Takara arrives to the East Sea on the other side of Japan. She sees that she's alone and says, "Perfect. Now that no one's here, I can dive into the ocean and find the Mermaid Stone." Takara takes a deep breath and jumps into the water.

She swims around, trying to find the Mermaid Stone. When Takara gets a little deeper, she sees a demon dog transform into a mermaid. She thinks, Astar must've placed that thing there.

The mermaid demon dog made whirling waves that crashed into Takara. Once it hit Takara, she lost her breath, struggling to get it back. Oh no! I can't breath! Takara thought, What am I going to do?

Nearly drowning, Takara was saved by a fairy with sky blue music energy surrounding it. She says, "Hello Guardian Takara. My name is Yoko, the guardian of the Mermaid Stone. I am here to help."

"How do I defeat this demon dog?" Takara asked, then surprised that she talked. Yoko said, "I gave you my music energy so you can breath underwater, and fight. Human Music Guardian music energy doesn't work on their spiritual creature."

Takara yells, "MERMAID'S WATER BEARING TYPHOON!" However, it doesn't work on the mermaid. So Yoko yells, "UNDERWATER MERMAID PARADE!" causing her to have Takara form wings made of water and seashells, fighting the mermaid.

Takara breathed in a lot of water, and breathed it all out to destroy the mermaid demon dog. The demon dog returned to normal.

"So where do we find the Mermaid Stone, Yoko?" Takara asked. Yoko explained, "There's a lovely coral garden, and there, you'll find a big oyster. Inside the oyster, you'll see a pearl. Behind the pearl is the Mermaid Stone." "Show me they way," said Takara.

They swam down to the coral garden. Takara said, "Wow, this is lovely." "I hope we can find the pearl," Yoko said, "I really want to save my friend Amaterasu."

"I heard she was kidnapped," Takara said, "but once we get the Mermaid Stone, we'll save your friend." They swam down there and found the coral garden. There, Takara saw the big oyster, and said, "I see it." Takara went to open it, but the oyster got mad and started to try to attack Takara. Yoko said, "No, Mr. Oyster! We don't want your pearl, we want the stone behind your pearl!"

Yoko sung a sea song to the oyster to calm it down, and make its mouth open. Takara saw a shiny sky blue stone, knowing that it's the Mermaid Stone. She took it and said, "I got the Mermaid Stone Yoko!" "Come on," said Yoko, "before Mr. Oyster gets mad." They hurried to shore, and flew there with their water wings.

Akemi, Hisa, Suzume, and Chikyu made it to the East Sea. Akemi said, "Are you okay Takara?" "I am now," Takara said, "and look at what I found," showing them the Mermaid Stone. Hisa said, "Yay! Yoko helped you find the Mermaid Stone."

"One more stone, and we can save Amaterasu from those nasty Dark Musicians!" Chikyu said. Suzume said, "We need to go to the Tokyo Imperial Palace to help Mayu and get the last Music Stone." They left the East Sea, and went back to the mainlands.
