The Golden Weapon: When the three Ninja come into Kai's room at the monastery, Cole has Zane's eyes. While Kai and Cole are rolling on the ground during their fight, Cole is wearing his Earth Ninja gi as opposed to his original plain one.

King of Shadows:When the Ninja arrive at the Frozen Wasteland, Jay is wearing his DX outfit.

Weapons of Destiny: In one shot of Wu's fight with Samukai, a lightning skulkin is lying on the ground despite them all being knocked away in an earlier shot. When Zane jumps into the fortress, he is holding the Shurikens of Ice instead of his regular shurikens that he wields in the rest of the episode.

Secrets of the Blacksmith + Flight of the Dragon + The New Masters of Spinjitzu + An Underworldly Takeover + Return to the Fire Temple + Battle Between Brothers: None.

Rise of the Snakes: When Jay says, "Why would you do that? Why?" Zane's mouth moves despite not saying anything. When Cole leans back saying "we can train tomorrow," he says it in Kai's voice. Likewise, later on in the episode, Kai has Cole's voice when he's reading the Green Ninja scroll. Sensei Wu kicks Cole's pizza out the doorway, however, it disappears soon afterwards.

Home: After Shard extinguished the fire, Sensei Wu's eyebrows were black instead of white.

Snakebit: When Kai and Cole agree to go with Jay to the junkyard, their voices switched.

Never Trust a Snake: Instead of saying Kruncha in the end credits, it says "Crunch."

Can of Worms: After Zane knocks Pythor and Skales off the subway, the latter is present near the back of the crowd when the Serpentine react to the ambush.
