar but why? He reached over the table to shake Nino's hand because Nino was closest and his hand caught on fire. The four of us jumped back simultaneously.

"Told you they would freak when they met him." Eric told Ladan.

"I owe you ten bucks, don't I?" Ladan said and Eric smirked. She swiftly handed the money over.

"Sorry, he's really excited to go back to school and see our friends back in Indiana," Calypso apologized. Ladan looked to the end of the table and coughed to get the last teen's attention.

"Smart idea with the betting Eric." He said. "Why are you looking at me like that Ladan?" He looked sad. "Fine, my name's Connor."

"Connor, I know Travis is at college but you can't mope about it 24/7, it's not healthy." Ladan said.

"I know but it's hard." Connor replied.

"I'll help you pull a prank tomorrow while Ladan's at the shipping meeting, okay?" Eric said and patted his shoulder, which seemed to lighten Connor's mood slightly. Just then, a bright light shined down from the heavens and a golden-skinned man appeared. All the campers groaned at his presence.

"I have come with an important Haiku for you all," He said.

"What do you want Apollo?" Calypso turned to say.

"Let me finish, my Haiku goes like this,

I have a New son,
He is to be claimed today,
His name is Nino"

He then disappeared and left everyone absolutely stunned.

"Me, son of Apollo?" Nino said, breaking the tension. "Cool dudes!"

"Not one of his worst Haikus, I must admit." Calypso said.

"So I'm the only one who's unclaimed?" Alya said and everyone looked a bit sad.

After dinner, we had a sing-a-long at the campfire and everyone turned in for the night.

Ladan's POV

Everyone had finally gone back to their cabins for the night. I made sure it was late so no one would hear me and find out. I went into my room and handed Aquaa some of the fish I got her from dinner.

"Thanks Ladan, what are you doing?" Aquaa asked as I pulled a book from off the shelf. It started to lower my bed as I got on it. It lowered into my secret basement. Aquaa came down after me.

"I need to confirm my thoughts. It was 3 years ago so I don't remember much of it back then." I answered as I got off the bed and sat down at the desk in front of my laptop. I turned it on. "Aquaa, get me the info about Paris 3 years ago."

"On it!" She said and I could hear a swoosh behind me towards the shelf. I searched up the same topic on my computer but it was slow with all the demigods above me, sleeping. I scrolled through all the websites and photos with no luck.

"Can you tell me what we're looking for?" Aquaa asked as she heaved the pile of news clippings next to me.

"Look for any interesting news about the start of school that year." I told her. A minute later, she brought the small pile onto my lap and I looked through it.

"Are you looking for a specific thing or just 3 years ago in general?" Aquaa asked, but I, once again, ignored her, I came across a clipping that explained everything.

"This is it! This is where I know them from!" I said with joy. "This is perfect!"
