Imagine #3: Catch Me If You Can (End)

Your breath is leaving you, you can feel it right now. This is the first time you ever felt like this, like you feel that you're going to die.

You're scared, of course, you're running out of air, the taste of blood filled your mouth and the distressed sound of people around you are starting to fade away.

Finally, you felt that you arrived at the hospital. Everyone was moving fast, they are pushing you towards the ER now.

"{Y/N}, please don't let go...Patrick and Declan will be waiting." That was the kast clear thing you heard before you entered the ER.

You wanted to talk, but you can't, you're breathing is a struggle now and you felt like you were drowning. Doctors and nurses started to do their thing...and that's when you collapsed.

"Hey, honey." You suddenly heard and your eyes opened. There he was your husband...former husband to be exact. He was smiling widely at you and you immediately hugged him.

"I miss you!" You said as he chuckle while you hug him.

"I miss you too. Finally, we're together again." He said and that's when you remembered things...

"I...I finally got revenge, I already served justice." You told him.

"I don't care about that now, what matters is that you're here...with me." He said and you smiled.
 
All of a sudden, flashes of memories between you and Patrick came, also with Declan. It was like a photo album that had been stored in your brain and it just opened.

"P-Patrick." You suddenly murmured and you realized that your husband heard you. He smiled at you proudly. "I-I'm sorry {his name}, b-but I feel like I--

"I know, honey, and I'm proud of you. You've been so strong and you manage to fall again, I told you there's still be someone to take care of you." He said proudly. This is why you love him.

"T-thank you." You said while hugging him again.

Suddenly, you heard a voice...a singing voice like it was pulling you from that deep thoughts.

"Honey is for bees, silly bear
Besides, there's jelly beans everywhere
It's not what it seems in the land of dreams
Don't worry your head just go to sleep" you heard a voice of an angel, or someone who has the voice of an angel. It was so sweet, warm and caring like the song and voice washes all you dread away.

"You hear that honey? Looks like you made it. I'm proud of you." He said, kissing you on the head. "I'll still look after you, dear...now go." He said and a tear fell when you smiled at him. "I love you."

"I...I love you too." You said.

"She's going to be okay, right? She's going to wake up?" you suddenly heard a voice of a kid.

"Of course, she's strong and brave, just like you, Declan." you heard the guy who was singing.

"I hope she wakes up soon, I miss her." the kid added.

"I hope so too."

When you wake up the world will come around" after the conversation, the singing continued and finally, after a long time of trying...your eyelids opened.

Your eyes immediately adjusted to your surroundings and it was all too familiar for you now, you're on a hospital bed...again. You just want to laugh at yourself, through the whole course of your life, you've been shot many times and this kind of feeling is too familiar for you now. Suddenly, you remembered everything, Elisa...Patrick and Declan...and the guy. There wasn't anyone inside the room and you had no idea who to ask, but fortunately, the guy you had been hearing came in.

"{Y/N}...oh thank god." he hurried to you with a hopeful smile and he immediately looked like he was going to cry. He hugged you gently and with that you knew he'd been longing for you too.

"Patrick. Patrick, I did it...I saved her and I...I kil--

"Ssshh, it's all okay now, t-that guy was found guilty and y-you put a rest to the case and your case before with him, justice was served and you managed to save a lot of people, they are eternally grateful for you." he said with a smile. You smiled back at him.

Suddenly, you broke down in front of him. You told him.about your encounter with your former husband. Patrick was shocked that he was the reason why you came bavk, but he was glad. He suddenly held you cheeks and kissed you on the lips.

The doors suddenly opened again and a kid went inside, when he saw you awake, he run towards you too.

"{Y/N}! Finally! Finally! You're really having me worried! I'm so happy you're now awake again! I-I don't want to lose my new mom." Declan said while he hugged you, you just giggled at what he said.

"Oh, Declan." you said while hugging him back and kissing his head. "By the way, how's Elisa?"

"She's fine, even better I guess. Last week she's been blaming herself for what happened to you, but then it just came to her that it was your job to protect her, but really, she's very thankful and she thinks she owe her life to you." Patrick explained.

"I would have done anything just to avoid her from being hurt...I already lost someone that dear to me and I can't imagine if you lose her too." you said and sadly smiled.

"Elisa's still a part of our lives, {Y/N}, more particularly our past. But now, you're all that matters, and I'm so glad you're okay. I wouldn't know what to do if you...if you were...if i wasn't able to...

"Hey, I'm here, alright? And I won't go, because I'll take care of you and Declan from now on. You managed to pull me out there, you're the reason why I'm still here" you told them.

"And I'll do everything just to make you stay." Patrick said while wiping your tears away.

"So....does this mean you're officially my new mom now?" Declan asked excitedly and you both laugh at the kid cutely.

"I guess so, kid." You answered and he cutely cheered.

"Well, how about you Mr. Stump? Are you willing to --

"I'm dying to make you my new wife, {Y/N}." He sweetly answered and once again he pecked your lips.

The three of you hugged each other and it felt amazing, you have a family again...the thing that you thought that was taken away from you forever...is now back again, and this time you know it will stay for good.

So I was thinking, maybe this book will just be filled with A LOT of mini fanfics like this one (and some one-shots once in a while) I honestly have a number of fanfic ideas but I never had the chance to write them into a whole book or something, so this will be just a collection of that. These mini fanfics will most likely hold 5 to 10 parts or maybe more :)
