The shooter was one of the victim's husband, a man more than twice his wife's age. He shot his wife and her male friend before taking his own life. The two students were almost three weeks away from graduating with business degrees and had promising futures ahead of them. People who knew the victims say that there was nothing more than friendship between the two and both were happily married to their respective spouses. Whether the shooter had evidence to suggest otherwise is unknown. The relationship between him and his wife seemed peaceful for the most part.
