"Geno!" Fresh yelled as he was being pushed out of Geno's room by the doctors while struggling to be free from the doctor's strong grip.

Asy, Crayon and Error were watching the things that were happening in pure horror. When Fresh was finally pushed out, the doctor closed the door to treat Geno as much as possible.

Big, purple tears were streaming down from the little skeleton's eye sockets which were now filled with life. They weren't emotionless anymore. This happened after he felt his second emotion; Sadness.

The youngest of all placed his both hands and then his forehead on the door as he leaned onto it, not even bothering to hide his sobs and hiccups.

Seeing her son who was emotionless just minutes ago, now crying made the pink-haired woman feel both shocked and confused. Wasting no time, she ran to Fresh's side while Fresh was losing his grip on the door, slowly falling down on the cold ground.

"Geno... G-Geno... Give me my brother back, please... G-Geno..!" Fresh was crying out loud. At the mean time, the burning feeling on his chest hurt more and more as the seconds were passing by.

"Fresh! Honey, calm down." Crayon said with her soothing voice as she wrapped her arms around the colorful skeleton. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for Fresh to calm down. In fact, it got worse. His breathing fastened as more tears spilled down. Fresh felt his third emotion; Panic.

While Crayon was trying her best to comfort Fresh, Error lost on thought for a moment. Why was Fresh feeling now? What happened to Geno? Did Fresh do something to his older brother? Was Fresh the cause of Geno getting worse again?

Error's eye sockets filled with 'ERROR' signs, making him go blind. He was mad. Really mad. At who? At Fresh. Because according to him, the family would have been better without the youngest one. According to him, Fresh had to be the one suffering in the hospital. Not Geno!

Error walked towards Fresh, ready to punch him in the face, ribs, legs, everywhere possible. He just wanted to hurt his little brother. He just wanted him to disappear.

Luckily for Fresh, Asy was there to stop Error before he could do anything to Fresh. Before he could beat Fresh to his death. Asy hold Error by his shoulders and kneeled in front of him, also trying to calm him down.

Back to the others, Fresh only got worse. He knew too much. He knew Geno was not getting any better. He knew Geno was going to die and there was nothing he could do to stop it. He now understood why Error hated him so much. He now understood what all the insults from Error meant. He knew how bad he was. He knew that no one was going to care about him if Geno died.

Remembering these only made the little skeleton's panic attack worse. He started shaking more and more, tears also spilling more than ever, mumbling Geno's name and apologies, hitching his breath without consent, making it harder for him to breathe while his boney hands were on the sides of his skull.

All of the memories suddenly flashed into his mind, as well as the new emotions stroke him. He remembered all those words that he heard from other people.

  'Weird'

  'Parasite'

  'Freak'

  'Idiot'

This only made him wheeze. His soul beating hard in his rib cage. Suddenly something... a voice was heard. At least, Fresh was the only one who heard it. What it said was muffled at first, but when it could be heard well, Fresh's eye sockets and eyelights widened even more, if possible. It said:

  'Worthless'

  'Useless'

  'Careless'

  'Pathetic'

Fresh let the voice speak to him. What could he do to stop this anyway? This was a voice inside his mind. After a while of still panicking and listening, Fresh was unable to hear the things going on around him. He had full focus on the voice as the words turned onto sentences.

'Do you think he will forgive you?'

  'You matter nothing to Error.'

'Why would he care about you when you apparently don't care about him?"

  'You are just pathetic.'

  'Can't even handle something easy!'

'Everyone is better off of without you! You change nothing!'

'Why are you still trying? It's clear that you funked up!'

'Maybe it's better if you disappear. You would do a favor for them.'

The grip on Fresh's hands tightened. He didn't want to hear them anymore. But at the same time, he couldn't help but think about it.

Did he even matter? The only thing he did was to talk. He was emotionless. He didn't care. Maybe the family was really better off of without him. Maybe they would be happy of he disappeared. All he did was to cause trouble, anyways.

He tried his hardest to give his attention to his mother who was trying her hardest to calm him down.

"Fresh! Calm down, please! It's okay now. Tell me what's wrong! Shhh."

This was the only thing he heard. He could sense Error screaming at him, though. Guess he was still angry.

Unfortunately, he couldn't give his full attention to the things around him due to the voice speaking again.

'You are just a burden to everyone.'

'You make everyone worry and mad'

'No one cares about you. Just like you did in the past.'

  'You don't matter.'

  'You don't matter.'

  'You don't matter.'

  'You don't matter.'

  'You are worthless'

'You are useless! You do nothing but cause pain!'

  'You are a tragedy!'

  'Worthless.'

It was at that time Fresh felt himself breaking down. This voice only made him feel worse about himself. It wasn't helping his panic attack either.

  'Worthless!'

At this point, Fresh was crying uncontrollably. The tears running down from his eyesockets like a waterfall. He didn't even notice he was mumbling other stuff now.

  "I-I can't do this... I can't... I... I can't do this... Stop... Pl-ease... No... No I can't!I ca-n't!.. Make it s-stop... p-ple-ase... make i-it stop..!"

Eventually, the panic was going away as he felt the rubs on his spine. He didn't know why. He knew how to deal with someone having a panic attack, but never thought he would get one.

Maybe thinking about other things would help. So be tried his best to get avoid the voice and think about what was happening around him. It didn't help that much, but it was the least thing he could do.

After a moment or two, his breathing was still fast but better. He wasn't crying that much. The hiccups were still there though.

  But... something felt... off...

  'Useless'

He felt something. Not sadness. Not panic... Not anger, nor happiness or any other thing.

He felt the urge to smile. It was hard. And yet, it felt... empty...

He looked up to his mother to see her worried expression, tears spilling. He wanted to say that he was not okay. He wanted to say that he needed company. He wanted to say that he wanted help.

  'Weak!'

  ...But he couldn't...

This thing inside him... It made him say something he didn't want to say.

  "I'm okay"
