Charlie is always taking charge when it seems no one else will. He won't mind listening to people who are higher up than him, but that doesn't go for the people who he knows has no power over him.

- Short-tempered -
Charlie never liked this aspect of himself, though he made no move to better himself. It does not take make for Charlie to lash out at a dog, especially if he knows he has more experience and power than them.

- Good Leader -
Due to his past as a police dog, Charlie has learned great leadership skills. He will automatically step up to take charge and reassure. He seems to know what to say to large groups to get them to calm down, and is fiercely protective of them once he has actually taken charge.

- Adaptable -
Charlie has been trained to get used to new conditions. It has been part of his job his whole life. So when this fiasco happened, he seemed okay for the most part. When unexpected changes happen, he is shocked at first, but quickly gets over it and figured out what he needs to do next.

Backstory :
Charlie was bred to be a police dog, and with many trial and errors, he got accepted to be an apprehension dog, and has been ever since, of course, until the sickness came. When he got taken away from his partner, he assured Charlie everything was fine, and Charlie has believed him. He would stick by his partner's side 'til the end. Now, he assures everyone that is will be over soon, and will stick with that statement.
