Personality: Reiji is pretty tough thanks to the help of his brothers. He was taught how to not be weak and learned how to fight at a young age. He knows how to handle things on his own and is pretty mature given his age. He doesn't let people walk over him and try to control him. He will fight them if they do. He can be a bit headstrong and stubborn at times if things don't go his way but can also be very friendly and kind, always loving to discuss over things that peek his interest. Backstory: Being the youngest Haitani brother did come with its perks. No one wanted to mess with Reiji at all since he was taught how to fight by his older brothers. He knew every gang there was in Japan, having attending stuff with his older brothers to know what it was all like. That's when he met Mikey, the other liking him and letting him join his group. He was one of the first members of the Tokyo Manji Gang, being Kazutora's vice captain. His brother's supporting him and even getting him his own motorcycle as well. Though, when his captain had that whole accident along with Baji, things somewhat changed. He was upset about what had happened but also wanted to be there for Kazutora. He would visit the other in juvie as much as he can, always telling Mikey what was going on with him. As it got closer to when Kazutora would be let out and his plans to join a new gang, Mikey made him join the other gang too in order to get more information on them. Kazutora welcomed into the gang with open arms, always have trusted the Haitani. Reiji wasn't expect for Baji to come along too but let him do it for his own reasons. For his timeline, it changes every time Takemichi comes and goes. He will still be apart of Toman but wasn't involved in all the crazy violence and would never let Kisaki control him. With his brother's that might be a different story but they allowed him to mainly do his own thing. He owns his own tattoo parlor and is the main tattoo artist and piercer. Everyone in the area is obsessed with his work.
