Today's New Year's Eve and Chloe is chosen to drop the ball tonight. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for her. "T-man, is it okay if I invited Spidey for the rooftop party?" He nodded. She was on the phone with him talking about tonight's events. "I'm excited to drop the ball as well. I saw many famous people do it and it's they first time they chose me; a young New Yorker who is the child of the Avengers. Yes, you can bring your Aunt May to the party. My biological mother says that she's coming too. I can't wait for everyone to meet her. Okay, I'll see you tonight." 

The rooftop party is in full swing. "What's your New Year's resolution?" Asked Clint. Chloe thought for a moment. "My resolution is to be the best heroine ever!"
"How are you liking your first rooftop party, mom?" Melissa gave a thumbs up. "When I was pregnant of you, I wanted to go but I couldn't because I worried that all the teens would call me mean names like "hoe" or "whore". But, I'm not stopping you from having any fun." She was happy to hear that she's having fun. "Oh my gosh! It's almost time for me to drop the ball!" "Take the elevator!" She shook her head. "No, the elevator's too slow." Peter offered to swing her down. "Thanks but it's a bit risky." She looked at her star pin. "Star spangled makeover!" She transformed as Sailor America. "Meet down to Times Square!" She flew down and reached the stage and she raised her star pin saying, "Spangle out." She transformed back to normal. She was about to head up on stage, "Chloe, wait."

Tony placed a white faux fur bolero jacket on her. "Gotta let them know that you're best dressed." She extended her hand for them. "Come with me. We're dropping that ball as a family." They all went up on stage together. She placed her hand on the ball switch. "C'mon Loki, you're part of this family too whether you like it or not." He placed his hand next to her own and each Avenger did the same. "Here we go!" They pressed the switch and began counting down to midnight. The SHIELD Agents were at Avenger's Tower watching it on the TV. "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!" The sound of noisemakers and cheers erupted and confetti was falling on them. Spidey kissed Chloe on the cheek making her blush and kiss him back. Tony and Pepper shared a passionate kiss, Thor and Jane shared a kiss as well. This is the start of a brand new year.
