Tick Tock: When the Ninja visit Jamanakai Village and Cole asks Kai if everything's all right, he speaks with Jay's voice. When Pythor collects the staffs, Fangtom is holding the Anacondrai's staff, not the Fangpyre's. When Sensei Wu tell his story to Ninja, behind him is seen the Sacred Flute in cabinet, even though it was stolen by Pythor in the previous episode. When Zane shows the Ninja that he's a robot, his memory switch is on but when he discovers the switch, it's off. The memory swith is the bottom one.

Once Bitten, Twice Shy + The Royal Blacksmiths: None.

The Green Ninja: Sensei Wu claims that Jay told him that the Falcon was programmed; in actuality, Zane did. When Pythor tells the Constrictai to give the Ninja "a parting gift," there are two Bytars and one Chokun. After they dig their first tunnel in the volcano, one of the Bytars has been replaced by another Chokun. When Kai is rescuing Lloyd from the magma, he said "Ninja-GO!" in Cole's voice.

All of Anything: When Jay is fighting Fangtom, the armor on his arm is briefly shown to be blue instead of silver. It is unclear how the Serpentine disarmed the Ninja without the latter attacking or escaping, especially since Nya was still in her Samurai Mech when the cage was dropped. The Samurai Mech disappeared after it was chained, then reappeared during the fight.

The Rise of the Great Devourer: None.

Day of the Great Devourer: When Skalidor talks at the end of the episode, he has the voice of Acidicus. During several scenes featuring The Royal Blacksmiths, Lou has the exact appearance of one of his quartet. When Jay said "How's this for reverse?" he said it in Cole's voice. When Skalidor asked if he heard cheering, he asked it in Acidicus's voice.

Darkness Shall Rise: Zane says "Venom can't effect me," despite it affecting him in "All of Nothing." When Jay started screaming right before he was almost hit by the train, his mouth wasn't open.

Pirates vs. Ninja: When Jay says "look pal, we're the guys that just saved the city from a giant snake," he says it with Cole's voice. The barrel on the Bounty only appears when it's almost necessary for the plot. It also switches positions from the right side to behind Kai and was  closed with a lid before Lloyd was put in it. When Kai comments on Lloyd possessing the four main elements, Jay's mouth moves instead. When Captain Soto puts his journal away, it was on its side, with the spine facing upwards, but when Garmadon retrieves it, it was standing up.
