Chapter 4: Party

I was busy drying my hair while my phone kept on vibrating. Pagkatapos kong patuyuin ang buhok ko ay pinatay ko na lang din ang cell phone ko. I am done entertaing everyone for today.

Wearing my merlot bathrobe, I went out of my room. Naabutan ko sa sala si Kristan. Nakaupo siya sa sahig habang pinagmamasdan na kumain ang pusang puti.

He was too focused that he didn't even notice me. He looked so fascinated while watching his pet eat. I was confused at first, but then I remember he was once a human.

I went to the kitchen to get myself a glass of wine. Saka ako uli pumunta sa sala. Umupo ako sa couch saka binuksan ang flatscreen TV. Hindi ko inakalang malakas pala ang volume ng TV kaya nagulat ang pusa. Sumiksim siya sa dulo at binaluktot ang katawan.

Napangiwi. Why is she so over-dramatic?

Kristan frowned. "You scared her."

My lips parted. What did he just say?

"Come here, Lilly," he called the cat.

Pinanuod ko siyang tumayo para kunin ang remote control ng TV. Hininaan niya ang volume nito. Saka niya kinuha ang pagkain ng pusa para ilapit. Muling kumain ang alaga niya.

I was speechless. Did he just say I scared his damn pet? In my own house with my own rules?

"She really likes here," bulong nito saka tumayo. Nag-inat siya ng katawan saka bumaling sa akin. "Puwede bang pakibantayan muna si Lilly? Maliligo lang ako."

I just stared at him. Ngayon ay inuutusan naman niya ako.

"Bawal?" ngumiwi siya.

I smiled. "No. Go on."

"Thank you. Sandali lang ako."

Saka na siya pumasok sa loob ng kanyang kwarto.

Tumingin ako sa pusang kumakain. Sobrang kalat nitong kumain. She reminds me of humans. Dumb and messy. Animals and humans are really fit with each other.

I stood up and went directly to the cat. Mukhang nasindak ko ito kaya tumigil siya sa paglalakad at sumiksim uli sa dulo. What a scaredy cat.

Umupo ako para matingnan siya ng maayos. Her illuminating copper eyes looked at me. She watched over me just as I stared at her.

"Lilly..." I mouthed her name. "I can't believe you have a name."

Napaisip naman ako. How did Kristan know her name? Did she tell him?

I never really paid attention to animals because they are either just pests or food. Pero may isa naman akong kabayong naiwan sa mansion. Still... I am not into them.

"Can you talk?" I asked her.

"Meow."

Napakurap ako. Meow?

"Is that a yes?"

Hindi ito kumibo.

I chuckled. I can't believe some animals can really talk. Bakit ngayon ko lang nalaman?

Tumikhim ako. "So... Lilly. Are you scared of high places?"

Napangisi ako habang nakatingin sa labas ng bintana. I wonder how high this floor is from the ground. Kahit siguro ako ang mahulog ay masasaktan ako. Paano kung ito pang hayop?

She wouldn't survive it!

I was about to grab her when she ran away. Tumalon siya sa center table kaya nabangga niya ang vase. Gumulong ito saka nabasag.

"You..." I gritted my teeth. "Don't push my buttons, you damn cat."

She was fast, but I was faster. Nahuli ko agad siya at nahawakan sa leeg. Sinubukan niya pang kumawala pero hindi na niya nagawa.

"Goodbye, Lilly..."

I walked to the opened window. I was about to throw her out of the window when Kristan's door creaked open. Naabutan niya akong buhat si Lilly habang nakatayo kami sa gilid ng bintana.

"W-what are you doing, Nath?"

I swallowed. "Lilly loves the cold air. Nagpapahangin lang kami."

"Oh? I didn't know that..."

He was wearing a white bathroom just like me. May pumapatak pang tubig sa kanyang buhok.

"Come here, Lilly..." Lumuhod si Kristan.

My face flushed when his private part got exposed. Sa sobrang gulantang ko ay hindi ko nahawakan nang mabuti si Lilly. Tumalon siya at agad na pumunta kay Kristan.

"Did you finish you food?" Binuhat niya ang alaga saka dinikit sa kanyang dibdib. "I bet you are sleepy now."

I stood still. Nakatingin ako kay Lilly na sumandal pa sa didbib ni Kristan. Hindi lang pala marunong magsalita ang pusang ito. Marunong ding mang-inis dahil dinilaan pa niya ang kamay ni Kristan.

Kristan lifted his gaze at me. "Patutulugin ko muna si Lilly."

He didn't even wait for my approval. Dumiretso na siya sa kanyang kwarto.

Humalukipkip ako habang nag-iisip.

How can I get rid of that cat?

I turned off the TV saka na pumasok sa kwarto ko. Binuksan ko ulit ang phone ko para tawagan si Hando. Nakasimangot ako habang hinihintay na sagutin niya.

"What's up?" Finally!

I sighed. "Is that cat a vampire?"

"I'm sorry?"

"I don't like cats, Hando!"

"What? Kailan pa?"

Bumigat ang paghinga ko.

"Get rid of that cat," utos ko.

"Oh, come on. Mr. Admiral needs her!"

"I hate her so much!"

"Why? What happened?"

That question triggered an image in my mind. How Lilly leaned against his bare chest and how he licked his hand? That cat is a bitch!

I let out a sigh and ended the call.

I can't believe that cat can annoy me like this. I need to chill. Hindi ko dapat pinapatulan ang mga mabababang nilalang gaya ng pusang 'yon.

I suddenly had the urge to call Dylan and to confirm my attendance at the party later. I love parties, but as much as I just want to stay home for tonight, I need to chill my fangs for the sake of that cat.

"Fucking finally!" Dylan blurted out.

"You know what to do."

"Of course. No cell phones and cameras will be allowed. I got you, babe!" he chuckled. "Anyway, what happened? You sound a bit annoyed."

I pouted. "Nothing."

"So... see you later?"

I hung up.

Pinatong ko sa nightstand ang cell phone ko saka pumikit. Tila sirang plakang umulit sa isipan ko ang ginawa ng pusa kanina. She knows what she's doing.

No. I can't let her win this round.

Pabagsak akong bumangon sa kama saka inalis lahat ng saplot sa katawan. Saka ako lumabas ng kwarto para puntahan si Kristan. Naabutan ko siyang nagpu-push up sa kanyang kwarto.

"What—" Napalunok siya nung makita ako.

My eyes darted at Lilly. She was casually lying in the bed. Her eyes were wide awake while looking at me. It's as if she's mocking me!

I grabbed Kristan's arm to kiss his lips. Mabilis siyang tumugon sa halik ko. Mabilis siyang nadala kaya bumaba sa leeg ko ang kanyang halik. Nakatingin ako kay Lilly habang hinahalikan ako ni Kristan.

I smirked. He will never kiss you, bitch!

He then guided me to his bed. He was so caught up that he forgot about the cat. Nung mahiga niya ako sa kama ay pasimple kong sinipa ang pusa. Napangisi ako nung tumalon naman siya pababa ng kama.

It was all fun at first, but the fire I have ignited fueled me, too. I took off his shirt and shifted our position. I love it when I am on top, I feel sexier that way.

I glued my lips with him as his hands moved like a traveler around my body, sailing and searching for more pleasure. Until he reached my mountains. He had them squeezed on his palms and that felt so good.

Heat eating me up, I suddenly craved for his blood. My thirsty fangs didn't hesitate to dig into his skin where the most fun thing only exists.

"I love your smell..." I moaned.

After I got satisfied with his blood, I took off his boxer shorts. I enclosed his thing in between of my palms. I don't blow anyone because I don't find pleasure in that, but knowing it brings them pleasure and I want to give him the same feeling he gives me, I did it.

"Fuck! It's so warm!" he moaned.

I just really wanted to show Lilly who is the boss here, but I enjoyed it, too. Sa sobrang enjoy ko ay nakalimutan ko rin ang galit ko sa kanya.

I fell asleep beside him.

But I woke up beside his cat.

Napasigaw ako kaya parehong kaming nagulat ni Lilly. Napatayo ako at siya naman ay napatalon pababa ng kama. Nagtago siya sa ilalim.

"What happened?" Kristan came in.

Madiin akong pumikit.

"Did you just let that cat sleep beside me?"

"Uh? You slept first."

My brows arched.

"Anyway, your phone kept on vibrating."

Saka ko lang napagtanto na may party nga pala dapat akong pupuntahan ngayon. Padabog akong lumabas ng kwarto niya saka pumasok sa kwarto ko.

I was sleeping beside that bitch all this time!

Parang nangati ako tuloy kaya naligo ako. Saka na rin ako nag-ayos para sa party. I was all set when I suddenly remember Kristan. Maiiwan na naman siya rito.

Pinuntahan ko siya sa kusina. Naabutan ko siyang umiinom ng dugo. Napangiwi pa ako dahil sobrang kalat niya na maging sa damit ay may dugo na rin.

"Come with me..." I said.

Napaubo siya kaya mas tumagas sa bibig niya ang dugo.

"What? Where?"

"Party..."

I don't think this is a good idea, but it's better than to leave him here all alone. At least doon ay nakikita ko siya. Saka mukhang may natutunan naman siya sa pusa na 'yon.

"Puwede ko bang isama si Lilly?"

"Leave your pussy here. Get dressed now."

Bumalik ako sa kwarto habang hinihintay siyang matapos. Kahit na alam kong dimmed doon at walang camera ay sinuot ko pa rin ang kwintas ko. Mas mabuti nang handa.

After a few minutes, Kristan knocked on my door. Kinuha ko na ang purse ko saka siya nilabas. He stood there, wearing a black leather jacket and denim pants.

"Bawal ko ba talagang isama si Lilly?" he asked.

I rolled my eyes. "Just because she can talk doesn't mean she can be with us anywhere, Mr. Admiral. Just leave her loads of food and water."

"Wait. She can talk?"

My phone vibrated again. Napansin 'yon ni Kristan kaya kumilos na siya para bigyan ng pagkain ang pusa niya. She's safe here though. Some animals don't even have a home. She's lucky after all.

Sobrang ayos na ayos ako tapos gagawin lang pala akong driver. I will ask Hando one of these days to teach Kristan how to drive. I can't do this anymore.

Oh, my feels! I didn't know having a slave would stress me like this. Anyway, sa una lang naman ito. Kapag natutunan na niya lahat ng dapat ay wala na akong dapat alalahanin.

I wonder if my brothers experienced the same with their slaves?

We have finally arrived at the private party. Humigpit ang hawak ko sa purse nung biglang kumapit sa akin si Kristan. Mukhang natakot siya sa lakas ng music. Sinabihan ko na siya kanina na magsaya lang at hanggat maaari ay huwag lumapit sa akin.

Through the dimmed lights, my eyes were clear enough to see them in one table with the other models. Inalis ko ang kamay ni Kristan sa braso ko saka nilapitan sila. Si Hestia ang unang nakakita sa akin.

"Here she is..." she waved at me.

Kathlysse stood up when she saw me. She excitedly ran towards me. I mentally rolled my eyes when she hugged me. That felt so fake.

"I missed you!" she giggled.

"You look gorgeous!" I complimented.

Kathlysse is a naturally blonde woman with a petite body. She can slay not just the runway but I can also see her slaying as a pornstar.

Nakita kong natawa si Hestia sa sinabi ko bago uminom ng wine. She even rolled her eyes at me and mumbled, "You are so fake, Nathalia."

"I'm glad you are back!" Kathlysse stated.

I walked past her, saka na umupo. Inabutan ako ni Hestia ng alak. Nginitian ko ang babae sa tabi ko. Isa rin siyang model pero hindi ko alam ang pangalan.

"She's Vernice, Nath," Hestia chuckled.

"Right." I just sipped on my wine.

Sa hindi kalayuan ay nakita ko si Dylan na palapit sa amin. May kasama siyang dalawang lalaki na familiar pero hindi ko alam ang pangalan. Marami rin kami rito. Mostly ay mga models at celebrities kaya halos wala ring pansinan. Pataasan ng ego at walang gustong unang magpakilala.

"Cheers for Lady Nath!" Nagtaas ng wine si Kathlysse. "The lady in red is finally back!"

All of the models raised their glass for me. Malawak ang ngiti ko kahit na alam kong kalahati sa kanila ay hindi talaga masaya sa pagbabalik ko.

Habang tumatagal ako sa industriyang ito ay mas nakikilala ko ang mga nakakasalamuha ko. Swerte ka kung ang kaibigan mo ay kaibigan din ang turing sa 'yo.

Tumayo ako para salubungin si Dylan.

"Hey!" He greeted me with a kiss on my right cheek. Naramdaman kong gumapang sa bewang ko ang kamay niya. "I'm glad you are here. We missed you!"

"We?" Humagalpak ng tawa ang isang lalaking kasama niya. Naglahad siya ng kamay sa harapan ko. "I'm Wilson, by the way. Wilson Grey."

"Don't be so proud, Wil. I bet Nath doesn't even know you!" Dylan laughed, too.

He's right though. I don't know Wilson, but he looked familiar. Maybe he's a celebrity, too.

I tucked some strand of my hair behind my ear as I flirtatiously accepted Wilson's hand. Ramdam kong hinigpitan niya ang kapit sa akin.

"I am Nath," I shook his hand.

"Everyone knows you," he chuckled.

The other guy, the red-haired, cleared his throat. "I am Joe. I am not a celebrity so I don't expect you to know me," he awkwardly laughed.

"Yeah. I can see it," I chuckled.

"He's my buddy, Nath. He has a huge crush on you!"

"Shut up, dude!" Pabirong sinapak ni Joe sa balikat si Dylan. "Anyway... he's right. I mean who wouldn't? You are so gorgeous in person. Jesus!"

If I know, all of them have a crush on me.

Kasama ko na silang bumalik sa table. This is a party, pero ako ang halos na laman ng topic. Nakangiti lang ako habang umiinom. I don't find it awkward. I love it when I am the center of attraction.

"Oh, shit!" Wilson spilled the wine over the table. Malapit 'yon kay Kathlysse kaya natapunan ang dress niya. "Fuck. I'm so sorry, Kath!"

I smirked. No. He didn't spill it by accident.

I sipped on my wine. What's this cliché movie?

Naramdaman kong gumapang sa likod ko ang braso ni Dylan.

"You are getting too comfortable, Mr. Carter." Inalis ko ang braso niya sa likod ko saka siya sinamaan ng tingin. His blue eyes dropped on my lips.

"I really miss you."

"Everyone did. You are not special," I retorted.

He chuckled. "Well, I guess I miss you most?"

"Did you take home the trophy for being corny?"

"Nah. But I want to take you home."

I winced. "You are not my type."

"What's your type then?"

Napatingin ako kina Wilson at Kathlysse na paalis sa table namin. Malamang na magpapalit ng damit si Kath.

Napatingin ako sa isang lalaki na sumasayaw kasama ng ibang kalalakihan. They are even hyping him up. Mukhang enjoy na enjoy naman si Kristan. May hawak pa siyang alak sa kanyang kamay.

"Dude..." tawag ni Joe kay Dylan. "Smoke."

Dylan sighed. "I will be back. Stay here, please?"

Sumandal lang ako sa upuan. Sa gilid ng mga mata ko ay may kausap si Hestie. Malamang na ang boyfriend niya. Nagtatalo na naman ang dalawa.

Napagpasyahan ko munang pumunta ng restroom. Dinaanan ko pa si Kristan saka siya siniko bago dumiretso sa restroom. The noise disappeared as I walked through the silent hallway.

I was about to get in the restroom when I heard a strange noise coming from inside. My senses were fast enough to recognize it, but it still shocked me.

"Ah. Faster, please?"

Napakurap ako. What the heck?

Sumilip ako sa loob ng restroom. Naabutan kong nakaupo si Kath sa lababo habang hawak ni Wilson ang kanyang bewang. Kinagat niya ang pang-ibabang labi para pigilan ang pag-ungol.

Seriously? Dito pa talaga?

My hand unconciously moved to get my phone out of my purse. I opened the camera to record the scene. Hindi ko naitago ang ngiti habang pinapanuod silang sarap na sarap sa ginagawa.

I knew it. Nasa loob ang kulo ng babaeng 'to.

"You are so tight!"

Nandiri ako kaya hindi ko na nagawang tapusin ang pag-record. After I saved the video, I left that place. Nilapitan ko si Kristan na umiindak pa rin. Hinigit ko ang braso niya saka na siya hinila palabas ng bar.

"Milady..." he chuckled.

Nakasalubong namin sina Dylan at Joe na papasok. Agad na kumunot ang noo ni Dylan nung mapatingin kay Kristan. Nilapitan niya kami.

"Are you leaving?" he asked, but his eyes were at Kristan.

"I have to. I'm still experiencing jet lag." Tinulak ko si Kristan palayo kaya muntik na siyang matumba. "Thank you for inviting me. I appreciate it."

"Milady..." A sound of hiccup escape Kristan's lips as he tried to grab me by my arm again. "My head is spinning. I miss Lilly so much."

"W-who is he?" Dylan asked.

I shook my head.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko nung biglang sinuntok ni Kristan sa mukha si Dylan. Natumba si Dylan sa sobrang lakas no'n. Agad naman siyang inalalayan ni Joe.

"Shit. What the fuck is your problem?!"

"I'm really sorry, Dylan. I have to go!"

Hinila ko na si Kristan palayo roon. Nung nasa parking lot na kami ay tinulak ko siya sa backseat ng sasakyan ko. Hindi na siya nakabangon pa sa sobrang pagkalasing.

Saka na ako pumasok sa driver's seat.

"Why did you punch him?"

"He was hoping to kiss you."

My brows rose up. "How did you know?"

"I don't know. I heard it."

Oh. He probably heard his thoughts.

"I miss Lilly..." he whispered.

I sighed. Sumandal muna ako sa upuan saka tiningnan ang cell phone ko. It was saved in my camera roll, but I didn't dare to watch it. It disgusts me.

"Let's go home now!"

Napapikit ako nung sumigaw si Kristan.

I kept my phone in my purse as I ignited the engine of my car. Naririnig ko pang binubulong ni Kristan ang pangalan ni Lilly habang nagmamaneho ako.

Dapat ay naiinis ako sa inaasta ni Kristan, pero hindi ko magawa. Hindi ko siya mabigyan masyado ng pansin. Masaya ako sa kinalabasan ng gabi na 'to.

I love scandals.

This one will be the best one yet.
