Chapter 10 - Home Sweet Home

~On the plane~

Chris' POV:

"Thanks so much for coming Chris! Zeke is going to love meeting you!"

"Hey it's no problem! I'd love to meet your family."

"Aw thanks, but are you sure I'm not pulling you away from anything important?

"Yes yes. I'm sure."

"Okay, good. Now I can breathe." I chuckle as she says this.

We sat on the plane waiting for it to take off. There was only five minutes left until take off. The air hostess comes past me then passed me again... strange. After a minute or so she came towards me.

"Y..you're Chris Evans right?"

"Yes I am." She pulls out her phone.

"Can I have a picture please?"

"Of course." She gets her phone ready and we take a selfie.

"Thank you so much!" She thanks me before walking away.

"No problem." I smile.

I look towards my left to see Sapph beaming. "What?"

"Nothing."

"Oh come on. Please tell me"

"It's cute that you let her take a picture with you."

She thinks I'm cute?

Sapphire's POV:

It's cute that he let the air hostess take a picture with him. He's cute...

*Some time later on the way to the house*

Home. It feels good to be back. Not that Boston isn't nice or anything, it's just that the UK will always be my home.

I look out the window to be surrounded by those familiar trees once more. The road to my house is quiet and surrounded by greenery and plants. We live in a hidden away place with only a few other houses around.

I stuck my head out of the window breathing in the fresh air, letting the wind blow back my hair as it hit my face. Bzz bzz. I look down to see a text message from Troy.

Sapphire! So glad you're back! I've missed you so much, all I want is you here in my arms :( I'll see you later, work is pretty busy at the moment. Maybe 6ish?

I smile to myself, he remembered. I text him back wanting to keep it sweet and simple.

Okay. See you soon! Love you too, Sapph x.

We reached the house and I practically flew out of the car, the others laughing at me as I almost hugged my parents to death.

A minute or so later we hear the thundering of feet down the steps before I'm nearly knocked over. Zeke.

"Sapph! I've missed you so much!"

"I've missed you to kiddo!" I say whilst ruffling his hair.

He pulls away to greet Jay and Lucy when he freezes. He's seen Chris. "Hey, are you okay" I do my best to keep a straight face on. He turns to me before saying. "Is th..that Chris Ev..Evans?" He looks shocked. "Yes it is." I look towards Chris and nod before he comes towards him.

"Hello. You must be Zeke." He turns to me again.

"He knows my name." I laugh at his words and so does Chris, making him go a bit red in the face.

"I heard from somebody that you've seen all my movies"

"Yeah! Would you like to see my collection?"

"Of course!"

Walking, I smile towards Jay and Lucy. Who knew that a sixteen year old boy could act like a fourteen year old fangirl?

I head into the kitchen with Lucy after the whole meet and greet with my parents. We help my mum with the dinner preparations. I look at Lucy,

"It seems like my parents really like you" she grins like she's won a million pound. But before she can say anything my mother speaks,

"Oh yes! This wonderful young lady is perfect for Jay! They make an amazing couple." Lucy blushes at her words whilst thanking her. "It's a shame I can't say the same about your boyfriend. What was his name again?"

"Troy. Mum please don't start this again. Not now." I say slightly irritated.

"Okay okay. I'm just saying. I mean come on he hasn't even turned up yet. That Chris seems ever so nice, coming here especially."

"He's at work actually. I'm not going to stand here and listen to this for the hundredth time." I say harshly and walk out. As I go to grab my coat the boys; my father, Jay, Chris, and Zeke come into the kitchen. My father asks me where I'm going but I don't answer, I just start to leave.
I open the door only to hear my mother explaining to them what had just happened. I can't believe she did this. Today.

I head out not thinking about where I'm going. I don't need to. I know the way to Troy's place like a map tattooed onto my heart.

Sorry it took so long. I kinda took a break from writing for a while.

But I'm back!!! So there will be updates on both my stories however that doesn't mean they'll be updated in routine. I'll try update whenever I get the chance.
