Two days later, Luka leaves the hospital and heads on home.  He is glad the hospital is a special one for those like himself.  This way he knows word want get out to the public.  He can only hope his wife will be happy to see him.  

        Luka rings the doorbell.  He wonders why does she answer the door?

       "Who is it?" Kagami asks without pecking through the peephole first.

         "It is me, so let me in now,"  Luka answers.

      " Tell me who you are,"  Kagami demands.

         "Honey, I am back!"  Luka replies.

        
              Kagami shakes her head.  She thinks she must be hearing things.  There is no other logical explanation for all this because her husband is dead.  She knows it to be true.  Yet for some strange reason, she can not explain she opens the door.

          Luka smiles as he steps inside the front foyer to the mansion. He closes the door, locks it and approaches her.  He can see she was crying earlier.  He steps closer to her in the hopes to cheer her up

         "This is not real, you are a ghost, a zombie, or mummy,"  She blurts out.

         "Darling, I assure you I am none of those things,"  Luka states.

      "Whatever you are this can not be happening.  You are deceased,"  Kagami explains.
  
    "Sweetheart, I am not dead.  I am as alive as you are,"  Luka says.

         Kagami's POV:
       She refuses to look at him.

      She thinks how can this be?

    She does not understand.

        How can he just return from the dead two days later?

        Luka's  POV:
  He thinks she does not look my way.

   He realizes now she must be in a state of shock.

   The only question on his mind is why?

     

       Luka's  POV:
  He thought for sure she would be happy to know he is alright.

   He notices she does not ask any questions.

    Funny, she is not normally this quiet.



Kagami's  POV:

 She believes someone went through a lot of trouble to play a cruel joke on her.

   She sees no reason to think otherwise.

     It is not like her husband is non-human.

      The very notion is ludicrous, to say the least.

* Author's  Note:  According to www.dictionary.com   ludicrous means so foolish, unreasonable, or out of place as to be amusing, ridiculous.

      "Kagami, look I was hurt while I was away on business.  I almost died, but I was able to get the stitches needed to save my life,"  Luka says. 

      "This is too much to take in all at once,"  Kagami remarks.

    "Babe, I  know I should have told you this before the trip,"  Luka says.

   "Told me what exactly?"  Kagami blurts out!  She looks rather ticked off right now.
