SHAWNA'S POV:

Everything happened so fast that it took me some time to understand what is really going on here. The day when I was abducted by Patricia one day ago, back to Aya's den, everything seemed impossible to make right. 

But thanks to Gina who came there at the right time. 

FLASHBACK ONE DAY AGO:

I didn't know whom to tell about the wrecked behaviour of Patricia that I was watching for some time now. Priam was busy in the settlement of the war, John and Brad were also with him. For some reason, Jennifer was off. I wanted to ask her the reason, but it was not a good time. I could have gone to Junnie, but then I saw Junnie was handling Ruby. She was explaining to her what was going on. 

For some reason, I felt bad for Ruby. To be honest she is much like me. But in a hard way more. She has never seen her parents. I wish at least she could see uncle Ben. 

Without much thought, I started following her. She entered a room and closed the door. I didn't know what to do, so I began to follow her secretly. I stopped before the door when I heard the voice. 

"Yes, master..."

I knew I was right about the reason that she was acting odd for a few days. I was about to enter the room when someone grabbed my wrist from behind. I looked back to see who it was and to my shock, it was Gina standing in front of me!!!!

"Gina!!!" I gasped looking at her.

"Shhh..... Keep it low" She whispered to me. 

Without further word, she dragged me to the corner that nobody inside the room can hear us. 

"Gina... How? You left us... How are you here and why? What is going on?". I bombard her with my questions. 

" I will answer all of your questions, but not now. You need to listen to me first okay?"

I stared at her blankly. The next moment I felt a hand wrapped around my waist and a strong familiar scent filled my nose. I know it was Priam. He looked with a little annoyance at Gina. 

"You left when we needed you. Mind telling us why are you here now?". He asked with a firm voice. 

Gina sighed before telling-" I will explain everything. But now, we need to face something big"

We both look at each other when Priam broke the silence and asked-" Care to explain?"

" Patricia is possessed. She is a slave child. Her blood is bound with Aya's mercy."

The news spread the shock and terror to both of our faces. 

" Righ now, Shawna has to go with Patricia. That is the only way we can save the others."

Priam frowned and protectively pulled me closer to his chest. " She isn't going anywhere, Gina. You know she is pregnant. I cannot allow her to leave my sight for a second"

Somewhere I was happy to see his concern for me. A tint of crimson red flushed across my face. As I tried to hide it. 

"I understand that well King Priam, but this is the only way to find the others. To save them. Plus I promise that she will not get hurt as I will cast a protection spell on her. The lonely need is to find others before they get into trouble."

She was talking about those innocent children's and granny and mother Kelnier. They were in trouble. The only way to save them is to go along with Patricia. 

I wasted no time as I said-" I will go"

Priam looked at me with a sceptical eye. I took a deep breath and said to calm him-" It's okay Priam. We need to save them. Plus I trust you. You will not let anyone hurt me."

"What if... I can't... What if... I wanted to but I failed". His eyes were scared. He was worried about us. I smiled and caress his cheeks and replied-" You won't. I believe you"

Gina nodded and took my ring from my finger and cast a spell on it. This would track her to where I am. I Inhaled deeply as she asked-" Ready?"

I nodded and opened the door where Patricia was waiting for me

END OF FLASHBACK.

I sighed as I sat down in front of the full-length mirror, and began to untangle my hair. I was Buried in the deep thought of what happened. We don't have much time. Midnight was just an hour away. We have to think as fast as we could before Aya attack us. 

But I was also emotionally disturbed by what happened earlier. It never affected me the way Felix had always confessed to me. Nor did I ever think about it, but today I couldn't reply to the fact why did I ever want to save him. 

I hate him. I still do. I will never forget the fact that it was him who betrayed me. Who took away my father from me. We lost Uncle Ben, King Nashall and many more and the reason was always him. 

But also I couldn't think of how he saved me all these years. I have never known that It could be him. Perhaps I was so lost in my agony that I never had recognised him. But he was there. Every time I had fallen in trouble, he saved me.

Was this all love? It possibly couldn't be. He just wants me to be his. Yes, that is the reason. I am his obsession, not Love. 

The dead body of Amira lay in front of my eyes. She had loved Felix. Could she love at all? She was evil. All she could think was about herself. She might be attracted to Felix.

Why would even I care for it? I snapped myself out of these irrational thoughts. We have a bigger problem in front The soldiers were at our door, waiting for Aya's order. We even don't know what is lying ahead of us. 

Could Felix be a solution to this? Would he help us?

Suddenly I felt someone's presence in my back as I quickly turned around. It was Priam. 

" Is everything all right?"- I asked him as he began to go away from me.

He stopped at his track but never turned at me. " Priam? Why are you ignoring me?". I had to ask. We barely talked since we came back. I know he was probably angry at the fact that I brought Felix along with us. 

I know I had to. I never found the answer to why I did that but I know I couldn't leave him there. Aya would kill him the sight when she would come to know he helped us. How can I turn to be such a selfish person?

" Do you think I had the reason not to be?" The time in his voice showed clear arrogance and annoyance. 

I sighed as I walked towards him. I held him by his shoulder as I forced him to face me. " Priam... Talk to me... Please... " I pleaded. I couldn't bear the fact he was angry with me again. I just got him back. There were so many things to tell him of all these years and we barely had any time. I didn't want to ruin what we had now. I couldn't afford it. 

" Talk to you what?" he held me by my shoulder as his eyes showed rage. " You chose him again. It all felt like a deja vu. A few years ago, you chose him, which made us lose so many people. And today... You did the same. You go again and again towards him. WHY? Why is the fact that you always have to choose him over me? Can't you just listen to me once?"

I couldn't find the word to describe him. I didn't choose Felix over him. I never have. Without further notice, I hugged him tightly as I smudged my face in his chest. I wrapped my arms around his torso and began to sob. How can I ever be able to make him understand what he is for me? That how much I love him?

"I-I... never have and I never will choose Felix over you Priam. It is YOU. It has always been and always will"

He had been stiff by my touch at first, but soon I could understand as his muscles relaxed. He sighed as he finally wrapped his arms around me. He rested his face at the crook of my neck and kissed it lightly. 

I would still shiver under his touch.

" MINE. You are all mine". He said in his deep voice. The voice showed his claim over me and I loved every bit of it.

"Yours" I replied smiling in his chest. 

"I was scared today. I couldn't sleep last night when Patricia took you. Gina made sure that she was watching over you, but I was never satisfied. I knew Felix will try again to take you away from me. I-I feared that might be he will be able this time"

The last words left with a broken voice from his mouth. I broke the hug and asked-" Don't you trust me?"

"No... No... I... Trust you. I do. It is him who I don't trust". He looked at me with worried eyes. I sighed and stared at his deep eyes that made my heart sink to the bottom of that beautiful ocean within him. I caress his cheeks as I said-" No one could ever take me away from you Priam. I am and I will always be yours"

"Promise?"

"I promise"- I smiled as he took my lips in his pink soft ones. 

" I love you," I said within the kiss.

" I love you more" he smiled.

We came outside the room where Gina had gathered the great of the people. She was explaining the terms they have to follow while facing the army of evil. 

According to the plan, the soldiers were ready, but they have already broken our plan. the army of evil was already standing at the door. We needed to renew our plan for this term to defeat the evil army. 

John said-" The group assigned before will be the same, only we would modify our plan a little. The first group that was supposed to be at Harnem will be handling the west, The second group with handle the north. The third one will be assigned to protect the woman and children. The rest of us will lead"

the others followed his command as we were now ready to march forward.

" This will never work"- A lazy tome filled the room. People turned back to see Felix, standing leaning at the door and he was seemed blessed bothered about the war.

" What do you mean?" I asked in confusion.

" You will never win this war!!" He said bluntly. Priam took his Forbidden sword as he warned-" talk in that tone one more time and your head will be lying next to my feet?"

" Do you think that you could kill me?"- He mockingly asked.

" Don't let Shawna, regret bringing you here"- Priam hissed at him.

This time, his eyes softened as soon as his eyes falls on me. There were certain words that his eyes were telling me, but I was nervous to read them out. He finally tore his eyes off from me as he said with a long sigh-" I will help you"

" Why?"- John asked from behind Priam.

We all waited to listen to his answer. Though I knew why but still I wanted to hear it from him somehow. I kept quiet behind Priam. Waited for his answer. he remained silent as his eyes never leave my figure. Priam protectively hid me behind him as finally he sighed and answered-" Because without me, you will never be able to win this war"

He pulled out his hands from his pockets and walked a little over us as he said again-" I have spent years serving Aya. She is a venomous and ruthless spirit. She was neither a human nor a witch or an Elf. She is a human-turned-evil. She had sacrificed her would and body to hell and had been born out of wrath gaining all the powers from the underworld. Thus she is immune to every weapon you can think"

Junnie spoke from behind-" What if we capture her under a spell?"

Felix chuckled at her questions as he replied-" And what made you think that you could possibly hold an evil born under a spell? When she ordered me and Georgia to capture Shawna's golden wand and get control over her powers that was only to minimize her threats from Shawna. She knew Georgia would never be able to hold the powers that Shawna have, thus will end up losing her life."

He gazed his eye towards me and said-" She didn't even think twice before she kill her own daughter in the process"

His story somehow made me wrap my hands protectively around my belly. The small life that was forming inside of me. I would protect her/him at any cost. Priam looked at my tensed body as he said in a low whisper-" You never have to worry about our child as long as I am alive. I will protect both of you with my life"

I looked at him as his eyes told me the words came out deep down his heart. I knew he would risk his life for us. But I wanted him too. I wanted a family where we all could be safe. And I would do anything to protect my family. 

Jordan brought our attention back as he asked-" What about the Elf powers? We have control over all elements. My army could capture her using all the powers!!!"

Felix replied with a serious face-" Nothing would work on her. She is not bound to our nature's law. Thus she is immune to every magic we create"

John and Brad simultaneously said-" What about irons and slivers?"

Felix looked up at them and replied-" It would not harm her. But she did plan all this for you."

I confusedly asked-" What do you mean?"

Felix sighed as he said-" We had planted the henbane all around the kingdom. Which would help to bring down the powers of witches. We had also planned the iron nets and sliver bladed to kill you"

Priam gripped his Forbidden sword and glared at him with threats. He growled at the back of his throat.

Felix looked at him with a nosy mood and asked-" What? I was with Aya a few hours back... Until she thought to ruin what I had planned finally for myself." He said the last part while looking at me. 

Priam didn't like the idea he is with us, but he somehow managed this anger for me. But I could see the verge of his patience being cracked little by little. 

We were all in thoughts of what is ahead of us. Felix said that a human is helping him, Thus he is immune to every weapon that they have planned for us. It would work only for us. It would suppress our magical abilities. I had no idea how she made a human army convinced to fight with the magical being in the first place. 

But this was clear that she is practically immortal.

How are we supposed to defeat her?

Priam called for an immediate meeting to discuss the matters. the soldiers outside had possibly lost their magical abilities by now. If we step outside we would do too. Only King Alan was immune to henbane. But he would react to silver too. 

I looked at the sky. It was might night back. Moon didn't rise today was the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. Today was the blood Moon day. Where she would lose her abilities only to gain the new one. She wanted me. I was her new host. I knew she would come for me at any cost. Amira is gone, for now, she would have been like a wounded tigress. 

I have to be careful. We have to think of some way to kill her as soon as possible.

While we were filled with thoughts I heard footsteps around the corridor. I looked up to meet Patricia's pale face, which looked kind of pathetic to me. Her eyes were eloquently searching for someone. I stood up from my chair as I wanted to go to her... to comfort her. But before I could do so, John stood in front of her. She looked broken as she saw John. 

She asked-" Is-Is this a dream? Or am I seeing you in real?"

John held her hands as he bought them to his face and made her touch him-" Feel me"

Tears started running down her cheeks as he hugged him with her all might. 

John hushed her as he said in a low whisper-" I thought I had lost you"

"You almost did. I am a slave girl. My blood was bounded to Amira. She possessed me. She took Jonathan and said she would kill her if I didn't agree to submit myself." She turned to find me and as soon as she did she said with her most genuine eyes-" I am sorry Shawna, I never met to hurt you."

I nodded and said-" I know. I know Patricia. Calm down. You are home. Amira is gone."

She smiled but soon her expression changed as she asked-" wh-where is Jonathan?"

John replied-" He is okay. He is in his room"

" I want to meet him"

John nodded as she ran from there to meet his son. On her way, she stumbled with Ruby who was standing there and the lamp kept near made both of them cut through their skin. Ruby and Patricia hissed a little as she apologised to Ruby and ran back. 

"She is in a little shock right now. I apologise on her behalf" John said while looking at Ruby.

Ruby nodded and let go without further discussion.

" Is there not anything that can weaken her?" I asked thinking of what possibly can we do to get her.

Gina spoke for the first time now as she said-" There is only one thing that can kill an evil born"

A spark of hope lingered within us as Junnie asked-" What is it?"

Gina took a long pause before she said out loud-" A Hellbound Sword "

The blood droplets from both Ruby and Patricia moved magically from the floor as it bends along with the air. It was carried evil energy from within as it flew out from the palace.
