Chapter- 1 

                                A black streak goes across a pearl white paper.The lines turn into a wolf created from the shadows."Mia come down for lunch" my mother calls from the kitchen. My moms name is Rachel Roth and my father's name is Todd Rice. I clean off my paint brush and wash my hands.Were eating lunch even if its almost four in the afternoon.

                 "Whats for lunch" I ask when I got downstairs."Food so eat" my father say I grab my griled cheese sandwitch and ate in silance. Both my parent's phones started beeping. "You get to go to the watch tower today to train and cheak for powers today" my father says. I groan because every other month I we do the sme thing but I know for sure I don't have powers. I have to train even though I can't start till I'm ten but I'm seven.

                      I run up the stairs and mom chases after me. I quickly slide out of my clothes and put on a black tank-top, skinny black skirt,and a black cloak. My mother is in her "Raven clothes" and she says a spell for my golden hair to turn black and my purple eyes to turn green."Ready Raven,and Obsidian" I say laughing. Raven grins and says "Mia be serious were about to leave". Once we get to the watchtower Supergirl waves to me. I wave back trying to be nice. I never smiled here because I usally don't show any emotions.

                  I walk into the training room and Wonder Woman gives me a sword. She says "Use this to slice the moveing targets".She walks into another room to observe my fighting skills. To tell you the truth I've trained six times already and I still suck at fighting, I could barely fight some school bully. I watched the targets start to move and I stand still till all them move. I put the sword up in a fighting stance and I try to hit at least three targets. WonderWoman trains with me for a few then I do target practice again.

             Its around dinner time and something in my mind clicks and I slice five targets in about two seconds. I sliced a another one and I do a back flip to attack the targets.I avoded every rubber bullet shot at me and continued doing flips that no one has ever taught me before.

                I finish sliceing the robots when my parents, Wonder Woman, and Superman come in the room. "When and were did you learn how to do all those flips and jumps" Rachel asks amazed. I was never flexable and athletic to do those so I really don't have a answer to that question. "I...I don't know" I say breathless. "Well Mia that was incredable" Superman says smileing at me.

               "Almost forgot your father and I are going on a mission so you'll have to stay here" Rachel says. I say "how long do you think the mission is", she replies "about a week give or take".She leaves for her mission and I go inside the room I have in the watchtower.I started to draw a wolf standing on a rock when I heard a light knock on my door. I open it to reaveal Supergirl smileing at me. "Want to grab some dinner" she asks still smileing at me. I nod slightly and then we ate dinner and hit the showers. I fell asleep drawing my wolf.
