Alignment : He's an anti hero.

Personality : Cold Blooded, Curious, Calculative, mostly depressed, Cunning, Battle Hardened, Insomniac, tends to have temper issues. His personality is basically what Aang's personality would be if he had experienced the genocide of his people first hand and lived with the feeling of being weak to stop it.

Backstory : (A/n : Since we don't know about Kuvira's Backstory here's my variation on it and how she's connected with Shinji) : Despite his high and mighty bloodline Shinji's childhood actually had a humble yet kinda depressing beginning.
Both he and his younger sister, Kuvira, were born and raised in a village near the borders of the Earth Kingdom. Their biological father was the leader of this village and everything seemed to go well, until that fated day.
One day some refugees of the Water Tribe and the Fire Nation had came to Kuvira's and Shinji's home village, seeking refuge. The people of the village were kind hearted and had welcomed those refugees with open arms, not knowing what the result was going to be.
Unfortunately enough, those refugees weren't as helpless as they thought. Those refugees were in fact war criminals, rogues from the Water Tribes and the Fire Nation that within one night had managed to level the entire village. Additionally as to add insult to the injury, from those rogues that killed everyone that Shinji cared about - with the exception of his younger sister - a fire bender had burned the right side of Shinji's face whilst a Blood bender had ripped Shinji's left eye out of its socket. Both events happened once Shinji tried to protect his sister from them.
After those rogues had left, Shinji and Kuvira were left to survive on themselves until they were both found and adopted by Suyin Beifong the leader of the Metal Clan, as for the rest of their story. You shall find that out in the rp.

Others :

- Shinji is actually blind and wears a blindfold on his face with a similar design to the one worn by Qin Shin Huang in Record of Ragnarok.

- Shinji doesn't see in the literal sense, but he's able to sense others via his Tremor Sonar Ability. For that reason, his shoes were made in a way that their bottom was built out of a soft, metallic, earth bendable alloy that allows him to use his Tremor Sonar ability as his "eyes".

- He has an extreme PTSD due to the dramatic events that he had witnessed at the young age of five.
