A seventeen year-old senior shot his principal and vice principal before fleeing. He shot himself about a mile away from the school in a red Honda. The vice principal succumbed to her wounds. The male shooter in question was the son of Omaha's police detective and he posted an update on Facebook shortly before the shooting. In it he blames the school for pushing him to do this and asks everyone to remember how he was before. He preemptively apologizes to the families he is going to make suffer and says his goodbyes.
