TylerxOliver - 4

Oliver's pov

I came up with the idea to have a baking day with the gang. Everyone had agreed.

Now, we all scurried around Jane's kitchen, making treats for Christmas. It warmed my heart to see everyone laughing and talking for the holidays.

I glanced at Tyler, kneading dough for sugar cookies. My heart tugged gently, before I blushed, turning away to mix icing.

Tyler looks so...hot.

I blushed harder at my thoughts, and Blake noticed from next to me. "Olly? You okay over there?" He asked, giving me a teasing smile.

I nodded quickly. "Y-Yeah!" I squeaked.

He laughed, slinging an arm around my shoulder. "Aww, you shy or something?" He teased.

I looked away, trying to focus on my mixing. He leaned in closer, resting his chin on top of my head. "You're so adorable, Olly," he sighed, sniffing my hair softly. "And you smell nice, too."

I didn't think I could ever be more red.

"Blake, you really shouldn't tease him so much," I heard Tyler say, causing me to turn my head as much I could with Blake's weight on it still.

"Aww, why not? He has the cutest reactions," Blake whined.

From what I could see, Tyler seemed to be frowning a bit. "Still." He then noticed my gaze and smiled softly. "Wanna come over here and finish next to me?"

"I-it's fine here!" I stuttered out.

My heart gave a thump. He wanted me to come over! My happiness dampened when I remembered that Tyler always invites me to be close by. We're best friends, so why wouldn't he want to be around me? Besides, he knew how shy I could be, and he just wanted me to be away from Blake.

"It's fine, Oliver. Come over here," Tyler said with a grin.

I wiggled my way away from Blake, before grabbing my supplies and sccurying over to Tyler. He flashed me a smile, and I returned it shyly. I looked down, beginning to mix again.

"That looks good, mind if I have a taste," Tyler commented, looking down at the icing bowl.

I nodded, humming my response quietly. I watched him put a finger into the icing, before tasting it. I looked up at him curiously. "Is it good?"

He nodded eagerly. "Mhm! It tastes great!"

I smile. "Good."

We continued in silence, occasionally brushing hands as we worked. It sent my heart beating rapidly again. If only he knew how I truly felt...

But if he did, I have a feeling we wouldn't be friends anymore.
