3rd P.O.V.

As the two group follow Y/n through the hallway of the military base, he decided to ask the two groups some questions before they reach the outside.

Y/n: Before we reach my vehicle, I'm sure you guys are curious about on how I have this type of technology in my disposal especially the giant robot you guys saw earlier.

Magneto: Yes, I was wondering how someone like you managed to achieve this type of technology. You don't strike me as a man of science.

Y/n: It simple really... I had a little help.

Xavier: Help? From who exactly Mr. L/n?

Y/n: You already know him, Professor Xavier. He's actually part of your, X-men goes by the name Forge.

X-Men: Forge?!?

Cyclops: Don't tell me you're forcing him to build machines for you against his will.

Cyclops said as he places his hand at his visor ready to attack. Jean was going to tell him to calm down but Y/n spoke before she could.

Y/n: What? No, I offer him a job and funding to create what his heart desires. I only request from him is to build the technology we need to keep this country safe.

Storm: So, you're telling us that Forge made all of this under your request.

Y/n: Yes, that's correct.

Jean: Would it be okay if we see him. To see how he's doing, I mean.

Y/n: Sure, we're actually coming across his lab right now.

Following him for a bit, Y/n stop in front of the door where the lab is as he look back at everyone.

Y/n: I should warn you... ever since I gave Forge his own lab, he been working nonstop. So, expect the place to be messy and surrounded with many random inventions.

Forge's lab....

Opening the door to Forge's Lab, everyone was amazed to see what inside.

Rogue: You called this a lab? This might as well be a darn assembly line!?

Kitty then notice a giant robot similar to the one Y/n was piloting earlier.

Kitty: Hey, is that-

Y/n: The first prototype of the giant robot you saw earlier. I ask Forge to create one for me from Sentinels parts so if we ever face any Sentinel attack, we'll be ready.

Magneto took a closer look at the machine seeing it can be piloted.

Magneto: So, it possible for a person to pilot this machine.

Y/n: Yes, it's better than giving the machine Artificial intelligence but we can still remote control from a distance.

Nightcrawler: But why build all of this?

Y/n: We need to keep this island safe from danger. I understand that mutant have unimaginable power so they can protect themselves but there are those who can't protect themselves from danger. The mutants who can't fight need someone or something to protect them. Besides, considering you guys track record when it came to fighting multiple Sentinels... you tend to get your asses handed to you that sometime you retreat.

The two groups can't deny the fact.

Y/n: Anyway, back to the main topic about For-

???: GOD DAMM IT!!!!!

Y/n: Nevermind. Found him.

Following the angry yells and frustration, they found Forge sitting on the ground and typing away on his laptop.

Forge: No, no, no! Of all times, why?! Why did my laptop freeze at a time like this!!!

Y/n: Hey, Forge!

Forge: Huh? Oh! Hey, Mr. L/n is there something you need?

Y/n: No, I thought you like some company from some old friends of yours.

Forge: Old friends?

Forge close his laptop to turn around to see the X-men.

Forge: Professor Xavier... everyone. What are you guys doing here?

Storm: Us? We should be the ones asking you. How in the world did you get here?

Kitty: I like the new hairstyle!

Forge: Thank you and as for why I'm here is simple really. Mr. L/n recruited me, offering me a job and funding to create whatever I desire as long I build him something to protect this country which I don't mind to be honest.

Cyclops: He's not forcing you to do anything against my will. Is he?

Forge: Forcing me? The only "forcing" he does is telling me to rest once in a while. He periodically check up on me to make sure I'm not over working myself.

Rogue: You been doing that...

Y/n: Yes, Forge is an intelligence person but he can sometimes forget he still a person who still needs to eat  and sleep.

The women in the room could feel Y/n kindness and caring in his words. They were amazed that someone can show so much sympathy for a mutant.

Forge: By the way, Mr. L/n, I heard the security alarm go off did you manage to pilot the latest model of the machine I made for you.

Y/n: I did and it flew smoothly when I came across your friends and Magneto group. You should've seen their reaction when I showed up in front of them in a giant mecha.

Forge: I would have loved to see that!

Y/n: After that, there was no issues after returning back to base. But I recommend looking it over incase I missed something, you may never know what would happen.

Forge: You got it! I'll make a thorough screening to make sure nothing faulty.

Y/n: Thanks!

The group then leave the lab as they continue following after Y/n.

Y/n: Now, that you seen your friend is doing ok. I think is about time to see the rest of the country.

Reaching the entrance, Y/n opens the main gates as everyone gets a full view of the city and inhabitants.

Y/n: Welcome to Mutant Sanctuary.

The two groups was at a loss of words as they were stunned what they're seeing. Not wasting anymore time, Y/n ask them to get in the vehicle as make their destination toward the big city.
