Rhea is over excited just like she had been yesterday, Imran met up with her at the entrance of the cardiology ward. They greeted each other formally and together entered the ward. Imran went to Mr. Khanna while Rhea walked up to Mrs. Desai.

She seemed to be fast asleep, Rhea looked around wondering where Shad is. She waited for few seconds but then she saw Imran has already started to examine Mr. Khanna. She shrugged and held Mrs. Desai's wrist and examined her pulse rate.

One hour later, Rhea is little concerned because Shad hasn't come yet. Singhaniya came to the ward and informed them that Shad couldn't make it for work as he isn't feeling good. He then guided the interns instead.

At lunch Rhea stopped outside Shad's cabin, she looked at the nameplate stuck on the door. In golden Bold letters is his name and under that is his degrees. As she read his achievements she is impressed. Dr. Shad is not only good looking and charming but also intelligent and well-qualified. Rhea found men like Shad -good looking, charming and intelligent; very attractive, and now she is even more attracted to him.

She is about to take a step towards the cabin when Imran called her and she turned around. He offered her to have lunch with him and she agreed.

Eifad googled Dr. Rhea Sheikh and found her in social networking site. She quickly made a fake ID and stalked Rhea. There are photos of Rhea and her father, her friends. Eifad felt envious as she went through the photos. Rhea is not only beautiful but she has everything that Eifad had wanted- a father, good looks, a contagious smile, youth, and a happy nature. There is a knock at the door, Eifad quickly closed the tab and asked the person to come in. Mr. Saxena entered with a coffee mug and placed it on the table.

'Call Dr. Rhea Sheikh' she ordered, Mr. Saxena nodded his head and left the cabin.

Rhea and Imran just have had lunch and were walking towards the cardiology department when a peon came informing Rhea, Eifad has called for her.

'OMG!' Imran gasped, Rhea looked at him confused. Imran went on to explain about Eifad and her feared reputation. How she trashes people and how everyone feared her. Rhea gulped.

After hearing about Eifad and her infamous personality Rhea felt nervous standing outside her cabin. She wondered why she has been called? It's been only two days she wondered what wrong she  had done to be called by the owner of the hospital? She closed her eyes and took a deep breath calming her nerves and knocked the cabin door.

Eifad who had been staring at Rhea's photo on her laptop screen, smiled when she heard the door knock.

'Come in' she said sitting up straight.

Rhea opened the door slowly. She had heard about Eifad since she came to the hospital, but in detail she heard from Imran. This is the first time she is meeting her. Rhea sensed the atmosphere of her cabin tense and eerie. Rhea looked around the cabin. It's a huge cabin with two show cases filled with awards, achievements of the hospital and Eifad as a successful entrepreneur. Rhea is now seeing Eifad in a new light, she is so sophisticated, successful, and also beautiful. She has a strong aura around her. Rhea feels inspired seeing her, she hoped she could achieve even half of what Eifad has.

In her white and black bodycon dress Eifad is looking professional and stunning. Rhea found her heart in her throat being in presence of such a powerful woman.

Eifad smiled and closed her laptop, she stood up and Rhea gulped.
