A few days passed. You had scribbled down Ryan's number, and had started looking for a house to share with Mark, Matt, and Ryan. Sean had decided to stay in L.A. for the time being.

"Do you have any.. Fives?"

"Go fish."

"Sean, got any fours?"

"Damn it.."

Sean tossed two cards at Mark, one hitting him in the face.

"Mark, ya need to shave, bro. You look like a fricken lumberjack." Sean remarked, a little sass present in his tone. Mark looked up and sighed.

"Yeah, but it's hard to do when you're stuck in a place like this." Mark gestured around. You, Sean, Mark, Bob, Barry, and Lauryn had all been sleeping on the floor of a one-bedroom apartment you rented cheap.

"Just wanna get home.." You whined a little. This whole Bristol thing had really tired you out. "What I wouldn't give to watch some netflix and sleep in my own bed.."

"AT LEAST YOUR HOME DIDN'T EXPLODE!" A frantic voice shouted from the corner. Lauryn sat bundled up in a sleeping bag, with only her arms and head visible amongst the pile of green fabric. She was playing some game on here phone. Her Rainbow Dash backpack sat next to her, the Pikachu keychain slightly singed.

"Hun, I'm going to have to sleep in a pile of trash like freaking.. I don't know.. Like Yato! Aww no.." She stared into space for a moment. "Rip Sekki.. You did a good job, hun.."

Barry patted her on the back, as she comedically flopped over, and curled up into a ball, resembling a massive pillbug.

"You cheating bi-!" You turned to see Sean slap Mark gently on the face. You noticed Mark take a quick glance at the cards the Irishman left on the floor.

"I didn't do anything!" Mark lied, a devilish smirk playing on his lips.

"Yes you did, ya lying ass!"

"I'll have you know, that I, Mark Fischbach, have totally never lied about anything ever, in the history of the universe." Mark retorted, making wild hand gestures.

"Ya suck, Mark."

Sean lightly slapped Mark repeatedly, casing Mark to do the same to him. You rolled your eyes and smiled softly. You were both amused and sick of the petty fights between Mark and Sean.

"Hey, Lauryn?" You called, pulling out your phone and selecting the web browser.

"Nyeah? What can I do for ya?" Lauryn rasped, her eyes still watering at the loss of her model sword.

"You know, there's actually a house near the one Mark and I are buying.. It's a little small, and it doesn't have a pool, but it's cheap and looks nice." You turned your phone so the screen was facing the otaku video editor.

"Ooh.. That's a pretty house! It's like a mini castle! Haha! I'd feel like a princess!" Lauryn's eyes widened, as she gasped loudly and looked at her boyfriend. Barry, who was sitting next to her, rolled his eyes.

"Yes Lauryn, you can wear a tiara. Only at home though." The exasperated grump mumbled.

Lauryn tried to jump up in joy, but ended up wriggling around in place, since she was bound by her sleeping bag.

Barry snapped his fingers. And pointed at you.

"Any word on Wade?" He asked, his eyes twinkling with hope. Mark pushed Sean away and spun around to look at Barry. Sean smiled and rolled his eyes. He dug around in his black backpack, which had been sitting next to him. He pulled out a small bag of Oreo cookies.

"I think Molly said two more days, just for monitoring and stuff. Apparently, her kidneys work great." Mark pointed at Lauryn, who was back on her phone.

"Kidney. Singular. He's only got one of mine. I kept one for myself."

"Thanks?" Mark replied, unsure of how to react. The editor adjusted her multicolored glasses on her nose. They had slipped down from peering down at the screen.

"*pffft* Don't thank me, thank Wade. I've had six kidney stones, so he just took a lot of problems from me that he's going to have to pass next time." Lauryn snickered, before rapidly tapping her phone. Barry smacked a hand to his face and sharply exhaled.

There was a moment of uncomfortable silence. Only the sound of Sean chewing his cookies could be heard.

After a few moments, you gave the girl an awkward smile, and turned back to Mark.

"So.. We're not gonna be neighbors much longer, are we?" Mark asked, scratching the back of his neck.

"When you think about it, we haven't been neighbors for a long time. We've been neighbors, a couple, roommates, bedfellows, and even warriors." You replied, gently setting your hand on his arm.

"Yeah.. About that.. (Y/n) I need to talk to you about something.. It's kinda.. Uh, kinda important.." Mark's voice shook a little, and he looked away from you. You raised an eyebrow.

"Mark? Is everything okay?" You questioned, getting concerned.

"Yeah.. It's just that-"

"Are we playin' the game or what?"

"SEAN, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!" Mark yelled, falling back onto the old carpet. Sean took a bite.

"What'd I do?" Sean asked, his voice muffled by the sweet.

Mark covered his eyes with his forearm. He exhaled loudly, then after a moment, a small smile crept its way onto his lips. His serious act was falling apart.

"Sean.." Mark started. The Irishman looked up from his bag of Oreos.

"Yeah? What'ya need, bro?"

Mark paused.

"... Gimme a damn cookie."

I'm baaack~!

Well, back to posting/updating/whatever. I've been here the whole time, watching from the shadows. Watching. Waiting. Observing. Like a shadow in the night..

Okay, fine. I've been reading BTS x Reader fanfics, and have been playing an extremely excessive amount of Warframe. (I'm talking all day play sessions. 10 hours, no breaks. Valkyr is the SHITE.)

Anyhoo~ I think that's all I got. I'm not 100% sure on that though. I'm very tired. I've been playing Mystic Messenger. (Yoosung.. Listen, hun, you know I love you, but I can't stay up until 4:00AM everyday.)

Well, I'm gonna go be productive. (AKA Play Warframe) I'll catch you later. See ya!
~Lauryn

P.S. After it's over, all said and done, do you remember if they are the one?
