"If a creeper got past, does that mean that the shield is breached?" George said, his eyes wide. Sapnap stood up and pulled George over to the treehouse window.

"That.. might be the reason. Problem is, if we fight them, then we'll be using our powers in front of everyone, they'll know that we're Mystics!" Sapnap said quickly. George smiled wryly.
"Don't overthink it Sapnap, it's just one creeper." Suddenly, a sharp spike of ice speared through the creeper that had been approaching the treehouse, instantly killing it. The mob fell, turning into grey smoke just before it hit the ground. As it turned into smoke, Sapnap heard a voice behind him, one that he recognized.
"I thought that you'd have better reflexes, friends." Sapnap turned around, summoning his weapon instinctively. A brown-haired cat hybrid was sitting on the table inside of the treehouse, icy blue eyes shimmering. Sapnap glared at the hybrid, his eyes turning to a dark obsidian-like colour.
"Ant. What are you doing here?" Sapnap said, a note of hostility in his voice. The cat smiled, pretending not to notice Sapnap's hostile tone. He picked up a cookie from the open jar on the table and inspected the black and red swirling patterns.
"Pretty. Where'd you get these?" Sapnap growled under his breath, feeling his hand heat up, preparing to fire a blast of fire at the hybrid.
"I said, What are you doing here?!" Sapnap asked angrily, George standing next to him, eyeing the stranger with suspicion. The hybrid flicked his tail, jumping gracefully down from the table that he was sitting on.
"I'm just here to visit, can't a Mystic visit their friends?" George glanced at the stranger, his eyes betraying his suspicion.
"If you were his friend, then why would a friend trap another friend in a collapsing realm?" Ant looked straight into George's eyes, his tone cold.
"Because the person who trapped their friends in a collapsing realm, was betrayed by some friends before." George flinched back at the hybrid's words.
"Ant I-" The hybrid flicked his hand, covering George's mouth with ice, effectively cutting him off.
"Don't even try to make excuses. You know what you did, and I know that injuring you won't be enough to pay you back, but injuring your friends could." The cat smiled coldly, before his voice changed to a lighter tone. "Anyway, I gotta leave now, have a good time my friends!" The cat's tail swished as he left the treehouse, neither George nor Sapnap attempting to stop him. After a minute, Sapnap turned around to face George, who had got the ice off of his face.
"George, what did you do?"

"How did this happen?" Techno said, his voice a monotone. "I leave you alone for a week and the shield breaks?" Eret shrugged, their eyes narrowed slightly.
"Don't blame me, It was Dream who was meant to keep it working." Eret said, turning their gaze towards Dream.
"No one ever said that it was my job!" The golden-haired boy said, glaring back at Eret. Techno sighed.
"Let's not get started on whose fault it was, let's just fix this. Before mobs start coming through from the Realms." Eret nodded, a floating 2-D square appearing in front of them. They pressed a small square icon, making a small circular object appear in their other hand. The floating square shattered into what looked like tiny square particles before completely disappearing. Eret glanced at Dream, typing something into the small keypad on the circular object.
"Are you going to help or what?" Dream rolled his eyes and pulled a similar square item out of his bag.
"You know that inventories do exist, right?" Eret said sarcastically as Dream tapped on the small keypad.
"Of course I do! I just find this easier." Eret rolled their eyes, pressing a button on the sphere that he was holding, causing a small golden orb to appear floating in the sky for a few seconds before it flickered out of sight. A confused look appeared on their face as they looked at the text displayed on the screen.
"Well that's strange." Eret said.
"What's happened?" Techno asked, his eyes narrowing as he tried to read the blue text on the screen.

"An unknown entity is interfering with the shield. And it won't let me reboot it." Eret frowned. "Why would anyone destroy the shield?"
