Four days passed with some improvement in Laksh's health but he was still unconscious. All were happy with it. They were getting their hope back. But they were not allowed to see him after that day.

All were sitting in front of the ICU when Ryan's phone rings.

Ryan: hello, ya I know but I haven't studied anything for it. Hmm.... I don't know if I'll be able to give the exam or not? Ya, thank you.

He looks at the others after disconnecting the call.

Ragini: why you will not give your exams?

Ryan: bhayu...

Ragini: if your bhayu was awake then he would have let you do anything like this?

She asks with a raised eyebrow.

Ryan shakes his head. Ragini takes a deep breath.

Ragini: Nainu, Mushu, Rey and Aru go to MM and start studying for your exam. It's tommorow na?

All four nods.

Arjun: but bhabhi we don't want to leave bhai.

Sanskar: bhabhi is saying right. You all go to the house and study.

Misha: but...

Ragini sighs.

Ragini: I know it's not easy for you to leave him and study. But I also know if you'll stay here then you'll think about him only instead of studying. Now, like good children go to MM and study well for your exam. When Mr Akdu will get up and got to know that you skipped your exams then he'll kill me and I'll kill you four.

All chukles a little.

Naina: but di...

Ragini: it's an order. Go now.

All four nods feeling defeated in front of her. They looks towards the ICU one last time and leaves from there unwillingly.

MM:

All four enters after picking the needed things of the girls from GM.

Ryan runs to Laksh's room followed by trio.

Raglak's room:

Ryan was looking at each and everything of his bhayu with glassy eyes. He was touching everything trying to feel his presence.

Arjun hugs him and kisses his forehead.

Arjun: he'll be fine and will be back here soon.

Both of them emotionally remembers when Laksh said "take care" before leaving the house last time.

Ryan: Aru bhai, it's been six days he didn't scold you.

Arjun nods.

Arjun: I'm missing his scoldings badly.

Naisha were looking at them smiling in between their tears.

Misha: guys, let's start studying now. If we failed then they both husband wife will kill us.

She says making faces to divert everyone's mind.

All laughs a little.

All three: ya...

Ryan and Misha sits on the bed and starts studying. Arjun was sitting on the sofa.Naina was in the balcony, sitting on the couch.

All were in Raglak's room only.

They were trying their best to focus on studies and not to think about Laksh and his condition.

Arjun closes his eyes and Laksh comes in front of his eyes with a stern face.

Laksh: padhle (study)

Arjun smiles and opens his eyes.

He starts studying only for his bhai.

Ryan was helping Misha who was trying to keep him busy so that he don't think about Laksh.

It was very difficult for them but they were trying.

Hospital:

Ragini was sitting on the chair hugging her knees.

Ragini (in mind): it's been four days I have seen you and five days I have heard you. Only I know how I have lived these five days. These five days were like five births for me and don't know how long you will take. Your brothers are scared to lose you. Aryan is also scared but he's not showing it. He's behaving mature. My sisters are scared for me and you both. All are tensed. How much more wait Laksh? Are you not tired of playing with us? The doctors are saying that your condition is improving and that is giving some strength to me and everyone else. Get up soon please. We are waiting for you.

Sanskar sits beside her.

Sanskar: you're very strong bhabhi.

Ragini looks up at him. Swara and Aryan too looks at them.

Sanskar: we did the best thing by making you married to our bhai. You are the best for him. He's very lucky to get you. You understood him in such a small time. Even we brothers can't understand him properly till now but you did it. Thank you.

Ragini: there's nothing like that. Infact I should thank you for choosing me for him. I'm very lucky to get a gem like him.

Trio smiles at her.

Aryan: ya, that's true that idiot is indeed very lucky to get bhabhi as his life partner.

Ragini glares him.

Ragini: you're talking about my husband.

Aryan smiles showing all his teeth.

Next day:

All were moving here and there in front of the ICU when Arjun, Ryan, Misha and Naina comes there.

All the night they kept calling Ragini or Aryan or Sanskar or Swara to know about Laksh's condition.

All: how's bhai/jiju?

Swara: he's still unconscious. Doctors are saying that his condition is much better now.

Ryan: bhayu always used to wish us before our exams.

He says sadly.

Ragini comes towards them.

Ragini: so what? Now, bhabhi is wishing you luck from your bhai's side as well. Write exam well and make your bhai proud of his brothers.

She says caressing his hair.

All nods and smiles in between their teary eyes.

Everyone: all the best

All four hugs them and leaves for the college.

Abc college:

All four enters. They looks for their roll numbers and sitting arrangement. They wishes luck to each other and leaves for their respective examination halls.

Misha and Ryan were in the same room while Arjun and Naina in different.

They sits at their respective seats with their pale faces and the exam starts.

All four takes a deep breath and closes their eyes. They prays to god for Laksh and starts writing with shaking hands.

Hospital:

All were waiting for the doctor to come out and tell them about Laksh when the doctor finally comes out.

All: doctor

The doctor smiles at them.

Doctor: it was not less than a miracle that he survived after such a dangerous accident. He's indeed a strong man who fought for his life with all his strength. His life is out of danger now. Ya, his left hand is fractured and his legs are weak to walk properly. By god's grace they are not fractured. Don't let him walk without any support for atleast two weeks. His stitches are still fresh and we have to keep him under observation for one more week. Don't give him any tension or stress that can affect his brain. It can be dangerous. It will take him at least two months to cure completely.

Everyone was smiling in between their tears with all their hearts. Their happiness knew no boundaries.

Ragini was feeling like she got her life back. She got her breath back.

Ragini and Sanskar: can we meet him?

Doctor: yes you can but not now because he's sleeping due to medicines effect. He can open his eyes anytime then you all can meet him. After that only we'll get to know about his mental state also.

He leaves from there after saying this. His last sentence was making them worried but they sidelines their thoughts.

Swara hugs Ragini and Sanskar hugs Aryan happily.

Sanskar: bhai did it.

Aryan: yess...

Ragini's eyes were flowing with tears.

Swara: wipe your tears di. No more crying.

Ragini nods in between her tears. She takes her phone and calls Arjun.

Abc college:

All four were writing their exam. It was going to end in twenty minutes. Arjun's phone started ringing in his bag.

Every student along with the teacher were looking at the bag which was placed in a corner in between other bags in the front of the room.

Arjun recognises his callertune. He immediately get's up from his place and runs towards his bag.

Teacher: Mr Arjun Maheshwari you can't attend any call during the exam.

But Arjun didn't care.

He takes out his phone from his bag. His heart started beating fast seeing the caller ID. He picks up the phone with shivering hands.

Arjun: he... hello bhabhi

Ragini (crying): Aru...

Arjun (worried and scared): what happened bhabhi? Bhai's fine na?

Ragini: your bhai won Aru. We won.

She says happily.

Arjun jumps in happiness listening it.

Arjun: he woke up?

Ragini: no, not yet but the doctors said that he can open his eyes anytime and then we can meet him.

Arjun: ok, we're coming. Dare you all met him before we reach there.

Ragini (chuckling): ok ok... come fast. We're waiting.

Arjun: ok

He disconnects the call and runs out of the examination hall.

Teacher (angrily): Arjun...

One of Arjun's friends: let him go sir. His brother is hospitalized from a week. And the way he was behaving it seems that his brother finally got up.

The teacher nods understandingly.

Arjun was running all over the college madly.

He reaches in the room where Misha and Ryan were giving their exams.

Arjun (huffing): Rey Misha...

Everyone along with Misha and Ryan looks at him.

Risha (worried): what happened to bhayu/jiju?

They asked the very first question came in their minds.

Arjun: bhai did it. He won the battle. Bhabhi just called me. She said he can open his eyes anytime. Let's go. We need to reach the hospital fast.

Both Risha smiles among their tears and leaves with him.

All were surprised with their behavior and there also friends of Ryan and Misha clears everything and also everyone knew about the young businessman Laksh Maheshwari's accident through the news.

Trio goes to Naina's class and Arjun pulls her with him without saying anything. She was not understanding anything.

All sits in and the driver starts the car. Trio tells the happy news to Naina.

Hospital:

All were waiting impatiently for Laksh to open his eyes.

All four reaches there running and hugs them crying.

Ryan: when bhayu will open his eyes? I can't wait more.

All: we too

A doctor comes out.

Doctor: congratulations, he has got his consciousness back. He's so desperate to meet you all. You all can meet him now but remember don't hug him. His body is very weak and don't give him any kind of stress. Go, he's waiting.

Everyone nods jumping in happiness and hugs each other again.

Sanskar: let's go in.

The brothers along with Aryan goes in but Ragini was not moving.

The sisters looks at her confused.

Naina: what happened di?

Ragini: I'm feeling nervous.

She says with a confused look.

Swara: why?

Ragini: don't know why?

Inside the ICU:

All four enters only to find Laksh with closed eyes.

Listening to the sound, he opens his eyes and looks at them blinking his eyes.

They smiles at him in between their tears.

Laksh shakes his head in no even when he himself was having tears in his eyes. He was also smiling at them.

All moves closer to him. Ryan holds his right hand.

Aryan: finally, you got up buddy.

Trio brothers: we missed you so much bhai.

Laksh: stop crying now. You know na I don't like tears in your eyes.

He says slowly because it was difficult for him to talk due to the stitches in his head.

The brothers nods and wipes their tears.

Aryan: get a little stronger then we'll hug the hell out of you.

He says folding his hands near his chest in hugging position.

Laksh chuckles.

Ryan: you scared us bhayu.

Arjun: we thought that we'll lose you forever. We almost died seeing you in that state.

He says choking.

Laksh glares him when he said about death.

Laksh: shut up. Dare you said anything like this again.

Everyone smiles at him.

Sanskar: but like always you fought for us and now you're back to us. We got our lost life back.

Laksh smiles.

Laksh: I can never leave you. You are my everything. Where I'll go leaving you all? Waise, you all are looking a little thin to me.

He says letting out a small chuckle.

Aryan: ha, all because of you.

Laksh: look I made you thin without any exercise. Waise bhi, you were getting fatter day by day.

Aryan looks at him with wide eyes. All four brothers laughs and Aryan makes faces.

Just then the door get's open and Ragini was standing there with a tired face and longing eyes but a satisfied smile on her lips. Her sisters were standing at her back.

All four except Laksh smiles at her.

Laksh: who's she?

Everyone looks at him shocked.

Ragini's heart stopped beating listening to his words. She was not understanding how to react?

"How could he say like this?" this was the only question in her mind.
