Vikram moved from one end of room to another.Holding ring in grip of his fingers.Trying to remember.It was his ring only he was sure of.But how is that possible.Its with her.This means they met before and what.Shes saying can be true.

V-"No.NO.No.I have gone mad.How can I lose faith on myself.No.This.Must have been lost yeah.But."

Just then he saw Mani coming towards him.He hid ring in his pocket.Giving sheepish smile to him.Mani could sense something.Vikram hid sweat beads forming on his forehead.And went to bed pulling blanket over him.Leaving Mani shocked.

M-"I came to talk something serious.And you want to sleep?"

V-"Ahh I think I have fever.If I sleep will feel better.We can talk later."

Mani checked him and felt temperature normal.Vikram was cursing him under his breathe.There was no way he could.Ditch this friend of him.He was way too smart.

M-"You seem alright.No fever."

V-"Yeah.Maybe it will come.Sending signals now."

Next he acted to sneeze.Making Mani flinch at him and he made some distance.Making a face.

M-"Okay fine.Take rest.I just came here to tell you.Producer is not coming tomorrow.Somehow I managed.They are coming over after two days."

V-"Hmm."

M-"Vikram.We need to fix this within two days else.You didnt tell me what happened in that room.What did she say?"

Vikram  covered his head also now.With blanket.Getting no response from him.Mani had to leave before taking last look at him.

Mani sulked and went out of room.

M-"This was left only.I do sell something fishy.This girl will influence him.I cant let that happen.Once he wakes up.I have to."

He stopped in his way hearing Sakshi's voice.She was speaking to someone on phone.Door to her room was half open.Mani kept his ears glued to door.Trying to make out conversation.

S-"Yeah he seems fine.Im good.We are doing well.Dont worry.You take care.Bye."

She saw her baby sleeping peacefully and arranged pillows.Around him on bed.Placing kiss on his head.She went to washroom.Mani grabbed the chance and got inside room.He looked at baby on bed sleeping.For moment he could imagine Vikram sleeping with that face.He smiled but it vanished too.

M-"No no No."

He tried to look for some evidence in room.And found her phone on bed.To his luck the phone wasnt locked.He found number she was speaking to few minutes ago.He saved it in his phone and gave victory smile.Keeping phone safely on bed.He ran away from there closing door.

M-"Sakshi Varma.Your game will be over soon.Just wait."

Staring at her eyes which had some magic.He was delving into them.Deeper and more as he caught her from waist.With one strike pulling her towards him.He kissed her cheeks and nose.Forehead as his lips twitched a smile.He touched her lips and was about to kiss her when lights overshadowed darkness.It was her.Those eyes and lips.The face he could recognize or hardly recognize.He kissed her preciously holding her with one hand.His palm securing her neck.He whispered to her.

"I like you."

Opening his eyes.He found her looking at him with smile.Both were staring at each other.The moment belonged to them.Vikram and Sakshi.

V-"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.What the."

Vikram woke up with sweat covering his face.He tried to catch his breathe.When looked at surroundings.It was his room and he was alone.He calmed down and then scratched his head.He frowned remembering his dream.Taking pillow and hugging it.

V-"No.What was I thinking in dream.I have lost it."

He threw pillow and looked for some water.Gulping it from bottle.He emptied rest of bottle on his head.Drenching himself.

V-"Cool down Vikram.Cool down.I will be fine."

It was morning and Mani was waiting for Vikram to wake up.They were losing time and he didnt wanted to waste single minute.He had to ask her about yesterday.And tell something.He was checking time on his watch.When saw Vikrams gym trainer in garden area.Along with him was Sakshi.

M-"What are they doing here?"

He took quick steps and stopped there.Seeing them doing Yoga.Sakshi was instructing something to trainer.While he was being an ardent listener.

M-"May I know whats happening here?"

Trainer got up hearing Mani's voice and Sakshi too fixed herself.She was properly dressed for yoga with mat.

S-"Good morning.We were doing yoga.You can join us too.Its good for health.Specially for mental health."

M-"What mental health.You.You think I need help?

Sakshi tried to hide her smile.She was playing along and she couldnt.Stop grinning seeing irritation on his face.From time she have seen him he was always.Sulking or tensed.

GT-"Yes Sir.It will be helpful for you.Sakshi Garu have given me some quick tips.And these helped me alot."

M-"Shut up.You are here to train Vikram.Not for all these.Go and get everything ready.Learning tips.Huh."

The trainer made sad face and went away from there.Sakshi shook his head and picked her mat and things.Mani was about to go when heard her from back.

S-"Mani Garu.Actually I had to give you something.Yesterday when you came to my room.You must have dropped this.Its your right?"

Mani widened his eyes seeing his handkerchief on her hand.She had playful smile on her face.He was fumbling.Making it worst his name was written on that piece of cloth.Cursing the day he brought it.

M-"I.I.Actually.I cant remember.When it."

S-"Its okay.From next time if you feel like playing with your nephew.You are always welcome.You have all rights."

She gave him handkerchief and an understanding look.Before leaving from there having water from her sipper.Mani felt dizzy first getting fact she knew he went to her room.Secondly her words made him frown.His nephew?

M-"She is.Dangerous."

He cursed himself and wanted to throw handkerchief.But looked around clearing his throat.As he was walking he bumped into Goswami.

M-"Cant you see Goswami?Or sleep walking on day time."

G-"Sir I was looking for you only.I have a very important information for you."

M-"You and anything important.Doesnt go with each other.Say."

G-"Sir early morning I saw Vikram Sirs cook preparing special breakfast for Sakshi Garu.And he took it himself to her room."

M-"What?Why will he do all this for her.I called him for Vikram here."

G-"Sir this is what I wanted to tell you.Actually Sakshi Garu was busy taking care of baby so."

Mani glared at him and he gulped hard.

M-"Sakshi Garu?Ahh.Need to end this drama soon."

Vikram took shower and changed to pair of simple wear.He zipped his hoodie and brushed his hair.Taking ring in his hand he tried to remember again.Nothing was coming on his mind.First that weird dream.Was still haunting him.He kept on looking at ring biting his lips.

M-"Vikram.Vikram."

He was about to drop the ring hearing Mani's voice.There was no way he could tell him about this.He caught it on time and secured it in his pocket.Grinning at his friend.

V-"Hi.Goodmorning.Whatsup."

Mani looked at him from head to toe.He wet his lips and gave his casual pose.

M-"Good that you are normal.Because nothing is going normal.In this place."

V-"Why?What happened?"

Mani checked if anyone was at door.Meanwhile Vikram touched ring to see if it was there.Making innocent face again.

M-"That girl.Is way more cunning.Im telling you.She has some motive.For coming here.She has influenced people already here."

V-"Who?"

M-"Sakshi.Who else.Listen yesterday I went to her room.To get something and see what I got.This number."

V-"Mani.Seriously.You went to a girls room like that?Should have thought about her privacy.She could have been in any state."

M-"What do you think Im.She was not there.Thats why I.Why are you so much concerned about her privacy?"

V-"Ahh.I respect girls.You know that."

Mani's stare made Vikram glare at him.

M-"Will you hear me now?See I got this number she was talking to.Its a foreign number.She was speaking to someone in some orphanage.Im about to find out details of that place."

V-"Orphanage?"

M-"yeah.And Im sure she would have got baby from there only.We just need one proof.We can get her then.And Im also sure she dont have any proof with her.Just playing along.She cant even prove that you met her ever."

Vikram touched ring again.Thinking about yesterday.If only he could tell his friend there was proof.Or not he wasnt sure of it himself.He grinned at him as he left room.

Sakshi was folding babys clothes when heard knock on door.She saw him and smiled.Asking him to come in.He looked confused and she noticed.Today he was not meeting her eyes.

V-"Ahem."

They heard the baby.Making noise.As he saw Vikram.He was speaking in his own language.Sitting on bed playing with ball.Trying to give it wash.Vikram couldnt help but smile at little one.He took ball asking him not to put it inside his mouth.Pulling his chubby cheeks.Sakshi saw all that and admired duo.She could see him already sharing bond with baby.Wasnt this what she wanted.She found him staring at her now.

S-"He likes you.Take him for sometime.He can play with you."

V-"I need to speak to you.Now.About something important."

She looked at him and both didnt notice baby getting excited and crawling his way.To bed to reach them.He was about to reach end when both caught him on time.With their hands.Securing him.Baby chuckled and clapped his tiny hands.Vikram took breath of relief.Sakshi gulped strike of fear.

S-"you are becoming too naughty."

Vikram got up and tried best to avoid any closeness with baby.It was affecting him he knew that.Sakshi saw that and felt bad.

V-"I need to know.How you got that ring?"

S-"You know that.You only gave me."

V-"Listen.Im not in situation to play guess the puzzle games."

S-"You think Im?So you accept.Its your ring?"

V-"yes.I.Looks like mine.But I lost it years ago maybe.How can it be with you."

S-"You may remember shooting for your film.In Italy.I went there for trip."

V-"yeah I was there for quite some time.It was long schedule.It was released a month ago."

S-"You gave ring to me then only.When we met."

V-"What?We met where and how.And why cant I remember this?"

S-"Even I dont have any answer to this.I only remember bumping into you.And then nothing.Next morning I woke up and left place.All I had was this ring with me.After few days I went back to my home."

V-"Are you normal?You dont sound like one.Why couldnt you wake me up?Or tried to find me."

S-"Because there was no need.Why should I have gone after you.When it meant nothing.I didnt even knew what.Happened between us till I.Found out.I was pregnant."

Vikram felt hard to let words sync into him.He covered his face with his palms and heard baby.Sakshi picked him and patted his back.Giving him pacifier.He rested his head on her shoulder.

V-"Alright.I get all these but why didnt you try.To come to me when you find out about baby.You were expecting my baby.And didnt feel like informing me?And then suddenly one day you come here.You feel baby needs me?Why would sane person believe you?"

S-"Because I thought baby was mine.I grew up alone all my life.had no one to call as family.It was something I own.Someone who would belong to me.Mine.I didnt look for you.But then when he was born.I realized.I cant do this injustice with him.A baby needs father too.Why should he suffer for our mistake.I dont need any money.I.I just want you to accept him as your baby.He deserves your love.And name."

Her voice broke for second and eyes teared up.For moment something inside was pushing him.To believe her eyes.Believe her every word.Baby started crying throwing his hands towards him.He took him in his arms and felt him clinging to him.Sort of comfort he could feel.As he hugged baby.Sakshi smiled at them.Vikram opened his eyes and they went towards ring on his finger.His engagement ring.He gave back baby to Sakshi suddenly and left from there.Making her angry and helpless as she tried to calm her baby.She wasnt giving up this soon.

M-"Myra Im telling you.He is so much busy with preparations.One side wedding and then this film.He doesnt have time to talk to me only.Yes yes.I will tell him to call you back.Surely.Yeah bye."

Mani cut call and tried to think of some way to handle everything.One  side this issue here.Vikrams careless attitude towards Myra and his wedding.Though he knew his friend well.He couldnt understand why he was on two minds.When getting married to Myra.She was nice girl and they shared good understanding too.According to him.Myras father was rich businessman who was to produce Vikrams next big budget movie.They were already on debt owing to his last release.Not that successful.So this wedding was important for Vikrams career too.

M-"Till this girl is here.I cant trust Vikram.what if she convinces him.He has soft heart.I cant take risk."

Goswami came running to him.And closed door of room.

G-"Sir you are here.I just saw Vikram Sir going to Sakshi Garu's room."

He glared at Goswami again and expression on his face changed.Goswami looked at him with confusion.Mani dialed someones number.He found it unreachable and left a message.

M-"I know who can save us in this situation.Has to be one person taking us out from this for once and forever."
