Summary: Prey is a 2022 American science fiction action horror film based on the Predator franchise. It is the fifth installment and is a prequel to the first four films, being set in the Northern Great Plains in North America in 1719. The film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg and written by Patrick Aison.

I've never watched any of the Predator films before so I was a little hesitant to start this. But wow am I glad I did!

It had just the right amount of action and tension. I couldn't tell what was going to happen next.

Our main character, Naru, is on a dangerous mission to kill a large predator as is tradition for the hunters of her tribe.

She winds up with more than she bargained with when an alien shows up from another planet, determined to kill earth's greatest predators.

The only part of the film that made it lose points for me was the final battle. It was fantastic but I was hoping for just a bit *more*

Overall a great film and you definitely need to watch!
