This sounds pretty interesting actually.

Character information

Wow okay, I don't actually have any corrections here. Overall, she sounds like an incredibly well thought out character. Well done here.

Relationships

These are fine as long as they help develop the characters. The love interest thing is a strange little hiccup in how the universe works considering that I know who the character is. But if its her having a little crush on a fictional character then theat works.

Backstory

Okay so the only real issue I have with this is what triggered her to start to want fighting and killing criminals. That's the kind of thing most people don't just jump into, so maybe think that out a bit. You could also afford to add more key points before she turns 16 and maybe add some more positive points in her life.

Other

This all works and I like that she doesn't have any superpowers. However, be careful with her being able to use every weapon because there are a lot of weapons in the world so that's impossible, even for an immortal being.

Stats

I know that she's a god, but in the context of character writing, she's quite op. Maybe lower some of these stats since I normally recommend balancing out fours with twos.

Final thoughts
This character is actually very good as far as ocs go. Just a couple of things need work on and she should be good to go.
