Marinette's pov

My feet ached and my stomach growled as I trudged through the damp woods. "Almost there." I mumbled to myself. My stomach shook again and I suddenly found myself wishing I brought my purse, or maybe that I never left. I could be cuddled up to Adrien with his arms around my waist and his face resting in my hair, but instead I'm here. If only I wasn't so stubborn.

My mood lightened once I saw the wooden cabin in my view. I used all the strength I could muster to run to the cabin and push the door open. My legs were dieing, but I pushed myself to walk over to the couch that stood in the cabins living room before collapsing onto it.

"Arrrg!" I groaned as a burning pain erupted through my stomach. I held my stomach only to feel a wet substance. In a panicked rush, I pulled my shirt up to reveal scratch marks running down my torso, oozing out blood.

Despite the pain engulfing my body, I pulled myself off the couch and to the kitchen. After a few minuetes of rummaging though the pantry, I found something to wrap around my wound. I groaned as I wrapped the material tightly around my wound, causing a lot of pain, before eventually falling asleep on the couch.

Adrien's pov

I crawled back into my room and plopped down into bed, burying my face into my silk pillow.

"Adrien?" A small voice called, bringing me out of my own little depressed world. I looked up at her, shocked to see her.

"Tikki?" I croaked out, shocked to see the little creature in my presence. "Marinette didn't take you with her?"

"I actually did go with her and I know where she currently is." Tikki began

"Why didn't you bring her back? Where is she?" I interrupted.

"She's very sick."

I didn't have as much time as I needed bc of cheer. I had practice everyday and even after practice I need to do some practicing so that I know the stuff I need to know.
