    "Hello, Nam Haesoo."

Haesoo tilted her head and smiled when her eyes met Hyuri who was standing in front of her table with a few books on her arm. The girl was smiling sweetly and waiting for Haesoo to hand in the homework given by Mr.Joo last week.

"Have you done the work?"

Haesoo nodded and handed the book to her before wearing her ear pods again but Hyuri quickly stopped her by holding her wrist causing Haesoo to look at Hyuri in confusion.

"I always see you at the ice skating competition whenever Sunghoon participated."

"Do you perhaps have a feeling on him?"

Haesoo blinked her eyes in disbelief when the girl who was known as the vice president and a student with great achievement just asked her about something unnecessary the first time other than something related to studying and studying lessons.

Haesoo finally back to sense again and replied with an awkward laugh, denying her feeling for that ice prince guy who was a popular student in the school, Park Sunghoon. She tried to keep a plain face when Hyuri kept staring at her and let out a relief when the girl finally left and continue doing her works.

At the same time, Sunghoon came into the classroom after he has done training for the ice skating competition that will be held this week.
He smiled at the homeroom teacher sweetly and went straight to his table which was so far away from Haesoo.

Haesoo watched him when the homeroom teacher was talking to Hyuri. She kept her gaze on him until he took his seat and looked away when the guy caught her. Sunghoon blink his eyes and shook his head before continuing talking to his friends about some lessons and homework that he missed when he attended the training.

Haesoo took a chance to look at him again and was surprised when she heard a loud noise from the entrance door of her classroom. She turned her head to the door and fixed her eyes on Jay who has just arrived at the school with a messy look.

"Did you just break the uniform code?" The homeroom teacher gasped and approached Jay, telling him to stay in the front.

Jay was just smirking and making a funny face with his friends who were sitting at the back of the classroom while ignoring the teacher who was lecturing him about some school rules that he has just broken.

"Button your uniform."

Jay sticks out his tongue and exposed his t-shirt again.

"Where's your necktie?"

"Oh my god, your pants."

"It was too tight."

Jay looked at the teacher with a flirty smile,
"Am I skinny?"

"Absolutely."

Jay gasped, "Oh my god. You're assaulting me."

"What do you mean, Jay?"

"You're staring at my legs." He pouted his lips.

"It's uncomfortable." He continued and without any hesitation, he walked to his seat which was behind Haesoo, and threw his bag toward his desk but it ruined up when he accidentally hit Haesoo's face with his bag causing everyone except Hyuri and Sunghoon to laugh.

Haesoo rubbed her face and leaned her body back away when he approached her.

"Can you give me my bag?" He asked without apologizing and handed his hand to her.

Haesoo was just nodding. She took his bag and gave it to him.

"Thanks." He said shortly before taking his seat.

Haesoo took a glance at him and looked away when he caught her but he didn't bother with it. So, he just continued listening to a song by his ear pods and crossed his arm with his eyes shut tightly as he was vibing.

"Sunghoon, can you write the answer for question 5 in the front? Seems like everyone got the answer wrong except you." The teacher spoke up and smiled at Hyuri who has just come back from the restroom.

Sunghoon brought the book with him and wrote the answer without any hesitation.
As he was has done, he flicked his finger to get everyone's attention, and gladly everyone did except Jay who was still living in his imagination.

Haesoo fixed her eyes on Sunghoon, staring at his face instead of listening to the lesson carefully.

She shook her head, back to her sense again, and became confused about what was going on. She looked at her classmates, hoping for an explanation but they ignored her as they were too focused on listening to Sunghoon. Haesoo turned her chair to Jay, knocked on his desk to get his attention.

Jay turn down the volume and waited for her to speak.

"I'm sorry. I didn't listen to the lesson carefully. Can you explain everything to me?"

Jay scoffed, "Do you think I'm listening?"

Haesoo tucked her lips and realized that he was right. "Thank you." She smiled.

Haesoo sighed and tried to solve the question even though she didn't understand a single thing. She poked her cheeks by using her pen, keep pouting her lips while writing down the answer.

She pinched her head, keep zoning out on the same question for almost five minutes.

"I hope this helps you."Sunghoon put the pen down and took a step toward his desk but his steps suddenly stopped when he caught Haesoo who looks so clueless.

He then approached her and grabbed her attention by knocking on her desk causing her to immediately look at him. Haesoo widened her eyes and lowered her head when her cheeks were blushing just by looking at the guy in that close. She tried to calm down by drinking her banana milk and met his eyes again.

"Which part that you didn't understand?" He bends his body lower to her height.

Haesoo nervously replied,
"All..."

Sunghoon held his laughter and nodded his head. "So, this is the solution. Listen carefully."

Haesoo stared at him, so amazed at his ethereal beauty. His pale and flawless skin, his pointy nose, and everything on him was so perfect. like there's no way a boy could be this beautiful and ethereal at one time.

When his eyes met her, she quickly avoided his gaze and tried to answer the question based on what he taught her.

"Is the f(x) 8?"

Sunghoon chuckled, "That's correct."

Haesoo shyly looked at him.

"Thank you, Sunghoon."

Sunghoon just nodded.

"Why did I get the f(x) 2?" Hyuri interrupted and showed the book to him right in front of Haesoo. Sunghoon then grabbed her pen, started to teach her like how he taught Haesoo earlier.

Hyuri laughed, "I'm so fool."

Sunghoon laughed along, "It's okay. You should be careful next time."

Jay took off his ear pods and made a disgusted face at Sunghoon.

"Why did you act so nice around girls?" Jay asked Sunghoon, more like trying to pick a fight with that innocent guy who was just nice to everyone in the school.

Sunghoon didn't reply and walked past Jay,

"So disgusting," Jay muttered making Sunghoon stop on his way.

"Just copy my answer and send it to the teacher." Sunghoon gave his book to Jay and went to his seat.

Jay rolled his eyes,
"I can do it by myself." Jay threw the book away and opened his book, trying to solve the question by himself.

Haesoo turned her body facing him,
"Do you need my help?"

"Shut up." He quickly respond and put his pen down as he has already done solving the question. "It's easy." He wore his ear pods, put his legs on the desk, and continue vibing without listening to the teacher who was lecturing him in the front.

    "Hello, Hyuri." Hyuri smiled and approached Haesoo who was walking alone to the cafeteria. Since that girl was alone, Hyuri decided to have lunch with her. So, the girl wouldn't feel lonely. They walked through the hallway together while talking about something random and stopped on their ways when Sunghoon accidentally bumped into Hyuri from behind causing her to almost fall.

"I'm sorry, Hyuri. Jisung pushed me." Sunghoon stood in front of them and check if Hyuri was good while Haesoo was just watching them silently.

"It's okay," Hyuri respond and chuckled along with Sunghoon.

Haesoo blinked her eyes and smiled to hold her jealously over her friend with the guy she has a crush on. Sunghoon took a glance at Haesoo and smiled too, "I need to go first."

"Alright. Be careful." Sunghoon waved his hand as a response and went to the cafeteria with Jisung and Yedam.

Haesoo tucked her lips and took a glance at Hyuri, "What is the relationship between you and Sunghoon?"

Hyuri raised her eyebrows in confusion,
"We are neighbors and we grew up together since we were kids. That's all."

Haesoo sighed in relief. "I thought you are dating him."

"Why, Haesoo? Do you have a feeling on him?"

Haesoo immediately shook her head,
"Let's go to the cafeteria faster."

"Is that Jay?" Hyuri asked Haesoo curiously and stopped on their ways again when there was a fight at the locker site. Haesoo blink her eyes and nodded in response. She fixed her eyes on Jay who was fighting with a guy from the same grade as them.

Jay took off his uniform, just wearing his t-shirt, and used his uniform to wipe the blood from his lips. As he has done, he dragged the guy by holding his collar and pushed him to the locker causing him to groan in pain, begging for Jay to end the fight since he was already weak.

"I didn't even hurt you that much. How dare you make me bleed?" Jay angrily spoke up and pinned the guy against the locker.

Hyuri cleared her throat and did her work as the vice president of the school,

"Jay, let go of him."

Jay ignored her.

Hyuri approached Jay and grabbed his wrist.

Jay rolled his eyes and let go of the guy, watching him running away like a coward.

Jay wiped the blood again and sighed,

"Why did you always make trouble?"

He pick up his uniform and walked away.

Haesoo was just fixing her eyes on him and walking backward when he approached her.

"What are you looking for?" Jay asked her coldly and held her shoulder,

"Go away. You're blocking my way." He put the girl on the side and walked to the male bathroom.

Haesoo nervously looked down and gasped for breathing because she was so scared of Jay.

"Let's go, Haesoo. Don't mind him."
