Appearance: European male, tall, slightly muscular, tan skin, scar on left eye, eyes change color, reading and prescription glasses, short soft black hair thats already getting grey, wears suits, vests, sweaters, baggy t-shirts with dress pants or jeans, and ties and bow ties. Lots of ties and bow ties.

Personality: Calm, tired, he listens and consoles people regardless of who they are (be it his sons or a robber trying to get his wallet) often looks and sounds indifferent (mistaken for being cold and inconsiderate), kind of nosy, he's confident in his own abilities, holds people to the standard they are capable of (if that makes sense) basically he expects people to push their limit but wouldn't force people to go overboard. Scott has wisdom way beyond his years

Powers: Darkness/All Seeing Eyes- he has a large area of influence where he can see things with ghostly eyes, like surveillance cameras
Cloak- hides himself and his sons presences but that takes a lot of energy everyday so Scott is mostly low energy and tired
Can deal with hyperactive and impulsive people well enough

Backstory: Scott was a normal guy, probably got butler training in the Netherlands or something, then settled as a bartender in a hole in the wall place. There he met some shady folk but his smooth talking kept him out of trouble. Then he got mixed in with the wrong people, money problems and debt, which ended with him getting in a (vengeful) car crash, after which he should've lost his eyes and half of his face but by some miracle, and a lot of skin grafting, he kept them.
As time went on, he changed his name and moved to avoid those people and ended in a nice apartment. There he started developing his powers he has now under mysterious circumstances. Normally these kind of abnormalities would be inherited from the "demon-kind", a kind of sub species/part humans  that either live semi-normal lives or caused chaos and need to be exterminated, but Scott was born a human. He went to the Underworld to avoid catching anyone's attention, as anyone down there was considered "strange", and there found Ian, Zephyr, and Rads all about a year apart from each other.
He now sets out protecting his "sons" and avoiding hunters who would either kill him or dissect him for his powers.

Fun fact: Scott is actually very tech savvy but still prefers to read the newspaper over reading news on a phone, doesn't get and won't really engage with people who get really worked up over media drama or the like
