The group were able to follow and go to the village. Although they were a bit hesitant, they got a little curious. And needless to say, it was very beautiful here. There were trees, and houses, and surprisingly, very friendly robots.

While the group were very cautious about the machines, they told them that they can prove their trust by giving them a fuel filter. In the end, they decided to trust the village anyway.

Volnutt were able to find a shortcut, and he spoke to them.

"Well...they seem friendly."

He actually began to like them. But 2B spoke back.

"Regardless, they are machines. They may have done us a service, but we still can't trust them."

Volnutt looked down. 2B is a skeptical as she ever was in this. After an hour, they made it back to the base.

(I am not going to ramble on about all the things that are happening here, so I will get to the good stuff instead.)

Timeskip...

As the days go by, the group has been through some incredibly crazy things. They had battled another Goliath, which had causdd an alien signal to appear, they had to get a weapon, and bring it back to command. They even had to help various androids with some stuff, such as repairing a duo of the androids when they are trying to hide from some people that's after them.

Now they were given a new mission, and this one is a bit new. Command has traced a signal of sorts to find that there is a prototype Android present in one for the ruins. Although Volnutt was a bit reluctant to finding the Android, he accepted the mission anyway. Now him, 2B, and 9S are now trying to look for the Android in there.

In a battle...

KSHING!!'

Volnutt is battling against a swarm of robots that are coming. 2B and 9S are cutting their way through the horde of the Machine Lifeforms to.

"Damn!! They are like cockroaches!!"

Volnutt spoke to the group. The group was able to kill off the remaining machines, and they then continued onward. But the buildings is like a maze of some sort. They had been going up and down, left and right, and try to find out where to go to. And many of the places they go had the Machine Lifeforms. Which also includes the bridge.

As the machine kept on coming towards them, Volnutt spoke to the group and it.

"Okay!! You know what?! I've had enough of this already!!"

He than brought out his blade arm, and sliced it at the core. The machine exploded, and has dropped dead.

They than went to a place, the last one to be in. They are now fighting some robots and are doing the best they can to kill all of them.

But as they kept going, Volnutt realize what is happening, and spoke to the group.

"Guys!! The robots are just here to distract us. They are trying to stop us from reaching whatever they are protecting, we need to go! Forget the machines!! Just run!!"

The 2 androids than listened and they both went up the stairs. But the stairs just seemed to be endless, and they have no idea how long it is.

They then walked up the stairs, and saw a bed of some sort. They than slowly walked up to the bed, and they saw something inside it.

"Is this...their king?"

2B, 9S, and Volnutt looked at each other, but all of a sudden, someone dropped down from the sky and stabbed the robotic baby. Volnutt's vision was blurry, but when it has cleared, he caught sight of the person who had appeared before the group.

The female had white hair, and is very, very long. The face looks a bit like 2B's, without the visor. She has her own sword, which is shaped very strangely.

"That...That's an Android!"

Volnutt spoke to the group. Than, the pod spoke to everyone.

"Alert:this unit is wanted by YoRHa. Annihilation recommended."

9S was confused right now.

"Annhilation? But why?"

2B than simply spoke to him.

"Let's go, 9S."

"2B!"

9S pauses, but when along with it. Volnutt, however, simply stood still. He doesn't want to harm another Android. He is so confused. So he just stayed out. The Android, however, noticed this. Command than explained that this Android is known as A2, and is a fugitive for destroying multiple Android units. They were than order to kill.

As 2B and 9S attack, the Android than suddenly dodged the attack and countered it. She than appeared from the ground and attacked with her sword. Than, the battle started. She than spun her sword and 2B had to struggle against it. 

The A2 was shown to be very powerful, and was able to keep up with both 9S and 2B together. But for an unknown reason, Volnutt is not joining in. He is still to hesitant in fighting against a Android. But he does put on the Blade and Shield Arms, as well as the Dash Shoes SP. These shoes were made by YoRHa to combine both shoes into one powerful equipment.

As the 2 kept fighting A2, the fighting is getting more and more difficult. She is shown to fight similar to 2B. And 9S isn't good wit that thing. But A2 noticed that Volnutt has not attacked yet. She than decide to attack him. 2B notice sans shouted loud.

"Volnutt, watch out!!"

Volnutt noticed and, out of shock and panic, activated the Shield Arm to protect himself against A2

Volnutt, no longer hesitant for afraid, than decide to attack.

He than brought out his Blade Arm and attack A2.

A2, however, blocked them attack, and locked blades with Volnutt. The 2 Machines struggle against each other's strength. A2 than jumped back and spin her sword to try and hit Volnutt. But Volnutt jumped high and the sword missed.

He than went onto the ground, and began to roll towards the Android fugitive. He than raised his Blade and clashed with the Android. He than jumped up and slashed downwards at the Android.

As they clashed, the Android spoke out to him.

"...different."

This got Volnutt's attention.

"What?"

"You are different. You were hesitant to even attack me. Why were you unable to follow the command until now?"

Volnutt looked down, and chuckled a little bit.

"Heh...I thought that...this entire situation was just some sort of cruel joke that came to me out of nowhere. I thought you just go here. But by you atttacking me...I changed my mind. Now this time...I am not going to let you get away from me this easily."

He than kicks her back and attacked to push her back. But Volnutt than jumped back towards the rouge Android and kept on attacking her. The Android was noticeably a bit faster than even 2B. Volnutt, however, was able to react fast. He than closed and struck blades with her, and when there was an opening, he kicked her far away. But A2 than used the hit and jumped back.

A2 than jumped into a opening., and all three of them looked at A2.

"Why...why did you betray us?!"

9S spoke to the Android. But the Android responded back.

"Command is the one that betrayed you."

She than jumped out of the window. Everyone than tried to go after her, but she was gone. 9S than decide to call the commander.

"Operator, patch me over to command."

After a little while, the commander finally had appeared.

"I'm sorry, commander. We failed to defeat the fugitive."

"I see...well at least you're both safe. That's an incredibly powerful unit you've faced. You should probably keep your distance in the future."

Volnutt, however, has a thought in mind. He than looked up at command and spoke.

"Command, do you know why A2 defected from you people?"

The commander was silent, until she spoke out.

"I'm afraid that's classified."

Volnutt was not happy, but he decided to not press on this. Not even Pascal knows much of the unit that was shown.

"There is something seriously wrong."

He is unsure why A2 had defected from YoRHa itself. It was said she attacked some of their own drones, but who had attacked first? And most importantly, wha was the reason for the attack?

"I need to find out what it is their hiding. In fact...can I even trust the people I'm working?"

He spoke, as he continued with the others.

But hiding in the trees is A2. She is looking at Volnutt in genuine intrigue. She had never seen a robot like that before, and unlike the other units, he questioned his morality and is unsure about if the people that he is working for is right.

"It will only be a matter of time...before he sees YoRHa's bad side itself. But what he will do next...I have no idea."

After she spoke, she than jumped away from the scene.
