A/n: Today's prompt is 'Family get together'! So, basically Kai and Nya having a family get together with their parents and Jay and Skylor.

"Aaaaaahhhhhhh!!! Help me!!!" A certain terrified Jay's voice rang out as he was being chased by Ray.

Nya still had no idea how it had come to this. One moment everyone was having fun, talking and eating their meal, the next her father was chasing her boyfriend with killing intent radiating out of him.

It was all going nicely, when her and Kai's parents invited them over for dinner on Christmas Eve. Jay and Skylor had been invited too, and were happy to go along and spend time with their loved ones and parents.

They all happily went over to Four Weapons, not thinking about how much could go wrong.

They all had chatted for some time with Ray and Maya even showing them embarassing pictures of Kai and Nya's childhood while they had been there, then sat down to eat while talking a bit more.

Then, Ray began going a bit tougher on Jay, despite Maya trying to calm him down.

Jay though, knew all too well from countless and very painful first hand experiences of what was happening. The temper and overprotectiveness of a Smith.

He had already been through this with Kai, when the hot head was overprotective, and knew this would either end with the women breaking the chase, or with himself ending up with a few broken bones. He seriously hoped it was the former.

"Ray Smith, I command you to stop chasing our daughter's boyfriend!" An increasingly furious voice rang through the air.

Though, at least, Jay knew he was saved. Because the only thing worse than the temper of the male, was the temper of the female. (No offense meant here)

Ray, on the other hand, stopped dead in his tracks. He knew what was coming next. He had no regrets, though. It wasn't his fault that he wanted to protect his children! Though he also knew he was doomed.

He slowly turned to face his wife, whose face was becoming redder with anger by the second.

"Children, please take the dinner outside. I need to have a stern talk with Ray." She said, voice calming down a bit before going back to angry levels at the last part.

Though, it was at this moment that Ray knew, that it wasn't Jay, but him who would be ending up with a few broken bones tonight.
