So this is a poem that I wrote for online school during quarantine that I thought that I would share with you guys. It's meant to be a poem that is looking back on something that happened in the past, and the poem is advice that you would give yourself now that you have already experienced that event. The event that I chose was last summer's vacation to Glacier National Park, hence the name advice to Glacier National Park. I hope you guys enjoy!

Advice For Glacier National Park

                                         One
When you go to see
The towering mountains
Remember to stop and look
For you may see the hidden beauty in the lush green hills and forests.

                                              Two    

When you gaze upon the rivers
Feel their mighty power
Their cool clear waters
And see their wild nature.

                                       Three

When you walk the mountain trails
Look around you and see what you can find,
Look in the trees and across the mountains to see the beauty there.

                                        Four

When you and your family look out across the mountain range
Share that moment with them,
Let your heart soar and smile wide
For this may be the only chance to share a moment like this

                                             Five

But most of all remember to embrace the world around you,
To find the beauty in everything,
To look around you
And see nature for what it is.
