“Words are powerful, Dokutaro.” Rock spat at the Poison/Ghost pokemon.

“Bah, so what?” It snarled back. “And besides, I'm Pecharunt now. Not Dokutaro.”

“May you get EXACTLY what you wish for, Pecharunt, once you master that spell.” Rock said, glaring at him with his pure white eyes. “And I hope you CHOKE on it.”

Words are powerful, indeed.

“You see, sis, the reason why the Loyal Three can still listen to me despite Pecharunt most likely being out there, is because of the spell’s wording.” Holly said.

“How so?” Her twin sister, Rosie, asked.

“The way the spell works is that, and I quote, those who eat this mochi are chained to the will of whoever is their boss.’ And since I caught them, by definition that makes me their boss, because I have all 8 gym badges. Having 8 gym badges makes it so any pokemon, and I quote Grusha, ‘no matter its level, can be caught, and once caught, will listen to you.’ That would make me technically the boss of whatever pokemon I catch, right?” Holly replied, with a smirk on her face.

“By god…that's genius. Whoever taught him that spell f*ckin’ duped him!” Rosie exclaimed.

“It's almost as if the person who did knew that I, or someone like me, would catch them. Upon hearing Munkidori say ‘We are bound to the will of our boss’ instead of ‘We are bound to the will of Pecharunt’ when asking for their versions of the events, made me get curious, and it made me explore why they even let me catch them.”  Holly said, chuckling.

“It's because they figured out the loophole, didn't they?” Rosie asked.

“More like Munkidori did upon realizing what I could do and the wording the spell contained, and then told the other two.” Holly replied.

“Pecharunt is gonna be pissed once he figures this out, ain't he?” Rosie remarked.

“But in the words of Rock; He got EXACTLY what he wished for, and now, he's gonna CHOKE on it.” She smirked.

Rosie gave a similar smirk as she replied. “Maybe you can even become his boss, too, if you know what I mean.”

“Oh, I definitely do, sis.” Holly smirked. “And I promise it.”

Words have power.

But they only have the power their wording and definitions let them.
