Sapphire's POV:

I'm on my way to Troys place when I hear a car pull up next to me. I look to my left to see Jay, Lucy and... Chris.

"Look if you're going to try and get me to come back, I'm not. Not yet anyway." I put it bluntly.

"I'm not here to try and make you come back home. If you're going to go to Troys at least let me drop you off. It's going to start raining soon."

I look into my brothers eyes, hoping to see no signs of deceit. Sencire care is all I see. I get in the car and look out the window. A few seconds later a feel a warm hand on my thigh. I turn to see Lucy smiling at me reassuringly. I do my best to smile back but it's a very weak smile. I guess my mood has been more down than usual after that episode with my mum. I feel awful for speaking to my mum like that. I just wish she'd accept me and Troy being together.
I look forward to see Chris looking at me concern laced across his face through the mirror. I give him a weak smile and he in return he does the same before looking away.

Getting out the car, I thank Jay.

"Just call me when you want picking up."

"Will do. Thanks Jay."

"No problem."

I stand in the drive as I watch Jay speed away. I turn towards the door and turn the key slowly. Just in case he's here. I want this to be a surprise.
