But every wrong turn that you make will also be my mistake

Cause we're connected through our hearts

And the devastating part is that I foolishly defended you to myself

But secrets always have a way of coming out.

A/N: It do go down

p.s: you might wanna read all of it, since there is important parts in here

Photos and drawings of a past long gone decorated the floor, filled with ones of the ninja, a female dressed in an orange gi, with a wheelchair beside her, and of the other ninja.

A white-haired girl played with her ninja action figures, one being a figurine of the Green Ninja, the other, the Fire Ninja. An Orange Ninja figurine lay on the floor nearby, the child's hands occupied with the two others for the moment.

''At last, the Sword of Fortune!'' The white-haired one voiced the Green Ninja, smiling as she did. ''Not so fast, ninja. I am the Shadow Thief, and I'll never let you have it.'' The Fire Ninja replied in the girl's voice, sounding defiant, ''Then we battle because ninja never quit. Hyah!'' She made the Green Ninja figurine attack the Fire Ninja one.

There was a sudden shaking of the building, making Harumi roll clumsily on the floor for a moment. She stopped to look around, scared, still on the floor while her mother looked up from the couch to see the place crumble a bit.

Harumi sat up, dropping her ninja action figurines and forgetting them for the moment.

Her father rushed in, slamming open the door. ''What was that?'' He asked, and her mother turned on the tv to the news channel.

''A snake of rather unusual size is attacking Ninjago. If you are watching this now, please leave the city at once.'' Gayle Gossip ordered, holding her microphone as a clip from the streets of Ninjago showed on the screen of The Great Devourer, slithering through the streets it barely fit through.

There was a roar, and the family looked to see the body of The Great Devourer pressing against the window, the scales clear as day while the gargantuan snake coiled upwards putting them into a panic.

''We need to leave now.'' Her father urged, grabbing his daughter's wrist and pulling her along with him.

''But...'' Harumi tried to cry out, as her mother accidentally knocked over the picture of Harumi and her family, making it fall to the ground with a thump. The white-haired girl had luckily snatched up the Orange Ninja figurine in the rush, holding it close to her chest as she ran. The only thing she was able to get, while also being the only treasure she got to keep on that day.

The area near the elevators were crowded, people rushing to get in and escape the building, and Harumi's father pressed the button to go down. But they couldn't get past.

''We'll take the stairwell.'' Harumi's father decided.

Everyone stumbled as the building shifted a bit, making them temporarily lose their balance but Harumi and her family quickly regained theirs and rushed to the stairwell.

Opening the door, they discovered, to their horror, that the stairwell was mostly no longer there, instead it was mainly rubble with flames flickering at the bottom.

''Where are the stairs?'' Harumi cried out in despair, and the three rushed back to the elevator, where it was open, but with hardly any room.

''There's no room. Take the next one.''

A man at the front of the elevator cab informed them, and as the elevator doors began to close Harumi's father slid his foot in between the doors to stop them.

''Please, take her.''

''No! I want to stay with you. Please! I want to stay. Mama-''

The girl pleaded, but her parents pushed her inside, grim looks on their faces as Harumi fought to get back to them, but the inhabitants of the elevator stopped her from doing so.

''We'll-We'll see you when we get down... I promise.''

The doors to the elevator shut with a ding, the building rumbled, and Harumi's parents...

...were gone.

Some time after, with the streets more quiet than before, like the aftermath of a tornado, the deathly silence afterwards seemed as if the world too was speechless from what had just happened. Except for the faint wailing of sirens in the distance, like the crying of children.

Drawings, burnt at the edges, flew on the wind, and that same white-haired girl now sat in the back of an ambulance. Her face was covered with ash, and as she stared silently at the ground there was two paramedics by her side, still holding the Orange Ninja figurine in her grasp.

As if it were a lifeline.

''Hmm. So much for the ninja.''

The female one spoke, looking off into the distance.

The male one sighed.

''Did you see that thing? Lord Garmadon single-handedly destroyed it. He's the real hero.''

''Brave little girl you are. Where are your parents, child? Do you have a name?..''

They waited for an answer, but got none.

''Well, aren't you the Quiet One?''

And in the distance, a girl was on the rooftop, having heard it all, but not doing anything to stop it..

...who felt guilty.

(Y/n).

You know what they say.

Actions have consequences.

(Y/n) looked at Harumi, suspicion, guilt and shame swirling around within her, making her unsure as to what to feel, while knowing that Harumi intended bad things, she had in her past had her original parents robbed from her. Without choice.

And here (Y/n) was, amongst the pair, and remembering that day. She had a choice.

No matter how much effort she put into pushing that memory back into the depths of her mind, she couldn't, as it appeared in her mind in unwanted places, like a weed, pair that with the fact (Y/n) wasn't much of a gardener. Maybe she could be somewhat of a ''mind gardener'' should that job exist-

Maybe that was the real reason she was a ninja.

''The Oni Temple.'' Lloyd spoke, breaking (Y/n) out of her thoughts for the moment, looking at the sharp rows of monsteresque rock teeth lining the jaws of the entrance.

(Y/n)'s gaze flickered to Harumi's for a moment, and saw her harsh narrowed eyes soften as Lloyd turned around with a smile, now back to hiding her true self.

''Can I come in with you guys or...'' (Y/n) trailed off, looking at the pair hopefully. Harumi glanced at Lloyd, who shook his head.

''It may be better for just me and Lloyd to go in, (Y/n).'' Harumi replied, almost looking sorry for the kitsune ninja. ''It's going to be dangerous.''

''Yeah, no crap. It's not like I'm legless.''

''Kitsune cannot go into oni places, since the kitsune are their enemies.'' The Simpress informed.

Greenie frowned. He then looked at Harumi, smiling a little and the two went in, leaving (Y/n). The girl in question gritted her teeth, narrowing her eyes, and turned her back on the entrance to the temple.

''Maybe I shouldn't warn him, and see how it goes...''

And the teeth-like jagged rocks slammed shut, preventing them from getting out, like a Venus Fly Trap, not long until the floodgates would be opened. But (Y/n) didn't seem to notice. Instead she sighed, sitting down with her knees close to her chest and burying her face in her hands in her shame.

---

''OH BLEEP, NOT THIS AGAIN! DON'T WORRY SIS I'LL BE FINE!''

He was not fine.

Thorns, branches, and any other sharp objects cut through his exposed skin as whatever the thing was dragged him deeper into the jungle. He cursed loudly and tried to cast a spell to release himself.

A moment later he was dragged into a glade, where the trees didn't block the light, as there were none.

He stood up, looking at the small spots of blood and dirt on his clothes and cringed at how dirty they looked, as if he had somehow swum in a mudslide with pieces of shrapnel in it. He had surfed a mudslide once, but that wasn't a very good ending for him.

His sight was better than his sister's, but his hearing wasn't as good as his sibling's, where her strength was his weakness, and vice versa. That proved to be good now as he picked out something moving amongst the bushes, but his heart dropped into his chest once he realised who it was.

The one who had been plaguing his life. Taking away what he loved, who he cared for, except for his sister and his parents, but the latter wasn't at the top of his priority list.

Casimir.

Pale grey eyes narrowed slightly as the Nogitsune's expression turned into a sinister one. Casimir's brown hair framed his face, stepping out of the bushes to look at his rival, while Amias glared back, with his rival smirking at his response.

No...

His nemesis.

Amias could almost swear he was hearing 'Beat It' by Michael Jackson playing nearby, but instead ignored the notion.

The mohawked boy charged forward without another thought, surprising Casimir, who only just sidestepped in time, grabbing the boy's arm, that being the one closest to him, and yanked it the other way, making Amias fall backwards onto the ground, thus landing on his back.

''Still salty about how I beat your behind last time?'' Casimir looked down at him with a smug smirk, then he grinned, showing his clean white teeth that Amias wanted to knock out so badly and make into a spear to stab the Nogit-

Enough with that thought, Casimir was close enough to experience the mohawked boy use his leg to make him fall over forwards-

And onto him.

''MATE, I'M NOT INTO THIS KINKY CRAP, GET OFF ME!'' Amias cried out, punching the Nogitsune's face, who swore loudly and got off him quicker than a bolt of lightning, then Amias stood up. ''Bloody 'ell.''

''You're not here just for your sister.'' Casimir replied, and the mohawked boy frowned, eyes filled with disapproval. It was as if the previous moment hadn't occurred.

''Yeah, well, thanks, Purple Guy,'' Mohawk bro responded, feeling resentment burn in his words. He gritted his teeth, so hard in fact he thought he heard something crack under pressure.

Maybe it was him, after that day, the very day he decided to take matters into his own hands and search for his sister.

But it was most likely a tooth.

Crabnuggets.

''Your friends are gone, your parents wait for you, but you haven't returned, oh, and, did you even think about the fact that no one cares for your friends?! That's why they're not with you, Ames. No one gives a damn about your struggles. Your sister's in the spotlight, and you're waiting in the wings, waiting for your special moment. But it will never come. Because you don't deserve it.''

Amias swallowed the lump in his throat, fighting back the tears as the words settled in his chest. He felt like he was aching all over, mostly in his chest though, but he didn't want his nemesis to see his tears, so he turned his head away from the Nogitsune who smiled as he saw Amias' reaction.

''You took them away from me...'' (Y/n)'s bro started, sobs threatening to reduce him to a vulnerable position, where his enemy would take delight in his pain and dump salt into the wound. ''And you caused it.''

''Well, not my fault your friends were like lambs to the slaughter,'' Casimir replied matter-of-factly. ''They didn't use their heads.''

''Would that include your sister?'' Amias suddenly retorted, having dried his tears as he had come up with the question. The pale grey-eyed Nogitsune's expression quickly turned dark like a oncoming storm, lips set in a snarl.

''Don't ever speak of Fear again.''

''Use her real name, not the emotion she was associated with then...'' Mohawk bro told him.

''Fine, Anara-Billie.''

The two glared at each other for a moment, whilst Amias decided if it was a good idea to attack his nemesis again or flee away from the scene. He wasn't picky, but if he were to be honest, at times he could be indecisive or even hesitant. Though that usually happened at the worst moments.

Then, out of the blue, Casimir disappeared with a pop, leaving Amias to look at the spot where the Nogitsune was. He then released a sigh that made the tension of his shoulders fall away like feathers in the breeze.

'Well, it's a good thing that dude can only stay in Ninjago for a limited period of time... he's a fricking butthole.' Amias thought bitterly to himself, throwing the horseshoe into the air to summon his trusty steed.

He got on, and rode away from the scene, not exactly knowing what to do next, only doing what was familiar to him, which was travelling, while Casimir's words rang in his head.

And when he had found the ninja, the boy had cleaned himself up. Also healing most of his wounds, with only his slightly torn clothes being the only reminder of the fight that were in plain sight.

---

The Destiny's Bounty flew over the trees, with the S.O.G having tied up the ninja in vengestone chains, with the exception of Wu. The biker gang laughed at the captured ninja, while U.V picked up baby Wu and held him.

''If you harm one hair on his head...'' Cole started, after looking at the child then glaring at Killow, who was at the flying ship's wheel.

Bootleg Bleached Hulk jumped onto the deck near the ninja were, looking down at them. ''You'll what? Where is he? Where's the Green Ninja?'' He asked.

''Ha. Like we'll ever tell you.'' The Cake Ninja answered, closing his eyes and turning his head away.

Morro muttered something about forgetting a certain someone, bristling in anger at the fact that Lloyd and (Y/n) could be in danger because of the white-haired simpress.

''Uh, Cole, you don't argue with a man whose navel is that close.'' Jaybird pointed out, slightly annoyed.

''Mr. E found them.'' A mohawked member of the S.O.G spoke up, thankfully not the brother of the Orange Ninja.

''Good eye, Mr. E. The Oni Temple is just fifteen miles north of here. Set a course for the Quiet One.'' Killow ordered.

''You don't have to call her that. We know it's Harumi.'' Nya reminded them, however the S.O.G just laughed at the Water Ninja.

''Do you guys have any idea what you're doing? She's planning on resurrecting Garmadon. Lord Garmadon. I'm gonna guess you never had the chance to meet him.'' Kai said, trying to get them to reconsider their choices.

''No, but we look forward to it.'' Killow replied eagerly, leaning on the wooden railing, back at the wheel.

''In our experience, when the bad guys try to unearth an ancient evil, it never ends well for them.'' Zane advised.

''Yeah. Just ask Pythor, Master Chen, Morro, or even Garmadon himself.'' Jay added, while Weather Boy grumbled at the mention of his name.

''I'm right here you know!'' Morro yelled, making Motormouth shrink a little, muttering an apology.

''Hmm, then it's a good thing the Quiet One isn't a bad guy, but a bad girl.'' U.V told them, holding her sai a bit too close to Wu for Cole to feel comfortable with.

The Sons of Garmadon laughed. Kai then moved his hand, and the chain rattled a bit, drawing unwanted attention. ''Careful, ninja. I wouldn't want to upset the child.'' Crazy Emo Jo-Jo Siwa warned, putting an arm on Wu's shoulder, and playing with her sai.

''Let's just hope Lloyd and (Y/n) discover Harumi's secret before her help arrives.'' Cole whispered to Jay.

''Oh, I think (Y/n) already has discovered it. Green Bean, not so much. He's still up in cloud nine.'' Morro replied, growling in irritation.

---

The Simpress and the Green Bean ran up the collapsing stairs, trying to get to safety before they could fall into the abyss below. Panting and screaming, Harumi almost slipped, but Lloyd grabbed her before she could and the two continued up.

''Almost there. You okay?'' Lloyd asked, after they had reached safety.

''Yes, but it's hard to see.'' Harumi admitted.

Lloyd picked up a nearby torch attached to the wall and lit it up with his powers. ''What is this place?'' He questioned, and the two saw a mural on the wall after going through a short tunnel.

Carvings of oni decorated the wall, towering with sharp teeth and standing over temples, the light bright enough to show a little of the wall.

''It's their story.'' Lloyd told Harumi.

''Who?'' The white-haired Simprumi asked, looking confused.

''The Oni. See there? It's amazing.'' The Green Bean replied, walking closer to the wall to get a better look.

''They must have built this place.'' Harumi theorised, looking up at the ceiling decorated with stalactites in amazement.

''When the First Spinjitzu Master escaped their world, they must have come looking for him.'' Lloyd thought aloud.

''Who?'' Simprumi inquired, looking towards him.

''The Oni. He was the key to winning their eternal war with the Dragons. Ninjago was a new world to them. The Oni must've holed up here. Explains all the traps. Must not have wanted any visitors.'' The Green Ninja explained.

Lloyd then paused himself before he could go over to Harumi, lifting the torch a bit to the wall, letting the light touch on something he hadn't seen yet.

Risks and Mistakes.

It seemed to be new compared to the other carvings, since the carving there wasn't as eroded as the others. Below he could see another carving, but of pictures, again, different but seemingly carved so painstakingly there was hardly any flaws in the design.

The carving was of two oni, their backs facing each other with the words above their heads, the left was under risks, while the right was under mistakes.

The left looked like it was growling at a depiction of a multi-tailed fox, aka a kitsune, while the right seemed to be smiling at a silhouette of a person who had horns hovering above their head and with scaly wings not attached to their back.

''Woah..'' Lloyd breathed out in amazement, backing away, but he stumbled backwards after stepping on something. He found himself in the arms of Harumi, who smiled at him and helped him back onto steadied feet.

''Look, the symbol from earlier.'' The white-haired woman said, guiding him over to it. Lloyd stood near the one that didn't have the symbol on it. ''Maybe you can break through one of these walls. If the symbol is on here, this one must be booby trapped.''

''Hmm. Worth a shot.'' The Greenja replied, letting his energy build on the palm of his hand, and pulling his arm back, ready to shoot the wall with it. But he stopped, letting the green light die on his hand.

''What's wrong?'' Harumi asked.

''If the Oni wanted to protect the mask, they would know anyone who got this far would avoid the markings.'' Lloyd answered.

''What do you mean?'' The white-haired woman inquired.

''This has to be the way.'' The Green Bean told her.

''But you see the water?'' Harumi asked, gesturing to it. ''If you break the wrong wall, this whole room will flood.''

''Mm-hmm. Then I sure hope I'm right.'' Lloyd said, mentally crossing his fingers for luck. He then broke the wall with the marking, and nothing happened. ''Ha. Let's go.''

The two walked into what looked like a cavern with a raised stone platform that was lit by a purple flame that burned brightly enough for them to see most of the space, with golden-coloured markings and a white pentagon surrounding a rock in the middle that the flame sat upon.

The Green Bean noted that there were stalactites that hung above them, with little specks of what seemed to be bioluminescent purple speckled rock lining the walls, separated from the raised rock platform by an abyss.

Luckily, there was also a bridge.

Harumi gasped in amazement, seeing something in the purple flames that was almost the same colour. ''The Mask of Hatred.''

The two began to make their way over the bridge, but Lloyd stepped on a loose part and almost fell, grabbing onto the edge with both hands just in time, but his torch wasn't as lucky, falling into the darkness below and being swallowed up by it.

The Simpress helped the Greenja up. Lloyd would've thanked her if it were not for the fact he couldn't speak after that bit of shock, instead looking at her gratefully.

Harumi strode over to the mask, and tried to grab it, but failed doing so, groaning in pain since the flames touched her bare skin. But there also seemed to be some kind of barrier preventing her from taking the mask.

''Only someone with Oni blood can take the mask.'' The white-haired woman told him, gesturing to it after she had stepped aside for Lloyd. He walked forward, taking a moment to stare at it, before grabbing hold of the mask, and the flames disappeared as the mask was now in his grasp.

''Can I...Can I see it?'' Harumi asked hesitantly, after Lloyd had slowly turned around to face Simprumi, looking down at the mask in thought. She then attempted to take it, but Lloyd kept it out of her reach. ''I just want to see it.''

''How did you know?'' Lloyd asked suddenly, making Harumi blink, seemingly taken aback by the question.

''It's an Oni Temple. It's safe to assume only an Oni could take it.'' The white-haired woman reasoned.

''No. How could you know that I was part Oni?'' The Sprite Ninja questioned, turning his back to Harumi as she moved closer.

''You're related to the First Spinjitzu Master. He was an Oni.'' Harumi answered. She then tried to take the mask from him secretly, but Lloyd moved slightly to avoid it.

''I never told you that. Jay and I were alone when Mistaké told us the story. You were never there.'' He replied.

''Then I must've heard it from Jay.'' Harumi excused, and tried to take it out of his grasp again, but the Green Bean took it out of her hand.

''I don't want to believe it. You're the Quiet One?'' Lloyd asked, betrayal and heartbreak filling his voice.

''How could you say that?'' The white-haired girl questioned, fake hurt filling her voice.

Lloyd walked over to the rock where the mask once hovered over, leaning against it as his world came crashing down all around him. Harumi once again tried to snatch the mask away, but she composed her face as soon as Lloyd looked back at her.

''It all makes sense now. "The greatest villain is the one you never knew was there in the first place." You said that.'' He recalled, his voice barely above a whisper. ''(Y/n) was right...'' He muttered.

''Oh, yes. I'm the criminal mastermind. How could I have done this?'' Simprumi replied, trying to act like the victim, as she turned Lloyd to look at her. ''Do you realise how silly you're sounding?'' She stroked his chest, as he softened a bit. ''I...I love you.'' She then leaned in and tried to kiss him.

But he placed his hand firmly on her shoulder and pushed her away from him, face hardening into a frown. ''Stay.. back.'' He growled, narrowing his eyes.

''Lloyd.'' Harumi said, trying to sound hurt. But Lloyd was no longer seeing the woman he loved, instead he saw someone else.

The Green Ninja backed up. ''You only wanted me to get the mask you couldn't find.'' He kept the mask behind his back as Harumi advanced on him.

''I didn't need you to find the mask. It would've already been mine had your idiot friends not stolen Wu from us- though I have to admit, I have a small soft spot for one of them.'' The Quiet One replied, and grinned evilly.

He stared disbelievingly at her. ''The baby is Master Wu?''

''Oh, that's right. You didn't know.'' Harumi put her hands on her hips, walking up to Lloyd as he attempted to move away. ''I knew to keep you close. Not everything goes to plan. Give. Me. The mask...'' She demanded, tugging at it, but he kept it away from her again.

''No.'' He started backing away again. ''I can't let you bring my father back. Not like that.'' The mask was in front of his chest now.

''Well, then if you won't give it to me... Hua-yah!'' Harumi suddenly spun on her right leg, and back kicked him with the left, knocking him to the ground and the mask out of his grip. ''Then I will take it!''

Lloyd quickly got back up. The Simpress then glared at him, and so Lloyd returned the favour, glaring back at the Quiet One. Harumi suddenly screamed. ''Aagghhh!!'' She leapt at the mask, but Lloyd struck it with his Energy. ''Oh.'' The two looked back to see the mask soar in an arch through the air.

Harumi got up. ''Why?'' He asked before lunging at her, pinning her to the ground so she couldn't get to the mask.

''I never asked to be a princess.'' Harumi growled. She then made both of them roll over so Lloyd was on his back, with her pinning him. ''Just as I never asked to be an orphan, but you gifted me that.'' The Green Bean then made it so that Harumi's back was on the floor.

''How did I do that?'' He questioned.

''The Great Devourer. It was too strong.'' She forced him slowly onto his back. ''Too big for you and your friends.'' She let out a breathy chuckle. ''Oh, Lloyd. You aren't so naive to think no one got hurt that day, did you?''

Suddenly he got up, forcing her to the ground, standing on his feet. She stood up slowly with her fist raised into the air. ''It wasn't until the almighty Lord Garmadon saved the day! But he couldn't save my family.'' She looked sombrely at the ground. ''It was too late. I died that day, too.''

Lloyd turned to the mask, slowly summoning a glowing sphere of Energy. ''Give me one reason not to say goodbye to it right now.''

She whipped around to face him. ''I'll give you two. You want to see your father again, and you love me.'' Harumi watched as Lloyd paused, holding back his feelings. ''Ah, your emotions. You can't get rid of them. It's hard to think, isn't it?'' She asked in a soft voice. Harumi slowly pulled out a dagger from behind her back.

''I felt those feelings too.'' She smiled kindly at him. ''We truly are kindred spirits.'' Harumi stroked his cheek, as he leaned into her touch with a smile. She then screamed, and swung the dagger at him, but he had enough warning to escape harm.

The two tugged with each other, with Lloyd grabbing the grip of the dagger so it wouldn't be used to hurt him easily, but he had to do spinjitzu so Harumi was thrown away from him. However she got up, laughing.

''You helped put the bug on the ship. You caused the crash.'' Lloyd realised.

''A calculated risk. Your friends were so close to the truth. I couldn't let them stop me.'' Harumi replied.

''Feeding the poor, acting scared? It was all an act?'' He asked, anger evident in his tone.

''Ah, yes. The damsel in distress. You ninja really are from another time.'' The white-haired woman mocked.

''The Emperor and Empress?''

''They were never my parents! To protect Ninjago, I had to repress those feelings. I had to wear a mask until the time came for me to take control. I had to be smarter, stronger.'' She told him.

''You were never protecting Ninjago. You were only after revenge.'' Lloyd replied.

''Tell me, Lloyd, how many times has Ninjago almost fallen on your watch? How many times have you ninja failed and let others pay the price?'' She threw the knife at him, but he caught it just in time before it could hit his chest.

She scoffed. ''You're not our protectors. You're just a bunch of little kids playing dress up. Ninjago is my home too. And with your father by my side, we can return it to glory. Give it the leader it truly des—'' She finally went after the mask, but Lloyd slammed into her, and so the two fought again, with the Green Bean parrying some of her attacks.

She kicked him away from her. However, when he got up, the mask was in his hand.

''Then... I guess this is goodbye.'' He yeeted the mask off the edge but Harumi dove after it, grabbing it and hanging onto the cliffside with her knife. He looked down at her as she glanced down, but put the mask on, making the mask's ''eyes'' light up. ''Okay, so that didn't go as planned.''

Harumi launched herself into the air, and back onto the raised stone platform. ''This isn't going to be a fair fight.'' She told him in her now distorted deeper voice. Mockingly, she tossed him her knife, which would now be useless against the powered-up villain.

The white-haired girl with the mask on had glowing purple veins all over her body, along with some armour to go with it.

''What did the mask do to you?'' He asked, surprised.

''The Mask of Hatred. A taste of invincibility. Too bad for you.'' She ran at him while he was wielding the knife, but as he tried to slice Harumi in the leg, half of the knife broke cleanly off.

---

The S.O.G had parked the Destiny's Bounty near the temple entrance. (Y/n) had moved out of sight, watching them from behind a tall pointy rock in order to not be caught.

''I've got an itch. You mind coming over here to scratch it?'' Kai asked U.V. Morro groaned in protest at the hairgell's request.

''Shut it, Hair Gell.'' U.V replied.

Chopper Maroon, one of the S.O.G members, laughed at Wu after he had tripped. Big mistake. Wu then threw with perfect aim at his crotch, making him groan in pain.

The S.O.G member then tried to chase after him while his hands hovered over the hurt spot, but Wu evaded him easily. He then was jumped on by a baby, who decided being on a biker's back would be pretty good karma for the dude. Wu laughed and giggled as the guy ran around, trying to shake him off. ''Get off me!''

Tall Glass O' Water then spotted the keys laying nearby on a table. ''Huh.''

---

Harumi threw Lloyd onto the mask's pedestal.

''Hurt me all you want, but I'm never gonna let you get away with this.'' He told her, as she circled him.

''Physical pain can only hurt so much. I intend far worse.'' Harumi replied simply.

He picked up what was left of the broken knife and held it out at her, fearfully. ''Then what do you want?''

''I want you to feel the emptiness that I feel! When your father is reborn, he won't be the man you recognise! His soul will be gone and I want his cold hands to destroy you!'' She screamed, slowly advancing.

''You're a monster! I'll never feel what you feel.'' Lloyd replied.

She began walking away. ''We will see.''

''Fight me. Let's end it here.'' The Greenja challenged.

''I'm already two steps ahead.'' She broke into a sprint, going out of the entrance.

''No. Don't!''

Too late. The wall without the symbols was broken and the floodgates opened, the temple beginning to flood. ''Where's Nya when you need her?'' He asked himself as he swam.

---

''Ultra Violet, get over here.'' Killow ordered, waving his giant hand to her.

''Watch over them for me, will ya?'' She asked Chopper Maroon, who took a katana from her, and she got off the Destiny's Bounty.

''Glow, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer. Shine, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer.'' Cole began singing to the baby.

''Hmm. That song. Again? It ain't gonna work, beef cake.'' Chopper Maroon told him.

''Maybe I just feel like singing. Lead us lest too far we wander...'' The Cake Ninja continued.

''Hey, I said knock it off.'' The S.O.G biker replied, now annoyed.

''...Love's sweet voice calling yonder. Glow, little glow worm...'' Chopper Maroon covered his ears.

''Psst. The keys.'' Nya whispered to little Wu.

''...glimmer glimmer. Shine, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer....''

''The keys. Get the keys.'' Tall Glass O' Water whispered to him again, but he grabbed the teapot instead.

''...Shine, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer. Hey there, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer. Lead us lest too far we wander. Love's sweet voice calling yonder.''

''Not the tea. The keys. There. Please.'' Nya begged to the small child, still whispering.

''Glow, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer. Shine, little glow worm, glimmer glimmer. Shine, little glow worm—''

Wu finally grabbed the keys, and went over to them, putting the key in the lock and setting them free. The ninja sprung to attack the S.O.G member within seconds.

''Oh, thanks, little Wu.'' The Water Ninja told Wu, picking him up.

Before the biker could get back up, Morro and Jay pointed their weapons at him.

---

''The Quiet One has the mask. We have all three!'' Killow announced cheerfully to the Sons of Garmadon, after the wall had been broken down with Harumi standing there, taking off the mask to show her face.

''Now I believe we have a ceremony to attend to. Take the ship.'' She said, with her voice back to normal thanks to her taking the mask off. The S.O.G then started walking back to the Bounty.

Kai put his swords in front of Harumi to stop the white-haired woman. ''Not so fast.'' An S.O.G member then put their knife up against the side of his throat.

''Careful. I wouldn't want you to upset the child.'' Cole said, as the ninja surrounded them, holding their respective weapons, though not including Lloyd or (Y/n), yet.

''Haha. Looks like we have the upper—'' Jay started but was interrupted as more S.O.G members came to surround them.

''Um, guys, gals and possibly non-binary pals, where's (Y/n)?'' Morro asked the others, looking around for the Orange Ninja. The others were too busy keeping the S.O.G in their sight, fearing that one small move would lead to someone getting hurt. ''Trying to be inclusive while being intimidating, not really working here. You gotta help me.''

U.V leapt out of the bushes nearby with her sai in hand. Mr. E appeared too, with his red katanas ready for a fight.

''Oh, come on. Zane, I thought you said we had them outnumbered.'' Jay groaned.

''Uh, that was before I knew how many of them there were.'' The nindroid replied, and re-aimed the arrow in his bow at Harumi's face.

''Oh, now isn't this a lovely pickle?'' U.V questioned, after snickering.

''Where's Lloyd and (Y/n)?'' Kai asked, and now at least someone seemed to be listening.

''The Green Ninja and the Orange Ninja can't help you now.'' Harumi answered..

''Remember how I didn't care for her at first? Then she won me over with all that girl talk, and we started to really get to know each other? Well now I hate her!'' Nya vented.

Mr. E brought out his mask. ''Don't even think about it.'' Zane warned, aiming his bow at the masked nindroid.

''This can end one of two ways: either you hand the masks over peacefully—'' Kai started out a threat, but was interrupted by the motor mouth.

''I don't even have to know the rest of the choices. I like that one.'' Jay told him.

''Or what?'' Harumi asked, obviously not all intimidated by his threat.

''Or we'll have to get all ninja up on ya.'' The Fire Ninja added not so smartly.

''What does that even mean?'' The white-haired girl questioned, confused.

''I don't know. I was improvising. Usually Lloyd does the talking. But he isn't here. B—Where's Lloyd- AND (Y/N)!?''

There was a yell, and suddenly the Green Ninja was thrown out of the waterfall. Before the others could catch him, an orange blur appeared, and stopped, catching him in her arms.

''Lloyd.'' (Y/n) smiled at him, and he looked at her in surprise, maybe even blushing a bit.

''(Y/n)!'' The others exclaimed a bit too loudly, happy. Remo appeared at her feet, then on her shoulders, grinning, though he was silent.

''You guys, Rumi is the Quiet One.'' He told the others as she let him down slowly.

''We kinda got that much.'' Hothead replied.

''Wasn't it obvious?" Morro asked.

And then the giant crab descended on them and ate them all in one go like sushi for its revenge, then it was revealed as the true villain of the season, named the Overlordian Krab.

Just kidding. More like it appeared, and the two groups combined ran away from it, ending up on the rocky island with pointy rocks.

''What is that?'' Killow asked the others. Harumi and Lloyd glanced at each other, deciding on a temporary truce despite the recent events.

''It's back.'' The Green Bean Machine answered.

''Oh yeah, our big clawed friend.'' (Y/n) replied, scanning the water for it cautiously.

The crab then launched itself into the air, landing on the rocky land and making the two groups scatter in an attempt to not get pinned under the huge river monster's legs. There was a lot of yelling, and the giant crab wrecking the pointy rocks that were the main feature of the tiny island.

This thing was tough though, it was as if it was wearing armour, which was actually the case, its exoskeleton hard to pierce through with normal weapons.

''Over here.'' Zane yelled to the crab after it had picked up Nya, shooting arrows at its face to grab its attention. He had succeeded, distracting the crab as both Kai and (Y/n) got up onto the creature's back to free Nya from its clutches.

The masks were then put on by two of those who possessed them, namely Mr. E and Killow, who began fighting the crab with the power the masks provided.

Then, the ninja started doing spinjitzu, circling the crab.

''We have to get you out of here, Quiet One.'' Ultra Violet told Harumi.

''Not without the masks.'' The white-haired girl replied, whistling for the other mask-wearers to come over, and they did so, leaving with the other members of the S.O.G on the Destiny's Bounty.

The crab grunted, watching the ninja spin in colour before its eyes, confused as it began its retreat into the waters. Zane then went out of his spinjitzu, freezing the giant crab in place. Then the others joined.

''Hey! They're getting away!'' Jay shouted to the others.

''Get me close.'' Lloyd ordered.

''I'm on it. Zane, I need an assist.'' Nya told Zane. The nindroid nodded, and the Water Ninja got some water, hovering it near Zane, who froze it in place. Lloyd then used his spinjitzu and landed on the anchor of the ship, with Morro using his wind to also boost him up.

''He did not just—'' Jay stared at disbelief at the Green Ninja.

''He just did.'' Kai replied. Lloyd then swung the anchor and used it to get up onto the deck of the Bounty, though it wasn't long until Killow grabbed the Green Bean and held him up so the other ninja could see. ''They have Lloyd.''

''They have the masks.'' Cole added.

(Y/n) growled, and used her leaf to transform into a bird, leaving Remo with the others. She flew up, beating her wings and filled with fury, and when she got to the Bounty she wasn't happy. The ninja heard yells and a shriek, possibly one from U.V or Harumi. No one seemed to be spared.

Unless it was Lloyd.

The yells stopped, and the ninja saw something fall down from the Bounty, and Nya quickly sent some water up to soften the fall, noticing what it was, with Morro helping.

When it was brought closer, the ninja noticed it was (Y/n), but she was still stuck in her bird form, something coating her talons but looking distressed. Nya brought her up to her ear. Her eyes then widened. ''The shapeshifting leaf's been destroyed.''

''Without it (Y/n) can't transfo-''

The crab broke out of the ice.

''Puppy!'' Wu exclaimed happily.

Tell me if anything doesn't make sense, and I will do my best to explain to make things easier :D

Alright ye endings, there's going to be multiple.
