Sounds pretty interesting. Just be careful introducing new concepts to the audience because it can get confusing.

Character information

Okay so there's only a couple of potential issues here. That's a lot to put on one design, especially with all the unique feature. Unless every person of his kind is like this, try to maybe tone it down a bit. But if everyone of his species is like this then that's fine.

As far as his personality goes, you've mainly described his relationships with other and parts of his past. He personality should consist of traits and reactions he has. There are obvious traits in there like he becomes confident and ambitious so build up off of that and come up with some more distinct and forward traits.

Relationships

Relationship status means are they single or not basically.

These are fine just make sure th ey have an affect on the character and help his develop.

Backstory

Alright so you gotta come up with more key points in his life including some positive things because this Backstory is pretty negative.

Again, you have to be careful with so many new words and concepts because honestly I don't have a clue what half of these things mean.

Other

This works and maybe you could mention his pacifist nature in his personality as well?

These are pretty well balanced so no issues here.

Final thoughts
I think you just need to flesh out some stuff and figure out how to explain some stuff and he should be pretty decent. You just have to find out how you want your oc to come across and learn to describe stuff like his personality and Backstory.
