ODESSA could hear Neytiri groan and cry out for her as she slowly moved from side to side, squaring off with Quaritch.

Quaritch pressed the eject button inside of his suit, the top popping off and landing on the ground behind him. He pulled a mask out from underneath him and placed his on his face, taking in a breath of air  that wasn't harmful to him.

Odessa growled and pulled her dagger from her chest belt. She stepped forward and readied herself to attack Quaritch and kill him finally, but he tilted his head with a sick smile.

"Hey, Everett, how's it feel to betray your own race?"Quaritch asked Odessa, causing her to hiss at him once more. Quaritch growled and began moving towards the container. "You think you're one of them? Time to wake up."

Odessa realized what he was about to do and charged forward. Quaritch smashed the remaining of the one window with his metal arm and then smashed the pod inside. When he opened it, he realized it wasn't Jake nor Odessas pod because it was empty. He began to move to the other window, but Odessa jumped on top of the suit and tried to stab him with her dagger. Odessa barred her teeth and hissed as Quaritch thrashed around and tried to fling her off. The suit arm reached upwards and grabbed ahold of Odessas long braid, throwing her into the side of the contain where another window was.

She rolled to the ground, cuts littering her body. Odessa groaned in pain and stood, her body trembling as she did so. Odessa clenched her chest as she struggled to take in breaths of air, her body collapsing to the ground and shaking lightly.

Neytiri pulled herself off the ground, jumping towards Odessa who's avatar body had stopped moving. "Ma Tessa." She cried before she turned and hissed at the man who stood there and watched.

Quaritch stepped forwards, grabbing Neytiri by her braid and hoisting her upwards. "Looks like ya lost your little friend."

Odessa opened her eyes to see the inside of her pod, she took a deep breath and held it, closing her eyes and allowing herself to reconnect with her avatar. Odessa gasped, opening her eyes to see Neytiri thrashing from where Quaritch held her. She cringed at the sound that Neytiri made as Quaritch hoisted her upwards even more. Odessa moved, grabbing her bow that laid on the ground a foot or so away and armed herself with it just as Quaritch placed his dagger against Neytiri's neck.

Odessa loaded an arrow and pulled back, careful to aim past Neytiri's thrashing body and straight into Quaritch's chest. The man gasped in pain and dropped Neytiri as the first arrow lodged itself into his chest. She the loaded another arrow and let it fly into his chest, just above the first arrow lodged in his chest.  "I told you I would kill you."

And as Quaritch fell to the ground, taking his last breaths, so did Odessa.

"Odessa?" Neytiri called out concerned as she shook Odessas shoulders. "Dessa?"

Odessa gasped for air as the pod opened up inside the container. She was suffocating. And if she was suffocating, so was Jake. She couldn't let him die, so she grabbed the closest oxygen mask ( the emergency one that was located beside her and jakes pod ) and hurried towards his pod and pushed it open.

"Des?" Jake spoke, the words weak as he tried to bring in as much air as he could. It failed and he closed his eyes before he opened them. Odessa had placed the mask on his face, choosing to save him before she saved herself. "Dessa?"

Odessa collapsed against the floor, her chest slowing as she failed to bring in any air that wasn't toxic. Jake pushed his wheelchair out of the way and fell from the pod, crawling towards the other emergency expo-mask container that was near Norms pod. He struggled to reach for it, his body way to weak. He tried again, catching ahold of the mask yet it got caught on something else causing him to let go.

Neytiri jumped touch the broken window, landing in a crouched position. Her eyes landed on Odessa who was still. It's been about thirty once seconds since she took her last breath.

"Neytiri." Jake spoke loudly, the voice causing her to turn around and tilt her head towards the side. "The mask. It's stuck. Help."

"Odessa! Ma, Dessa? No, no, Dessa." Neytiri grabbed the mask quickly, moving back to where Odessa laid and picked up her body. Neytiri cradled Odessa again her, placing the mask against her face and holding it there. "Wake up, please!"

Odessas eyes fluttered as she began to cough. In a panic, her hands reached upwards, one grabbing ahold of Neytiri and the other twisting the lock on her oxygen mask so it sealed. She took a few deep breaths, her eyes widening. She calmed her heart before she reached up and placed her hand against Neytiri's painted cheek.

"I see you." Odessa said happily, smiling.

"I see you."  Neytiri smiled back.

Odessa jumped, looking around the room. Her eyes landed on Jake who sat on his pod, an oxygen mask resting snuggly against his face. She sighed in relief. "You're okay."

JAKE and Niave stood together, watching as soldiers and humans who had wronged Pandora walked towards one of the many ships. The two had reunited shortly after Neytiri had helped Jake out of the container, placing him on the first floor where the three of them sat and took in silence for a moment. They had survived, despite all the other odds that were against them.

"The aliens went back to their dying world. Only a few were chosen to stay. The time of great sorrow was ending. Toruk Macto was no longer needed."

Jake stepped closer to Niave, wrapping his arm around her and pulling her into his side. She laid her head on his shoulder. The last of the humans that weren't chosen to stay boarded the ships, taking one last look at the life they had once lived. Their mission was over and they were being sent back to a dying world.

ODESSA laid down on the ground, her oxygen mask on her face. Jake, who had gone through the process of transferring his concise to his avatar, was standing above Odessa with a smile. "You'll be just fine, okay? Look at me, I'm doing great."

Odessa chuckled. "If anything happens Jake -"

"Nothing will happen, now close your eyes and be one with Eywa." Jake stepped away from Odessa, moving towards the side where he kneeled and attached his queue to the ground beneath him.

Before Odessa closed her eyes, the last thing she saw was the tree of souls glowing, pulsing with energy.

"It is happening." Neytiri spoke after a short period of time. Mo'at stopped chanting, crouching down and waving her hands over both bodies. Many seedling spirits floated downwards, landing on Odessas human body before they floated over towards her Avatar.

Neytiri gently took the mask off of human Odessas face. She placed int on the ground beside her, leaning down and placing a lingering kiss to her forehead.  She moved to the blue body that held the seedling spirits, placing her hand against her cheek.

Odessa opened her eyes, a small smile on her lips. She felt at home, like she finally had found her paradise within Neytiri and Pandora.
