This sounds really interesting and I commend you for taking inspiration from a real life outbreak. The Flare is also a good thing to follow since James Dashner did an incredible job creating a fictional disease.

Character information

This is pretty well done and I like her so far. All I can tell you to do is develop this further and add more details.

Relationships

These relationships are pretty detailed and well thought out so there's not really anything I can say here as long as they're shown to help develop her.

Backstory

This is a pretty interesting story and I like how the virus can be slowed but never killed because that's how virus' actually work. They invade the cell and the virus can't be killed without killing the cell, only slowed down.

There isn't much for me to say here because it's pretty well done for the most part.

Nice. Not much to say here since these seem pretty reasonable.

These stats are balanced so I'm cool with them.

Nice little addition to their relationships, this always helps.

Final thoughts
I like this character, she seems really cool but I might be biased because I love apocalypse stories and ocs. In general, this character is pretty well done but maybe a bit of further development could be useful, but anyway, good job.
